Well on 01/26/26 I went to make a payment due the same day; I had endless issues with my phone app that I finally decided to delete it. so, I went to the website and after dealing over and over again with the "login so crazy that even when I type my ss# it would come back that was that wrong! finally, I was able to login and to my surprise the information for that particular card was not there, so I call the # and the recording gave me a phone # to call it's a collections department why? I been making the payments, they supposed to call me back they did not.

Desired outcome: I am so tired of this always something so I don't want to get late charges or anything like that like they always try.
