CVS Management attention: Schuyler, Kearny, NJ drug store cheat customer, medicare, medicaid and doctor's office

It complained to CVS drug store in 220 Schuyler, Kearny, NJ 07032.
Weill Corner hospital has given patient to monthly refill medication Latanoprost 0.005 % 7.5 ML since 2018, but the drug store to cheat the patient that 7.5 ML (three bottle) to be three month supply. Patient contacted them many times, included called doctor office, Medicare and Medicaid. When Medicare and Medicaid contact drug store, the drug store cheat them and said drug story needed to calculate how much they should provide to customer, they are not provided drug not based on doctor's prescription but based on what they want, Even if Doctor's office to contact them today to give patient 7.5 ml per month, drug store said they cannot do that, because that 2.5 ML is standard supply! What is standard? They told the customer and insurance company that 1 bottle (2.5ML) with15 drops. In fact, Patient have two eye issues and doctor clearly state that drops apply for both eyes, how 3 bottle 7.5ML (45 drops for 90 days) for both eyes? Have they graduated from any school?! This is not work mistake, but fraud, and intentionally, repeat to cheat customer, doctor office, Medicare and Medicaid! Office!

I am a new customer for them, why they do this? CVS is a chain store, complaint management should pay attention to this case, fire, for less give warning to the related worker!

Desired outcome: fire or give the warning to the related worker

I would like to file a complaint about when my son went to CVS in Chamblee Tucker Ga. He went to get a covid 19 test and the person that was supposed to administer the test handed him the swab and told him to do it himself. To push it far up his nose as he possibly could. This is an unacceptable practice. There are several things that could have went wrong...

The VA phoned into the Winsted, CT store, [protected], a perscription for Atorvastatin 80 mg. When I went to pick up the order, they tried to charge me $56.00+, when I complained that the VA called it in and that they should bill them for the medication, they dropped the price to $6.12. I want a refund for the $6.12, and for you to educate the staff there how VA prescription orders are handled.

CVS Caremark mail order pharmacy

I use Omnipod insulin pump delivery system.
I requested my physician to submit an order for supply of Omnipod MIS 5 Pack.
Somehow an Omnipod Dash MIS 5 Pack was delivered which is not compatible with my unit ( costing $250.00)
In working with a CVS agent it was determined their website defaults to Dash type and because I did not notice it when agreeing shipment it was my responsibility.
I am new to Wellcare and CVS and find their support uncaring and non-responsive to the following.
I am in receipt of a letter from Wellcare indicating Wellcare absolute ppo has provided you with a temporary supply of the following prescription. Omnipod mis 5 pack which I did not receive.
I have a letter from CVS caremark indicating omnipod dash 5 mis pack not part of formulary and the need for exception request was needed.

In my mind the DASH should not have been shipped but agents are full of excuses as to why and refuse to coordinate exchange.

Why is this such a problem I am requesting exchange of sealed Insulin pump supplies?

Desired outcome: exchange for correct Omnipod

I have been on the phone for over 6 hours with CVS and 10 with Wellcare as all agents need to review issue and not read information in file

CVS Gift card

I received a gift from my sister for Subway, three cards, $10 each. It was unopened, had the product receipt which showed the date, amount and product. T first tried to return it to the store located at:
1. 6201 Hollywood Blvd Ste 126, Los Angeles, CA
I asked the young lady at the register for a refund. The young lady told me twice, "We can't refund, we don't sell these cards." I asked to speak to the manager. He contradicted the young lady and told me "it was company policy not to refund on gift cards but we do sell them."
2. 7021 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028
The young lady at the register was very caustic as she told me "they don't refund cards" and she called her manager. The manager explained they do not refund cards. When I asked why, she told me it was company policy. I gave her an example of the birthday card, and was told, I could get a refund for the birthday card but NOT the gift card. I then asked a question, she could not answer." Why would you sell something that can not be returned. How is that customer service?" She could not find a response.
3. I walked across the way to the Subway store. She verified the cards were all good but since I did not buy them from Subway, they could not refund the cost. BUT she did mention that they do not handle cash refunds due to the Coronavirus.
But the question remains.
How in good conscience can you sell something that cannot be refunded?

