On July 3, 2025, my credit card was over 12 times and no alert was received. I called and could not find my card because I had just moved. I was l told that "no error" had occurred and that I was responsible for pay the over $1300. They never mentioned that I was a victim of internet fraud. To make things worse, the website to reopen a dispute is not working for the past three days. I am told that this is the only way to request that the dispute be reopened. I found my card and attempting to provide proof that I have it and that I was a victim of fraud.
Desired outcome: I would like my card to be credited for the amount and be refunded the interest that I have been charged. This is a picture of the old card. The charge from this card have been transferred to the new card so I am still paying
