I was all excited when they approved me for the card. It worked 3 times and then kicked into disabled mode.. I called CSR with promisses that it would work. It said fraud and was disabled over and over, again. It was an embarrassment to use. I have $1500 on it and I can't pay utilitys, buy food or pay business expenses with it. The card is useless. It would be nice if card worked

Recommendation: Don't apply.
