CVS review: Queen mattress foam topper

On January 13, 2021 I purchased a queen mattress foam topper at CVS Ridge ave store in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia I placed on my mattress and slept one night on it when I woke the next morning I had a bad rash all over my body and my Doctor. Joan Gruzbowski at PCOM Roxborough office [protected] prescribed me medicine for the rash to heal.
Since I already used this I can not return it so how donI go about having my money refunded I spent 64 dollars on it. Sincerely Carol Katona [protected]
