I took my two toddler daughters to taco bell for lunch on Friday September 14, 2017, when we arrived back home, I found a used disposable razor in the kids meal bag, so I called taco bell corporate headquarters and of course received a friendly "I'm sorry ma'am"...Took the food back to the store accompanied by a local law enforcer and and once again received a friendly "I'm sorry". The funny thing is that the woman at headquarters made it very clear that razors in the kids meal bags is not standard procedure! Well I would hope not...I was never offered my money back but they were pretty worried about getting their hands on the bag of food that contained the razor! I think it sucks that I can't even take my babies for lunch without worrying about some pshyco putting crap like that in my child's kids meal bag!

slow service
We went to Taco Bell throught the drive through and ordered a Strawberry Fruitista. After leaving the drive through I realized that it was a strawberry and pina colada which I didn't want. My husband parked the car and went in. They told him that it would be 2 minutes because they had to defrost the machine. He stood there for 12 minutes and ignored him. He finally asked for his money back. I think that they gave me the pina colada thinking that I wouldn't care.

Today my family stopped at Taco Bell for lunch. The cashier was making my change and the manager caame up to help her. While we are all there several employees came up and this one young girl was showing them pictures on her cell phone, bad enough, but, the girl was WAY over weight and her shirt liked about 3 inches (or more) meeting the top of her pants. It was gross. I ask the manager (if she was the manager) she said yes, I said the young lady needs to pull her shirt down or her pants up, it is very unapealing to see in an eating place. The manager says, very hateful, she doesn't have a belt and she is doing the best she can do! The best she could have done was stay in the back where her job was.
When we left, she happened to be out side and she comes up to me, she says " I am sorry you don't think I am doing a good job" I say to her, it isn't whatever your job is, but the fact you need to cover yourself up. She says, well, you didn't have to embarres me in front of all those people. I didn't say it which I should have, if you hadn't been in front exposing all that skin you wouldn't have been embarresed. This happened Mon. July 270-09 at 1:30 p.m.

Hi, my name is Cayla S I went in to tacobell/KFC on King St. Northampton and ordered the crunchwrap supreme, And I very nicelt told the girl taking the order that I would like it without baja sauce or sourcream which ever comes on it no white stuff. I got my order and luckily checked my food to make sure it was what i ordered it was not, so i went back up to the counter after waitng for 20 minutes. At that time the manager came over I explained the problem and she very aggressively yelled at me and told me well maybe if i ordered it right it would be right. i didnt respond than she went to teh grill person and in fron of a full dining area and a line almost out the door talked about me to the grill guy. than she came back to give me my food and one more time before handing my my food she said "well next time order it right" I was so embarrassed and it is very unperfessional for management to speak to a customer like that. She also during my 20 minute wait yelled at the other employees alot for no reason.

yea well my tacobell in hot springs arkansas is a drug dealing dopehouse...a MANAGER is selling drugs out of the resturaunt..my son was admitted to rehab for falling grades and admitted to doing drugs...i would like the manager to be removed from duty...wouldnt want taco bell in the news...i will be calling the P.D. in the future..if any taco bell reps want to contact me for further names and location..please contact me at mickeyc_2k5@yahoo.com..im sure taco bell handling it would be better.

The General Manager and Assistant Manager have been harassing all the Employees including me by calling us "[censored], Idiot, Stupid, Braindead, Slut, Drunk, ###, and ###". Sometimes the General Manager would slap my butt with the fly swatter. He would also touch everybody on the shoulders and hands as they came in. Just today the Assistant manager said I had no brains and Im an Idiot for trying to refill the frutista freeze machine(Machine was not working properly). I am sick of the treatment that has occured at this store. We are all very afraid to ask for help because the owners will make sure we have no job if we call the labor board again. Please we need help!

rude to mental handicapped employee
Went to Taco Bell today and noticed a girl with Downs Syndrome working, which I thought was really nice. However, my good feelings soon diminished when this redneck, dare I say, [censored] came over and began yelling at the poor girl. I'm assuming that she was some sort of management. Anyway, this "person" continued to scream at the girl for not cleaning the men's restroom. The girl stated that she didn't want to clean the men's room, well, because it's the men's room. It's not as though she were just being lazy, because she the conversation revealed that she had in fact cleaned the women's room with no problem. In the end, the manager told the girl to go and clean the men's room or else! I had to bite my tongue not to say anything because if I had, I feared that management might take it out on the employee.
I for one understand why a mentally handicapped female didn't feel comfortable cleaning a men's restroom and they shouldn't expect her to. There were plenty of male employees just standing around chatting, instead of working, so why not make one of those low lives do the dirty work? It just pisses me to all-hell when these fast food places are infested with lazy adolescents. However when a defenseless individual, struggling with a handicap, attempts to go out in the world and prove that she's worth something and not just a sympathy case, some jerk has to ruin it with their terrible attitudes. That girl should be commended, but instead she is treated like trash. Science may she has a mental condition, but in actuality that [censored] manager does.

