Terrible. Where do I begin? They refused to allow me to use my middle initial until I sent them a copy of my drivers license. When you pay them they put a ten day hold on your payment to make sure the funds clear, which is absurd. They keep sending me messages that a transaction was declined when it was paid. They can offer me no explanation as to why this is happening. They have third world Cambodian customer service and the reps are neither helpful nor resourceful. You cannot understand them. They babble off a series of words that they appear to be reading from a teleprompter and you end up asking, "So what are you going to do to assist me with my issue?" and the answer to that is nothing. Another factor is this card is NOT accepted by many merchants.Just as soon as I can pay it off I am going to dump it. Also, they have a $39.00 annual fee. The card is so bad they should be paying you to use it. Run away and do not waist your time. You do not want to deal with them.
Recommendation: Find another card with better service and no annual fee, and stay away from American Express!
