Last week a little boy slipped on some rice from a package that dropped and was in the middle of the aisle. He was hurt and crying so I notified management. They came over and another customer said they should keep the store cleaner as there is stuff all over the floor. Management responded angrily that it was not their fault customers drop things on the floor and don't report it to them. The customer said they should walk around the store a little and see all the stuff on the floor and pick them up. This led to a shouting match between them which was very unprofessional of a manager.
Needless to say, I was there again today. There is only one cashier in the morning and one cashier in the afternoon so while standing on line I took photos of the aisles near me. Every single aisle had items of the floor and I will gladly provide them as I feel Management should take care of this. Especially after last week's incident.
I am a regular Dollar Tree Customer and have visited many and in several different states. I shop at Dollar Tree at least 2x a month. This Dollar Tree in my opinion in the worst.
Desired outcome: Cleaner Store & More Cashiers. Management should be spoken to about her professionalism.
