patricia
Hello my name is Danielle Abate,
And I been shopping at cvs for over a decade and I spend way over the average customer you can look it up. Anyway I love shopping there and I moved to jersey city two years ago and every night I go shopping after midnight usually the women Patricia allways is very nasty to me and my fiancé . Tonight I was sick and went in asked her for medicine she told me get away from me! Look for pharmacy so I did not say anything I went on then I was going over to look for a sd disk for my camera and it was near were she might have to actually work and she said (( I'm not working the register go over to self pay )) I said I'm just looking for a sd disk for my camera and then I was upset I just wanted to get away from her so I rang myself up and after I did so I went threw all the steps and then of course the register broke so I said great these machines can be retarted some times and she said (( no you are retarted!)) I said excuse me ? She said they are all working just fine it's you! As the doors keep opening and closing and no one coming threw them! Something was clearly malfunctioning with the computers of the whole store and then she called me a rich ### when I said I shop in this store almost every night and you are nothing but plain old rude all the time I always say hello to everyone I pass and good evening and I refuse to shop in there as long as you have real rude employees and the other one just does not let you shop she talks to me about Patricia as if I care she will not let me shop keeps telling me these items what ever I pick suck and to go to Duane read it's cheaper well cvs is closer and I been shopping there for very long time and wish to continue to as long as you please do something with Patricia my mother came to vista me and one night we went to cvs and Patricia was working and my mom did not no anything about this and Patricia knew she was with me she saw me walk in and I said hello and she gave me a nasty look as usual and my mother asked her for her assistance and she told her it's her break time! How rude now that is my mother and there is absolutely no reason for her behavior nor to my mother me nor fiancé please let me know what you have done to change this and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way .. I never wrote a complaint in my life this is how bad her behavior is it needs to be stopped she needs to treat your customers with a little respect please I am furious and would like to continue shopping without the rudeness my e mail is [protected]@ hotmail.com. Or [protected]@yahoo.com. Phone [protected] please contact me what the solution was thank you Danielle abate

presciption
I was discharged from lancaster regional hospital on thursday november 25 and went to cvs pharmacy for a refill for my prescription the person I talked to was sue I believe she was the head pharmacist, at that time I underwent back surgery and needed my prescription filled, the pharmacist was rude and unprofessional she told me my insurance would not cover my prescription until the following day I told the pharmacist if I could pay for it out of pocket for some of the medicine to hold me over until the next day until my insurance would kick in but this rude person (sue) the head pharmacist refused to help me out, I explained to the pharmacist that I needed the medication for pain I just underwent back surgery, I offered to pay for the medication out of my own pocket but she got very rude and said no, than she told me that I was not welcome to return to the store anymore that she would call the police, all I wanted was some medication to hold me over to the next day, until my insurance would kick in, but she refused to help me in any way possible, so I took my precricption to another pharmacy and they gladly help me with my problem, I just want to say I have never been treated so badly as I was from this cvs pharmacy and furthermore I am going to contact my attorney and see if I have a valid complaint and if I do I will bring legal actions against this cvs store, I highly recommend that someone in charge will look into this complaint, because I believe a customer has some right to be treated fair and with respect, my name is antonio illiano and my phone number is [protected] I hope someone in your dept. will get back in touch with me and let me know what actions you intend if any

LMAO, ugh.. gotta love the people that think they can get what they want when they want. You can contact your attorney and pay out the ### for that phone call, but all you are going to find out is that what you did was illegal and you would be the one in jail and CVS would be in the right. You cant go to several pharmacies and get narcotics filled, if you get caught that is serious trouble for yourself especially if you have insurance and you went somewhere else and told them to put it on cash and not run it through insurance. (LOL) They put a day supply on your script for a reason, it has to last you until the date on there or youre not going to get your refill when you are out. And your pharmacy and insurance can not let it go through, that is the law, deal with it.
I'm going to assume you were trying to get medication that was considered a controlled substance/narcotic. My guess is that it was a Carisprodal 350mg or a strength of Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen, because you said you had refills.
I'm going to speculate on why the pharmacist denied you from getting this medication early, as there are two reasons why they may not fill your prescription. Since you said it was a refill, you must have filled the prescription and took all of your tablets within the time frame that your doctor wrote it for.
For example: If your doctor wrote for Soma 350: Take 1 tablet by mouth three times a day (Quantity is 90 tablets).
