This is in regards to the Center Street CVS pharmacy in Salem Oregon.
Customer was trying to schedule a Covid vaccine, and the inappropriate female who took the call was brisk, rude, and didn't accommodate the caller. After the call was over and not of any help, the pharmacy tech (whatever she was) continued talking to another person at the pharmacy about the customer. The comments were rude and inappropriate, and laughing at the caller, who could hear everything after the call was over. They had not hung up their phone at CVS.
Caller will never again go the CVS. Bad business for sure

Recommendation: Stay away from CVS
