Purchased a set of LUXURY HOTEL towels from Dillards at Melbourne Square Mall, Melbourne, FL. Washed the towels six times and they started to unravel. No problem. They were purchased at Dillards where I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years. Sales lady wanted to know if they had been washed. I said yes, how else would I know they would unravel. Her response, and the managers, was that if they had been washed they could not be returned! Wow. Not the response I was expecting. Not from Dillards. That will definitely affect my shopping at Dillards in the future.