Such prescription should last you 30 days. If you were to take more than 3 tablets a day that will cause a disturbance in the scheduled date of your next refill.
So from the pharmacists point of view, your insurance denied the early refill (Because you recently filled the medication and did not wait the 30 days to fill your next one). And on top of that, every state in the United States allows a certain amount of days to fill early. Many of them being 3 days early on controlled medication. Which is plenty of time in your situation.
What I can see from what you wrote is that you came into the pharmacy on the 25th of November to be denied by the insurance and the pharmacist an early refill. Obvious deduction points out that you have not finished your previous refill or you are taking more than what the doctor told you to take.
Either way, pharmacies have laws that protect them from ###ed people like you. Laws that state how early you can refill your controlled medications and what the pharmacist can do by law. Of course you brought it to another pharmacy and they filled it because they didn't have your insurance and you paid cash for it. They were not able to look at the CVS computers to see when your last refill was. You tricked the system, which is illegal. Try explaining that in court, ###tard.

cleanliness
I went into my local CVS today and had to use the restroom. I had to walk inches from the table where the flu clinic is being held to enter the restroom door. When I entered the restroom, which apparently is for public use due to a baby changing station in the restroom, it was completely unsanitary in every way. The floor and toilet looked as though it had never been cleaned or disinfected. I thought this was horrible - especially given the fact that they are giving flu shots just steps away from this filthy mess. If no one else has complained about this I will be shocked!

Did you tell someone? They can't clean it up if you don't. You also need to realize that they have specific employees for cleaning, but they cannot be there around the clock. I'm sure they do the best that they can.
refill medication
Rite Aid pharmacy had transferred all patient refill files to Cvs on New Scotland Ave. Upon doing so I called to check the status of my recently renewed prescription. Due to the fact that I have Medicaid I wanted to be sure that it was not out of date from the refills. I was told that all was in order as I had recently refilled the script. Had it not been in order I would have gotten a new script from the doctor due to the fact that it is high blood pressure med. and it is imperitive that I have it. I was told that all was fine.
Upon calling the refill in, I was told on a Sunday that I needed a new script because it was too old. It was two-months old. Medicaid allows only up to six months old. There was three refills left and it was to be refilled within the 30 day time period.
So inevitably I was given a hastle and told to get a new script even after initially being told that my script was fine.
I became angry and called a pharmacist in a different Rite-aid and was told my script was fine. He could not understand except that it had been transferred improperly.
My conclusion to their mishandling of my script is that I will no longer deal w/ CVS as they made no effort to help me in this situation that was inevitably their error.
i have had this same issue come up very recently..wut is going on with this?i had a few scripts at cvs with refills left and now i have to call my dr for another..does not make any sense..wut is the point of having refills then..cvs is the worst pharmicy..especially the one on front street.they are alllll very rude and judgemental..they willl argue with u till theyr blue in the face..the one pharmicist is very rude.he looks indian or something..has a mushstache.always very rude!
miss count
I went in to the store on Monday to have my son prescription filled. I returned on Tuesday to pick it up after getting home opening it up I noticed that it didn't have the correct amount in the bottle so I counted the pills and then looked at the label it hand the right amount that was suppose to be in the bottle. So then I called the pharmacy up and they told me to come back and they would fix it, well it was not that easy because she went to saying that they was going to do a audit because it was a control substance not one time did she apologize about what was happening. I think that with it being a control substance the pharmacist should have someone else check their count because you have a hard time getting your medicine until they see it really was they fault. I did get the medicine but the pharmacist that I talk to Tuesday night acted like I had took the medicine out the bottle this need to be corrected before it happens to someone else and I will not be using them any more.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It is your responsibility to check your medication before leaving the store. If I were the pharmacist on during that shift, I would not have given you the "missing" pills.
egregious treatment by manager
Today I went to CVS and used the restroom while I was there. Apparently, there was a sign on the door that said "out of order", but I did not see it. The sign was posted only 3 feet above the ground on the door and I am over 6 feet tall. The restroom was not out of order, however. When I came out, a CVS employee and manager were waiting for me ready to...

CVS Caremark has unfair, deceptive billing practices and lousy customer service. Twice they have sent me medications where they have charged me incorrectly. Unfortunately my insurance company gives me no choice but to use them.
