CVS review: Incompetent

Stopped into the pharmacy at 2929 E 29 Spokane, WA, to see why we had not received any notification on prescriptions needing to be picked up. The person who waited on us, was very unprofessional. he looked as if he had been doing yard work before coming to work. asked him very simple questions, all we go was "I don't know." Guess this is the standard answer to every CVS employee, "I don't know." There was no manager to be found, again we got the standard answer "I don't know?" Goes to show if I had a life-or-death question about a prescription, it'll be a "I don't know" its I don't know because I don't care, I'm just here. Everyone I've talked to the conclusion is the staff don't care about customers and are very incompetent.
