Credit One Bank – Credit card (never activated/used - closed account)

These SCAM ARTISTS reported "an" account as negative, with a balance of $109, Here's the FACTS.

I applied in March 2025, and closed account in April, 2025. The card was NEVER used or ACTIVATED because their website had so many issues, (telling me my bank account incorrect, when it was not) I decided that with this kind of issues so early on I did not want to to deal with them, and CLOSED the account immediately. I have NEVER received any statements until AUGUST, 2025, where they were attempting to EXTORT the balance from me on a closed and NON ACTIVE and CLOSED account. The card was NEVER used! They reported my account as past due to ALL three bureaus. The "alleged" balance purely consists of the Annual fee, and late fees on the annual fee! PREDATORY! The account was not even active and was closed in April, 2025. They won't get a penny from me. They have filed FRADULENT report with the credit bureaus and I will pursue them and the credit reporting bureaus that failed to do their job. This BIAS reporting has to STOP!. Thankfully, I am a Civil litigation paralegal (30 years) I have many many sharp knowledgeable attorneys at my dispense! I'm coming for you Credit One Bank. You picked the wrong person to attempt to EXTORT and Bully. ALL your calls have been recorded, including those made on a SUNDAY (illegal). You are nothing but SCAM Artists. You don't intimidate me, believe that.