On Friday, I received medication in the mail that I did not order and which Caremark did not notify me they were sending. Its explanation was that they had a received my prescription on August 26 and could not refill it until now. But here is what really happened. I had mailed them the prescription in August. They told me they never received it and suggested I have my doctor's office fax it to them, which is what happened. I was speaking to a customer service rep named Abbey about this. They filled the prescription after they received the fax, but then they received the prescription in the mail, but never told me. But they did not want to fill it then because the insurance company would not pay for it until three months had passed.
So last week they decide to send it to me, not asking if I was still using the medication or wanted it. You can't return a medication once they mail it because of FDA regulations. But I don't need the medication and I wanted to use a generic version for the next refill.
You would think they would at least notify the customer they were sending the medication if it can not be returned. I plan on reporting CVS Caremark to the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Insurance Commission and the Attorney General in Massachusetts.

unprofessional/rude staff/incompetent
After having numerous discussions with the manager Terry and the corporate office of the CVS store located on 19th avenue and Indian School Road Phoenix, arionza, I am finally at my wits end with the last incident being the last straw.
The pharmacy staff at this store is a group of young, arrogant no it alls, who feel they are not accountable to anyone, including the corporate office.
I cringe at having to go into this store, and only do because I have to take a bus, and it is the closest store to my home. Unfortunately, I have to fill my prescriptions every two weeks, due to the type of meds I use. Every time I go in the pharmacy, it is one thing or another. It is not available, the insurance won't fill it now, the date is wrong, etc. and EVERYTIME, I have to call someone and spend the stress and time, and get it resolved, proving them wrong!
Their attitudes are horrific, unconcerned and downright rude.
This time, Hanna, who is only a pharmacy tech, but acts like the manager, refused to fill one of my prescriptions because the date was wrong, but not on the others he wrote. She is from some other country, and she needs to go back to where she came from! She did not even try to resolve the issue. When I asked for the pharmacist, she got haughty with me. Finally, the pharmacist came over, and while she was looking up my account, after calling my doctor and verifying he made a mistake on the date, she then got an attitude of arrogance!
I asked hanna to call the store manager and she refused! When the pharmacist overheard me asking to speak to the manager, (She too, is from another country) got uppety with me, asking me why I was calling the manager, when I stated it was none of her business why I was asking for the store manager, she then threw my prescription back at me saying "Well then, I guess you don't want this filled then". She spoke with my doctor, I have had my prescriptions filled there for years, and now she makes a personal decision to not fill my prescription again!
Terry, the store manager is a whimp, and just stood there, looking down at the ground while I told him what happened. I called corporate. I called my doctor, who after dealing with them on the phone, and seeing how upset I was, stated that he was now boycotting their pharmacies (He has a huge practice!) and not reccommending them to any of his patients.
Other than the fact that they are all young and have too much power apparently, these people show no regard to their customers. And apparently, CVS is at fault, because none of them seem to be concerned about getting a complaint.
I am a career advisor, and a word to these employees and CVS, step over, and let a person who has been out of work have your job, because I am sure they will appreciate it and be respectful and courteous to customers!
These young people need a large slice of humble pie, and life experience to set them straight about life!
And CVS, shame on you for not following through on complaints, so that they have full reign to treat people anyway they chose.
After way too many incidences at this store in regard to customer service, I no longer will fill my meds there, or give CVS one more dime of my money. And I will tell everyone I know, please don't shop there.

selling defective/tampered with products
I have been trying out the lines they now have available their ~ La Roche-Posay, Vichey and there is one more I can't recall the name of. I spent hundreds of dollars, and was very satisfied with some of the creams, but had a problem with a makeup remover and most recently an exfoliator.
I returned the first complaining of eye irritation, and just tried to return the exfoliator because it was runny and watery.
I was told I COULD NOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT THE ORIGINALK PRODUCT. This is what they sold me, and will sell you. Garbage that will irritate your eyes and skin, and then make it the customers fault.
Their skincare "manger" there states he supervises all purchases. Apparently not enough. He caused me harm by selling me products that were not protected or marketed appropriately, and is now attempting to penalize me for it. I don;t think so. I will be printing flyer's and placing them around the neighborhood warning customers away from pseudo-high end products that are sod to customers by a ridiculous child in a drugstore.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Cvs does not make the product. This product is sold in high end stores across the country.
Missing 90 oxycodone from 150 pill prescription.
