I had one of my monthly expenses declined, I thought that it was a bit odd as I should have plenty of credit as I always pay my balance in full. All of my monthly bills were to be paid on this card. when I went into there website and my balance due was zero then I looked at my credit and it was also zero, I called the customer service line and they told me that they needed a utility bill and my drivers license, a bit odd I can't remember any of my cards asking for that but I sent it in on there website. I asked why I did not receive any notification they talked around the issue and "consulted me on safety when using my card." again odd I thought. So the issue they said is my drivers license does not match my utility bill, I was like so I own two houses and just sold a 3rd house and they 2 are in different locations. one is my lake house, and that's what I use for all of my legal documents. On and On day after day nothing from this company. Today 070926 I called and spoke to someone who sounded like they were from somewhere other that the US. And he tells me I need to go to DMV and change my address BS I am not changing my drivers license as I get all of my legal docs at this address. More that frustrated I told him to close the account I am not doing this anymore. The funny thing about all of this is I have a 2nd card with them with a larger limit and it's fine no issue s currently.
Recommendation: Don't Trust this card service document everything and get names.
