Dollar Tree review: Asst store mgr

Asst Store Mgr, Monica McKnight, is rude & condescending, hateful to customers & employees. She has no people skills. Gets flustered very easily, has no patience with customers or employee's especially new hires. Ive been told she's had numerous complaints on her but it seems to be "hard" to fire someone. There are some employees that refuse to work with her.

Desired outcome: Get rid of her
