Dollar Tree review: Customer service - manager

I was threatened in a store in Methuen MA. Monday February 20, 2023. The manager did nothing to stop the group. I left the store in fear and called the store when I got home to speak with the manager. He said the crowd was wrong and I was right when I spoke to him but then hung up on me when I asked why he didn't handle the situation. I've been trying to reach corporate and the Board of Directors. Emails, calls, etc. No one is responding. I called the police after the manager hung up on me. Officer Fitzgerald went to the store and spoke to the manager, suggested he call me to apologize (he hasn't) and suggested I follow up with corporate. It wasn't until I heard back from the policeman that I learned the manager was at the register next to me, 2 feet away and did nothing.