On October 22, 2010 at 4:54 I picked up my prescriptions from the above referenced pharmacy. At 5:50 p.m. I noticed my bottle of Oxycodone did not feel right. So I counted my pills and realized that I only had 60 pills and I should have had 150 pills. I immediately called the pharmacy. I explained my situation to one employee and the employee asked me to...

I have had a couple of incidences with this pharmacy. Their service is incompetent and careless! They gave me someone else's prescription and it is fortunate that I am not blind or incompetent like they are and end up hospitalized or dead from taking someone else's prescription. Please do yourself a favor and do not choose this pharmacy for your prescription needs! Take care.

Hi,
I'm not sure who to write to to complain about an incident at the CVS store on Queens Blvd. and 67th. So I am posting here.
The incident occurred at 10:00 PM on Tuesday October 12th.
I was in-line checking out my merchandise with my pug dog in a sealed door stroller. I purchased this stroller specifically so I can take my dog out with me and so that it would be safe and sanitary and not bother anyone. I've had nothing but very positive comments about my dog in the stroller. At the very moment an employee was commenting at how cute my pug was and other customers were smiling at him, the manager burst out from the back and stood firmly in front of me and said harshly "dogs are not allowed in our store we just got fined for having dogs in the store. You can't have your dog in here!"
The cashier and the people standing around all stopped what they were doing to look at what all the commotion was. I was quite embarrassed and politely told her "ok. I'm paying now I'll leave in a minute." She (I think it was a she) went on " You should read the sign there's a sign that says no dogs. We just got fined. You want to pay our fine?"
The people around and the employees were all embarrassed at this point by her rudeness. Everyone could see I was trying to be polite and we were causing no disturbance. I then told her " well, I never had any trouble before in any of the stores in Queens and Manhattan including Rite Aide and Whole Foods and Macys. I've had this strollers for 3 years and they're sold specifically so you can bring dogs into public places."
She went on, trying to rally the people in the store against me. "Well we had a complaint! Someone saw a dog in the store and complained and we got fined." She went on: "if your going to pay our fine! You want to pay our fine?"
"Look." I tried to be polite but was now agitated. "I said I was leaving. I'll never come back again. There's plenty of other stores around to go to. I'll just go to Duane Read or Right Aid. And if you keep giving me a hard time and don't let me leave I'm going to send an email and complain."
"Then go to Rite Aid" She said. "Your not allowed in our store."
Well, now I am writing to complain. I saw no visible sign on the door when I left and the manager's behavior was rude and inappropriate. And I can assure you that whatever the fine they lost more by loosing me as a lifetime customer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The customer was wrong to bring her dog in the store. There are laws no animals allowed in the store. If the dog was to bite someone who would be liable the store owner. Some people are scared of dogs because they have been bitten. The complaint is not legitimate.
First off, CVS.com is a good place to send complaints... duh.
Second, no one at CVS corporate will care. You and your dog are not special. If it's not a service animal, the managers can make you leave if they so choose.
You're not entitled to special treatment, princess.
rude cashier
I was emailed a $5 coupon with any purchase of $30 or more.
I also was armed with several manufacturers coupons.
I hit up the red box with my trusty CVS card to see what other goodies I could score. It's time for the redemption of 3rd quarter Extra Care Bucks people!
I gave the store the once over and then determined that some of the items which I wanted were out of stock. (Folgers Instant Coffee & L'Oreal Studio Secrets Primer)
I asked politely as I always do..."Excuse me Miss, would it be possible please to get a couple of rainchecks for items that are out of stock". She asked for my coupon so she could check the product against the store circular and proceeded to write out the rainchecks. (She didn't actually ask, she said..."Gimme that.". RUDE She was looking @ the back of the circular which displayed the Ground Folgers. I explained to her that the offer was on the front of the circular. She said, "I know, I heard you." RUDE. I was thinking "Well if you heard me, then why did you not acknowledge what I said?" (I still didn't let that get under my skin...afterall, this was a happy shopping trip!) I was still excited about getting my goodies) It had been a minute since I'd treated myself to a good drugstore haul!
Please correct me if I am wrong.
It is my understanding that w/ the Extra Care Bucks program,
You MUST purchase an item exceeding the face value of the EB.
Also
I did not think a customer could combine MULTIPLE EB to redeem in 1 single transaction.
As a result, I got in line several times to maximize my dollars & take full advantage of the program. The cashier was annoyed b/c of this.
