purchased Clinque skin care items with a promotion of spend $ 100.00 or more and get free cinque gift that Dillards was offering. Upon arrival of the Clinque skincare, make-up which came in single flimsy white bubble envelope. Picked up the bag, white lotion was smeared underneath the envelope, picked it up, it shifted and white lotion liquid dripped from the corner of the bag, got bag in my garage and opened the envelope, it is full and items soaking in the white liquid. got items out of the boxes, and wiped them down , the green make up soaked in this liquid was not savable.

Desired outcome: replacement, chatted with Dillards Customer service they stated you should of took pictures.
