A complete scam. My experience with the Credit One Bank company was horrible. I received an email stating I was approved. After 5 to 6 weeks, I went to my mailbox and there was a bill from them stating I have a balance of $91.65. The problem was that I never received a card. It was never activated, never used. When I called, there seemed to be conflicting information regarding having been approved versus having to verify my account with additional information, such as providing income statements and submitting a "utility bill". I provided all they needed based on their specific instructions. I was then told to call back within 72 hours to confirm verification and to request another card. When I called, I was told my account had been closed. I received nothing to indicate the status of this account. When I requested to have my name removed from this account, he said, "I need to put in a request with my team." I have a belief that this company is not legitimate. To have a problem and deal with such inconsistency in the beginning, I believe that they are fraudulent. I would never recommend this company