I am not understanding why. It should NOT matter how many times I get in line. Her job is to ring me up. I can take service without a smile. That's fine. But she had the audacity to speak about me as if I were not there. It seems that true good customer service is a lost art. I have learned NOT to expect it anymore. However I do expect a MINIMUM of courtesy as a consumer.
She was EATING (an egg roll & some chinese soup) There is a Chinese Food Restaurant right across the street. If I got in her line 100x, I was spending MY $ and redeeming MY EB! Last time I checked having PAYING customers contributed to the salary of the workers.
We are still in a credit crunch/recession (well they say not) but people are counting their pennies. Jobs are not at a premium. I would think she would have been happy to have ANY customer purchasing mdse so she could earn a paycheck. There is a RiteAid less than 1/2 a block from CVS. Now Rite Aid has a Rewards program, as does Walgreens. I later let the Corporate Customer Service lady (Colleen?) know that as consumers we DO have options & bad customer svc could mean the difference between my local CVS meeting goal or having those dollars walk to the nearest competitor! I explained to her that CVS used to be my premier source for drugstore beauty because of their rewards program.
I worked on and off in the customer svc industry for 20 years.
I expect a minimum of customer service. My hubby worked at one time a TeamLeader (Mgmt team) in Target.
We just expect a minimal level of customer service PERIOD. Which does NOT include being talked about as if patronizing the store is an inconvenience, even an annoyance to the workers. Obviously this woman had some other issues. Perhaps they were understaffed. Perhaps she was working a longer shift than she intended. NOT MY PROBLEM!
She told a visiting manager that he "brings them with him everyx". Implying that I was a problem customer & somehow this was his fault. One of her regular customers came in & noticed that she was perturbed & asked her how she was doing. She said she would be fine "shortly". I was standing near her register. This implied that I was a problem & she would be better once I was gone. RUDE
During my 1st transaction, I thanked her for her patience. There was some mixup about a coupon and she had to price check some perfume that I picked up. I bought the Shakira smaller bottle for $16.99. The larger one was $27.99. Of course I did not want the larger more expensive one. I was trying to redeem my $10 EB w/ the designer fragrance purchase. Yes, I thanked her for her patience and she said NOTHING. How rude!
I was so flustered that I forgot to use one of my coupons. UGH!
Flustered because it is not the customary for me to be wilding out in stores and turning them out. I work hard to accord every person dignity.
Afterall, I've been on the other side of the counter in 1 capacity or another at some time in my life. Cashier, Sales Associate, Waitress, Asst. Mgr. Receptionist, Production Assistant, Grunt worker, you name it. *smiles* The Cashier was older than me. I always show older persons respect. I have compassion for people who work in customer service. However, if you can't be civil and respectful, perhaps you need to find another line of work. Otherwise if you are rude and disrespectful, you could be costing your employer money.
Upon leaving the store, I dialed the customer service number on the back of my Extra Care Bucks card. I spoke with Juan. He patiently listened to my story and then repeated it as he understood it. He apologized for the negative experience & thanked me for sharing because he said corporate needs to know what is going on in the stores. He asked me to please hold while he transferred me to their Customer Relations Dept. I believe the woman with whom I spoke was named Colleen. I couldn't hear very well because I was on my cell phone.
She listened patiently while I explained in detail what transpired. She apologized and assured me this was not their method of doing business & said she would refer the matter to their District Mgr. She also assured me that the matter would be addressed with the Store Manager as well as the Cashier. I thanked her for taking the time to listen to me and also for apologizing for the rudeness of the cashier. I did let her know that I would most definitely be blogging about it. I told her not only on my blog, but also on others as well.
She got quiet. I will definitely update my blog should I hear from the District Manager.
On a side note, my DH worked w/ the Store Mgr of that CVS previously at Target. He was not there today. Too bad!
I still have $3 extra care bucks. I would have liked to have scored another bottle of polish, but I didn't really see any colors the beckoned.
I think though really, I was just so annoyed by the entire experience that I wanted to get out of the store.
If I AM wrong about combining EB on 1 receipt, please let me know. I think perhaps if I had gotten all of the items which I wanted, on one receipt things would not have been as hectic. But she was in such an terrible mood, it might not have mattered.
She was however pleasant to her regular customers and playful with small children in the store, so I presumed it was a personality conflict.
