I have placed many orders with Dillards over the years. This year I placed a large order for clothes for my granddaughter. By the time she came for Christmas (she lives out of state) and the holidays were over, my return arrived back at dillards the third week in January. Now mind you I placed a second order with a larger size of everything in the returned order so it was really an exchange. It arrived at dillards 10 days after the unrealistic holiday return date of January 11. This week dillards sent the entire box back to me saying they wouldn’t accept it because it was returned past the January 11 date. Conversations with customer service were frustrating at best as I may have just as well been speaking to an AI robot who just kept repeating policy over and over. Needless to say I won’t be shopping at dillards next Christmas. There is NI customer service.
Recommendation: Beware of Dillards lack of customer service.
