staff members and service

Several member of staff smelling of narcotics, some visibly under the influence of drugs.
Staff members hiding from customers in the warehouse when they "couldn't be bothered".
Management making fun of customers and staff members with mental disorders and learning difficulties.
In this store in GrantonTrinity there is only about 4-5 members of staff who actually walk around with a smile on their face, there is to many members of staff who walk around with an intimidating presence.
Member of management has been witnessed selling narcotics from the back of the store which has been mentioned before and there was no further action.
There has also been members of staff as well as management gambling during working hours and coming into work intoxicated.