After it was all said and done, and I was outside of the store, I was thinking...
"Whateva lady...Gimme my prods for which I paid good $ and did MENTAL Olympics to maximize my dollars despite whatever REGISTER Olympics you had to do to complete the transaction(s)"
The things we endure to save on beauty! OMGoodness!
What are your minimal expectations from cashiers? How about your mimimum expectations from chain drugstore managment/corporate?
How can we as consumers send the message to companies that we expect a certain level of courtesy from their employees?
On April 30th 2008 @ 1:59 I purchased four Master card gift cards at store 1068. On Aug 4th 2008 I returned to this store to tell them one of our employee's had tried to use his card and was told
it did not work. I asked the cashier about this problem and she said after looking at my receipt that the card has been activated and I said I knew the receipt says this but the employee said it did not work. I asked the cashier if she could check to see what had been used on this card and she said nothing could be done, they (the store) only sells them. I took this cashier to be extremely rude and of no assistance. I told her we would no longer be purchasing any items for our employee-s from this location and she said "that's fine". I then left the store quite angered. I was at this store on August 4th 2008 at 10:46 A.M.
tl;dr
i think cvs is very slow in filling prescriptions.there's always a wait even if you call it in ahead of time.one employee at the cvs on morgan st in kokomo indiana proceeds to dip in a conversation i was having with my mothere.she walks up and says im not stupid.i was floored and told her no one called her stupid.she says well, i just want you to know im not stupid and we are having problems with our printer today.hmmmmm, i think she was acting very stupid at the time.do they employ maybe disabled people?drug addicts?what was her problem?
As a cvs employee I can honestly say that the employee was right in a rude way CBS policy stAtes no type of prepaid card may be returned because we have no way of knowing if you used it but I would have been a WHOLE lot nicer
I just had a very bad experience at CVS myself. There wasn't even a big issue or anything, the CRS was just very rude and nasty for no reason.
unfair wages
I have been a loyal pharmacy technician to CVS for almost 2 years now. I have proof that CVS is giving new hired $10/hr. However, I am still making significantly less than this, having a college degree, a perfect evaluation, and a state tech license.
I have talked to the pharmacy manager, who has been very evasive and has told me that he talked to the store manager. Meanwhile, the store manager denied that he talked to her and said she would take care of it.
However, she never did and now she has gone elsewhere.
I talked to the pharmacy supervisor and she said that there is nothing she can do, the pharmacy manager has to put in the raise. However, I should have automatically gotten more than new hires when they decided to give new hires $10 an hour
Warning to potential appilcants to CVS. DO NOT APPLY HERE. It taked forever to get even your yearly raise and even this is a pittance for the hard work and dedication that technicians have to put in (not to mention PCI calls and all these other adherance duties that the compay has added for techs to do with no appreciation whatsoever).
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If I were in your shoes, I would be offended as well. Even though the economy is tough, you should probably apply for another job. You might see if there are any tech jobs with the Veteran's Administration. Look on USA jobs. If you were willing to relocate, I am sure that you could find something much higher paying. I am a pharmacist at a federal facility in the Midwest. Our technicians make $16-20/hr and I am sure the cost of living here is much lower than the Northeast. I know that there are federal technician jobs with IHS posted on IHS.gov and there may be some on USA jobs as well. State licensing is not an issue as federal facilities allow you to be licensed in one state but work in another (at least they do for pharmacists).
Yeah, I'm thinking you're not deserving of that raise you're begging for. There's probably a really good reason you haven't gotten it yet.
Also, this happens at a ton of places.
Your writing skills are horrible, perhaps thats the reason.
You went to college (supposedly) to make less than $10 an hour?
How is that investment going?
pharmacy manager (co-worker)
I work at cvs. The pharmacy manager is sooo mean and stuck up to me and some of her co-workers. She is always on her phone and not helping out. I don't know what to do. If i'm not a man she doesn't like ya. Her name is debbie remblake (Pharmacy manager). I know if I complain to charlie curtis he really don't care. Even though he is her boss he won't correct her on anything it's like he is dating her or something. What should us hard working co-workers do? I need some help on this! Someone out there tell me what should we do being pee-on's at work?

She's very untrustworthy. I work with her on a daily basis. Terry would be a better Pharmacy Manager than Debbie. Terry is very honest and professional about her work.
She's not a nice person or mom! She lies to fellow coworkers.
