I've been using CVS Pharmacy at 3710 main st Bridgeport, CT for as long as I can remember and there has never been an issue. It's been a few months now where they have not been answering the phone. It rings and rings for over an hour. My family and friends are all having the same problem. I even called around 1:00 am and they still didn't answer the phone. Something needs to be done to fix this issue.

Desired outcome: Fix the phone lines and/or hire more staff to answer calls.

Not just Bridgeport, they are all doing the same thing. Naugatuck, Waterbury etc. sometimes the phone rings and rings then they will pick up the receiver and slam it down. Incompetent rude ignorant lazy employees, then the cycle repeats til ya call the front manager of the store and complain or give up smh PATHETIC
