Fraudulent charges made 3/11/26 and 3/19/26 to Amazon France. I live in the US . My credit cards and Amazon account were all compromised on 3/09/26. Company states these charges are legitimate somehow rationalizing this for the following reasons:
1. Shopped with Amazon in the past
2. Used the Credit One Card in the past at Amazon ( Last purchase March 2024 when still using card to build credit)
Refuses to read my documentation sent supporting the fact that Amazon and all cards were compromised March 9th
Claimed loss: 466.82
Desired outcome: Reverse charges