Yeah Debbie Remblake I been dealing with her for years and I always thought there was something with her and charlie going on
I pick up my scripts all the time there and for some reason she smells like 5 day old pantyhose
maybe charlie likes that idk.
She always smelled like she came from a night out if you know what i mean
I love you debbie even if you didn't
and even if my actions don't prove that
I love you alot...
uh what what are you talking about she's like the best pharmacy manager ever
i love her
I find Deb extremely helpful and kind. Deb always helps me with all my questions and concerns. I think you're just hating on her awesomness. oh and by the way., you usually get an annoyed Pharmacist, if you are ANNOYING
Filing a complaint with corporate will not make a difference they don't care as long as the numbers are being met. My girlfriend works as a pharm. tech. and her boss has got to be the worlds largest dick and that is putting it lightly she has been nothing but ridiculed for the last two years with the company. I know you ask why has she not found something different well the simple answer to that is jobs here are zero to none so you try and hang on to what you have. My point here is we have done everything known to man to get this problem solved diplomatically and they just don't seem to care where I feel for the writer of this complaint I also agree with the response to it as well you don't like it there try something other then CVS walk away nothing in this world is worth that. Good Luck
Wow. First off, take off your CAPS lock. Second, graduate from high school and get a better job. Third, work on your spelling and grammar.
Then, try CVS.com to send a formal complaint, but please, for the love of god, have someone else write it for you so the people at corporate don't laugh at your silliness.
rude pharmicst
I went to this pharmacy in minden, louisiana and asked to see if my son's prescription was refilledand it was not. The lady told me to check back next week and see if they get it in. Then I told her that my son is sick and he cant wait for the meds and he needs it asap. Well she then said with an attitude that i dont have a choice but to wait for it to come in. She was not very nice about it.
Tracie Malone
I had a terrible experience with one of the pharmacists today. She hollered at me as I was supposed to know that my new prescription was the same as the old one. I asked her to relax and she immediately got smart saying she wasn't saying that it wasn't the same prescription that it was on backorder and she could fill it only one time. I ask her would she please fill it today because I needed it as I didn't have any. She was saying something ugly as she got off the phone. I have never had those girl ladies disrespect me since Eckerds became CVS. They know me well by name and are always cheerful! This is the first time this has happened and I don't appreciate her talking down to me. She must be someone from another store because she was rude. Please talk to your young black pharmacist because the next time I will not be as nice and calm. Any of the regular ladies will tell you, I never give them trouble and they are the same with me. She could have been tired, I am sure but it no way to talk to anyone. I am a African American lady of 73 years old and I will not be disrespected!
It's not the pharmacy's fault if your son's doctor didn't call in a refill. You're the parent, you have to be his advocate. Accordingly, take it up with the doctor, not the pharmacy.
pharmacy manager
Manager is very unprofessional. Manager (D.Remblake) is always on a cell phone and rude to the customers. I'm sorry but she needs us in order to have a job. I go to that location atleast twice a month for my prescriptions but now I have switched to Walgreens on 91st ave and Peoria. It's out of my way but the Manager is alot nicer and I don't feel like I'm a bother. I recommend that anyone who needs to fill their prescriptions not to go to CVS on 99th ave. and Peoria. Hopefully one day someone will see and listen to the way that woman treats a customer. If you have the same complaint as me call her boss and complain (Charles Curtis).

i agree their are some changes that need to be made at cvs. the staff are obviously under the impression that they can treat their customers any type of way and not get penalized for it and its not fair. you take our money but yet treat us with disrespect. someone needs to do something about this. i say start penalizing these employees . let your customers know when you go to cvs you will be treated with respect. you will be able to go there and feel good about shopping there. no one wants to go anywhere, spend their money and be disrespected.
overworked, not get paid
Everything said is true.We are overworked and under paid!I'm still waiting on a paycheck these idiots lost on 8/28/10. With no hope in sight, they don't know when this will be fixed i was told today. Meanwhile bills are late, late fees are piling up and no one at cvs/human resources or should i say inhuman resources cares. But i show up everyday thinking today will be better.they exspect us to care about our jobs our cutomers but no one really cares about us.Just their numbers on a piece of paper.
i was not not paid for two weeks the first check they messed up was two weeks ago now here it is again and im still not paid the correct amount, here you have a mulit million dollar company who refuses to pay employees thier money.
