I have been taking this particular medicine for years it is a controlled narcotic. I have never ever asked for extra even though I get only a 30 day supply and we have months with 31 days in them I have never asked for an extended amount or early refill outside of 2 days and today I asked for a day early because I have no way to get to the Pharmacy and we are expecting bad weather this weekend. Before today they have always obliged today not only did I have to make numerous calls I got a different answer every single call to them until I finally found out who my Dr.'s office spoke to and he was uncaring rude unsympathetic to my plight. Never have I every had this type or treatment except from this pharmacy. They never have orders reading when promised they are short and eating food back on the counters while filling prescriptions like it lunch time in full few of customers and it is outrageous to get treated with such unkindness.