Desired outcome: An answer!

CVS No paper ads?

I understand CVS is no longer including the weekly ads in the newspaper, not sure if this is a rumor but 95% of their customers are seniors, we need the ads, can you help? Financially for this company this would be a huge mistake, I hope you can help us, I think the economy is bad enough, I have no idea what " Going digital means" and I will move on like thousands of others

Thank you

Our grandson was to start a certain medicine on 16 Jan 2021. The pharmacy had the order for this medicine on 11 Jan and they did not even order the medicine until some time on 13 January and then told me the medicine would not be in until Tuesday of next week after telling my daughter that it would be on Friday the 15th but when I to pick up the medicine...

CVS Policy

Just to let you know I will never be entering your store again since you have taken an adversarial position against the President of the United States and by proxy over 74 million people who voted for him and are in support of him. We find this type of totalitarian discrimination totally unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Change your policies and quit discriminating and censoring what you ‘personally’ and politically disagree with.

CVS Covid 19 testing at cvs drive thru pick up prescription window

I am glad cvs is testing for covid free but I am against sharing the same space /area/drive thru and bin that covid testers are passed through and

Covid bin attached to same area window space as pick up prescriptions if covid is so dangerous why is this happening I had to switch pharmacies from walgreens to cvs the first of the year due to my insurance and saw this at the prescription drive thru window where there was a line of cars amongst them were people wearing masks in cars pulling up to the window getting the swabs from the same window and bin I get my meds and then dispensing the swabs in the covid bin right at the same window area I am appalled and concerned for my health as others when hospitals have outside coned off tented areas and are some are wearing hazmat suits please do this testing away from area where clients are picking up medications please this is a health hazard

Desired outcome: Find different cvs Covid drive up center

You can't do anything useful on the CVS pharmacy website - it just doesn't work. If you call the store #7808 you are put on permanent hold and after 15 minutes the call is still not answered. Call the store back and get the store manager to tell the pharmacy to pick up and get put on hold again for another 10 minutes - still no answer. It would appear that CVS hates their customers so much that running them off is the plan

This has happened to me numerous times. I buy a prescription using my phone number, I get a long receipt with reward points. Last Thursday I purchased prescriptions, the next day I went to make a purchase and use my reward points and was told no account existed. Why can I purchase one day using my phone number and the next day my account does not exist and I can not use the $7 in store coupons for my purchase.

CVS Pharmacy and my medication

I really hate to complain about the pharmacy on 128-130 Kennedy Street, NW, Washington, DC. However, I am very upset about me having to go almost 2 1/2 weeks without a vital medication that I needed. I tried calling for a refill and was at first told that they needed to contact my doctor. I could not understand and no one was able to make me understand why this was needed when there were 3 refills and did not expire until July 2021. They have never had to contact my doctor before and since I had received four other prescriptions prescribed by the same doctor. Then when I called again I was told again about the doctor who I knew for a fact was on vacation and again was given the run around but no reason why my doctor had to be contacted. Then finally last Friday, I was told they were waiting for the medication to be delivered and would be contacted when it came. This medication was not given to me until today when I called very upset about the shoddy treatment I felt have been receiving. I remember the gentleman who use to be head of the pharmacy department who has since retired. When Fred was at this store, if they were out of particular medication he would call other stores to see who had it and then would tell where to go. Since his retirement the pharmacy staff aren't as efficient and therefore, I feel I have no recourse but to take my business to your competitors. I'm a senior citizen and have several friends who frequent this pharmacy and we all have been complaining about the poor service since Fred's retirement. You are loosing customers and will continue to loose them if this incompetence persists.

This morning the online prescription renewal at 318_797-3665, is stating it is having problems refilling prescriptions. So, just before 11am, I call my local CVS Pharmacy to place the renewal (located on the corner of Youree and 70th in Shreveport, LA). I am on hold for 30 minutes and then get disconnected. I am on hold a second time and it has already been...
