I made my regular payment and then paid off the bill in full. My bills were due on the 16th. After paying $2,587.41 and $1,499.10 I get a message on my phone from the alerts that all balances are zero. I went into my accounts online and they are now saying I owe $59.88 and 36.68. I called and of course I get someone offshore and there was a language barrier. She argued with me stating that it was left over interest. I dumbed down what I was saying and there was still issues. First of all I have been a bookkeeper for over 18 years and know my numbers. Why would your company want to send these calls out of the United States instead of giving Americans the job. Once paid off, I will close out my 3 accounts because they are shysters. They make it impossible for people with lower credit scores to be able to pay off their debt. If you don't want to get frustrated, then don't call them.
Recommendation: Build your credit up with a different credit card that you won't be charged monthly fees and their high interest rates.
I made my minimum payment before Feb. 14th on both accounts. On February 20th I paid on both cards $2587.41 and $1,499.10. These amounts were paid in full. The site stated that I had no balances. I went on today and checked and now there are balances showing for $59.88 and $36.68. They were paid on time and then I decided to pay them off so for 4 days there should not be that much interest.
