CVS review: VA medication

The VA phoned into the Winsted, CT store, [protected], a perscription for
Atorvastatin 80 mg. When I went to pick up the order, they tried to charge me $56.00+, when I complained that the VA called it in and that they should bill them for the medication, they dropped the price to $6.12. I want a refund for the $6.12, and for you to educate the staff there how VA prescription orders are handled.

Desired outcome: refund, reeducation of staff
