I was on vacation overseas when my card stopped working after something glitched in their app trying to add it to my apple wallet. Customer service was horrible, just repeating a script and wasting my battery power as I was stranded in a foreign country with no money. They told me they couldn't help me until I sent my drivers license over email (completely unsecured). I was lied to multiple times by the service when I asked to talk to an American they just transferred me to someone else also not in the US. The fact that they lied until I called them out about it multiple times shows how shady this is. I had to have emergency funds wired to me to even be able to survive abroad, Now I'm being told I can't even close my card without sending them this information which I 100% don't feel comfortable sending them, which is why I would rather close my account. Its insane they won't even let me do that!
