Dollar Tree review: Horrible customer service!

I was shopping at the Dollar Tree at 3860 White Plain Rd Bronx, NY10467 and as usual the line as very long. There was only one register open. A couple of people waiting got into a verbal altercation with an employee who was saying everyone had to f-ing wait. So some of the customers on the line walked out with some items. The manager or someone who claimed to be a manager started walking around the store talking on the phone saying everyone has to f-ing wait. We ended up getting into a verbal altercation and a male associate came out defending the manager that was cursing me out telling me to get the f out of the store. She was very disrespectful and the male associate approached me in her defense. I felt ganged up on. I ask to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked for her name which she never stated. None of the associates have name tags. The store is always being vandalized, in a mess and items are always being taken. The store is very under staff and in disarray. The staff is always rude. I shop here frequently and it's always something going on in this location. It's crazy that I'm spending my money and being treated like this.
