I never received a new credit card in the mail so credit one bank said they would send me a new one and to disregard the billing statement! So I got new credit card and have not received billing statement yet but on line it says I have amount due for August and it should be September! I called several times for them to update my account and they have NOT yet! It will make my account past due with late fees and this needs to be updated NOW! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH CREDIT ONE BANK! When I used my credit card for first time it was denied for fraud? Makes no sense? And when I tried making a payment with my debit card it was denied cause of wrong zip code which is nonsense, I have been using same zip code for years with my bank?, WHAT IS GOING ON WITH CREDIT ONE BANK?
