I would like to file a complaint about when my son went to CVS in Chamblee Tucker Ga. He went to get a covid 19 test and the person that was supposed to administer the test handed him the swab and told him to do it himself. To push it far up his nose as he possibly could. This is an unacceptable practice. There are several things that could have went wrong. He could have injured his nose and might not have collected the proper amount of fluid for the test to be done correctly. I am very upset with this situation. If it gets charged to my insurance be rest assured I will not pay it.
