My receipt from Dillards gives details on how to win a 2,500 dollar shopping spree, but when I tried to access the web address I keep getting a message stating it's an invalid address. I used several search engines with the same results.

Rushie is the most racist manager at this store. If you're Asian do not shop there. I have filed a complaint about her to the corporate office.

I'm furious at Dillards Longmont, CO. I dropped off my two daughters to have them try on dresses today 2/23/13 and they were DENIED entrance by the dressing room attendant. The attendant told them that there were no dressing rooms for them. My daughter said they'd wait for one, and the attendant said they should put the dresses down and they should leave! My youngest daughter is a high school student who is shopping for prom in 2 months, and my oldest daughter is a mentally ###ed 20 year old who is going to SHINE next WEEK! It is an event put on by the church that is like a Prom party where a formal dress is required. She's so excited to go and needs a fancy dress. I think the attendant is prejudiced against my special needs daughter, and that is why she denied her entrance. I'm mad that Dilliards employs such an irresponsible person, making my daughter feel bad and sad. My special needs daughter had a credit card with her with her own money on it for shopping, and she had just purchased 5 sweaters with the help of her normal sister. She has a right to try on dresses, too. Boo Dillards! I can't believe this level of bad taste and customer service. I told my normal daughter she should have asked for a manager on the spot! Nasty, intolerant employee. BOO!

How many times can you enter the Dillards contest. I have many receipts, but it said something in the rules that they will only take the first entry-does this mean on-line entry. I am confused-why would they let you have so many registration numbers, and only enter one time? ??? please help answer my question. Thank you

We spend our hard earned money at Dillard's. What's the deal?
There is no shopping spree for you to register for. This is fraud. I will definitely think twice before shopping at Dillard's again.

Shopped at Dillards at Santa Rosa Mall, Mary Esther, FL, today. Received same $2,500 shopping spree website notice on my receipt. Not that I have ever won a sweepstakes, but it really is pointless for customers to go to the www.dillards.com/shoppingspree website, that does not exist. Not only is Dillard's an expensive store, it evidently runs scams as well. Don't we get enough scams via telephone and from our e-mails and snail-mail. Enough already, Dillards.

It was a waste of my time.

    Hey Dillard's:

You are so full of bull! I agree no such site exist! Is this a scam or what? Smells pretty stinky to me! Is this the same as "FALSE ADVERTISEMENT"??? Hummm sounds like it! SHAME ON YOU for trying to scam your customers! I will sure think twice before shopping at your store! This happened in Texas. I guess it's all over the US.

I think DILLARD'S needs to read each and every one of these angry letters! What do you have to say for yourself? I have the receipt to prove it! Things like this should not be allowed to happen. What is your purpose in this anyway??? Looks like to me loosing customers! Is that what you want??? Just lost one more...

Last February I called Dillards to order an undergarment by phone, well I waited and no delivery of it so I guessed they back ordered it and still no goods came and I let it go. NOW for the last week I have been getting harassing phone calls every morning wanting payment for the goods I never got and never a statement on my card for payment.I'll pay their lousy company and have cut up the credit card also. customer relations is something Dillards need to fix!!

I was in the Dillards store in Florence, Alabama on April 6,2007. The saleslady give me the receipt for the purchase and told me to register for Dillard shoppingspree. The website is not on the internet. This is the second encounter with Dillards so I will probably never shop at this store again.

The Net Panel goes directly to the $2,500 shopping spree contest and also puts you in for a plasma t.v. but it doesn't look like it is tied to Dillards...

The $2500 sweepstakes is a rip-off!!! After spending approximately 15 mins. answering to ALL the things the company tried to sign me up for, I was told that I HAD to answer "yes" to at least one of the offers or I couldn't go on with my entry. This is a BIG JOKE and Dillard's needs to be ashamed of being connected in any way to this sweepstakes offer. SHAME ON YOU DILLARD'S!!!

I purchased a pair of dress slacks on 3/16/2007 at Arrowhead Town Center, Glendale AZ. Also receipt gave same address as all other complaints who have tried to enter shopping spree. Also do not like them requesting my Social Security number. The only one entitled to that information is the Social Security Administration and the U.S, Army because I am a retired Major and my ID for military actions is my Social Security number. This was my first and will be my last visit to Dillard's.

I had no problem signing up for the 2500 shopping spree? I had an incident in early January with a gift card which i complained about to dillards head office, the local dillards manager called me personally to explain and apologize for something i found out was not their. I was very impressed and will continue to give dillards my business.

    Thanks,
    Idaho

I just found this sight thinking the Dillards shopping spree might be a scam cause I could not find it online. But the lady who posted on page 1 that included the full address:

    http://www.dillards.com/shoppingspree/

I copied and pasted from her posting and it worked, I think you must include the http as well as the / at the end. Hope this helps.