What are you crazy people talking about? This disabled person "works" there. If they ask her to clean the men's restroom she has to clean the men's restroom. What does she expect to find in there a bunch of nude men in there? You just don't understand that sometimes people expect disabled persons to be treated with kid gloves, but it's a business! Simple solution fire the least productive person.

filthy invironment
I visited the Taco Bell on State Street in Saginaw Michigan on Friday night June 26th at approximatly 7:53 p.m. The floor and surrounding area's of the food work stations were filthy, the floor was so dirty you couldn't tell in spots what color it was. While waiting for my food I observced an employee (the one who filled my order) throw a container of hard taco shells toward a trash can and they landed on the floor, no -one swept them up or picked them up they stayed where they were. I also observed the manager and another employee who were working the drive-thru side throw wrappers on the floor that also went left where they were.I almost told them to keep their food. I also know from having worked fast food when I was young you cannot have a garbage can by a work station, which by the way there was, thats where I believe the taco shells were suppose to go.I have instructed my husband that if he becomes ill to make sure he tells me, that store was not as clean as it should be, I have gone to that particular taco bell for years and have NEVER seen it so filthy dirty. Oh and the employee that filled my order forgot my tostado so I had to wait even longer. (there was only that young man working the inside order side, I in a way felt sorry for him, no one was helping him)

messed up order
In the Drive Thru, I ordered 2 chalupas with no sour cream and no tomatos. She repeated the order back and of course when I got home there were tomatos and sour cream. At $2.50 a Chalupa, this is an expensive mistake. It doesn't help calling because they either don't speak English, or they just tell you to bring the order back in with the receipt, well my receipt didn't say no sour cream, no tomatos - and I'm not going to drive back and let the rest of the food get cold in the meantime. This is so irritating! If they hired people that can speak and understand ENGLISH, it would eliminate these careless mistakes. Everytime my kids ask for Taco Bell, I talk them into Del Taco instead just because Taco Bell can never get the order right. It's kinda hard to open up every food item to make sure it's correct while still in the drive thru!

The food problems are escallating in poor performance salads with little on them tacos with little or nothing on them tequitos with hot suce on them when in the past they have been good, staff not upfront and customers building up and staff looking like what and not waiting on the customer, condiments and napkins totally empty, drink station in disaray and not stocked, tea is out quite alot this is the only thing I can drink, the condition of lobby is poor lighting cieling tiles look bad and employees are eating at tables and leaving personal items on them. This is not a way to run this establishment. this is the way to run off business.

Please do not take this out with the employees cause it is not there fault ... Its the over heads fault...When I worked there we had tight shifts 3 -4 ppl and when u live in a tourist town thats nothing...we had certian times to be off the clock or we had to work for free cause god forbid upper management not get there bonuses...We have to go back what the management would say ...the sweet tea would sit there from open to close cause of food waste...The one I worked at our GM refused to help and complaints were made and nothing happened...As for dinning room when you are having a 700.00 hours and no help and management yelling at us its not our fault... Our thing was we had to get you out of there in a short time.. In drive thru we had 60 seconds or we could get a call and get fierd..up front well we had a time like 2 minutes to accomany your needs or once more we were getting yelled at.
towing rip-off
This is a new one. My struggling college student son parked in the Taco Bell parking lot to eat lunch and then went across the street to the Kansas City Royal baseball game. Even though there are no parking signs, they did not even notice. When they got back his car had been towed, which okay was legal I guess, but they didn't just tow it to the nearest tow company, no they went an hour away to Associated Impound which the corporate office has an agreement with. This was so far that it cost my son $205.00. Now tell me they do not have a scam going here between Taco Bell and the tow company which looks like it is just in someone's back yard. They could have towed to the nearest tow lot which was about 10 miles away but no, they towed about 30 miles away. My son had just gotten home from college, got a job and got his first paycheck today and it cost him more than his entire paycheck to pay for this tow. To me this is a totally cruel, illegal scam they have going between the two of them. I will never, ever go to another Taco Bell, their food is crap anyway, again and I will be sure everyone hears about this and I plan to proceed to write letters to BBB, Attorney General, Call for Action, and anyone else I think of to let them know what a scam Taco Bell has running with this piece of crap Impound Company which I will be letting everyone know about this. How people live with themselves knowing they ripped off a kid like this is unreal. But as always "Karma" and they will answer some day for their actions.
$205 for a tow that should have been $50 at the most. Lesson would have been learned then also. This is a good kid, hard working, great student, and this is crap what happened.

Pat Casey, yes your some may have ate lunch at Taco Bell, but afterwards as you stated he walked off and left his car... Which isn't right... I'm sorry, but yes Taco Bell had every right to have his car impounded and your son had every right to pay whatever the tow company chraged him (I guess $205.00?), wether it was $100.00 or $1, 000.00... He shouldn't have left his car there... Taco Bell has their own customers, that they need to have room for them to park...

The gas station that's right by the river gets people almost everyday for parking in their parking lot... Especially on hot days... People park there and go walk down to the river... At least 5 got towed out of there. In one day! 1 right after another!

rude manager
I stopped to eat at your Monticello Taco bell, the store was a mess, the food was cold, and your manager was rude! I was so upset after paying for food that I couldn't eat! I stopped at this resturant many times last spring on my way home from my cabin, and always enjoyed my visit, but I have to say the last 4 times that I have stopped in the last 2 months, it's been a bad exsperience. So on Sunday May 3rd I stopped at 1:30 pm and just couldn't believe how bad the store was. And the manager working wasn't doing her job at all. Funny thing is, each time I stopped it's been the same manager working. I could hear her talking to the employees about how she has to get let some people go! and then watched her go outside to smoke, I couldn't believe my eyes. The stores a mess, the food is cold and your employees are busy! But she had time to smoke. I wasn't going to complain but then thought if I don't say something things wont change. so I called the store later that night and talked to a male employee, and asked him who there managers were that were working that day, He said my General manager was the only one there that day, I asked for her name, and he hesitated to tell me and asked if he could leave her a message. I said no I just want her name, he gave it to me. But didn't sound like he really wanted to. Her name is Dustine, and This is the same girl that has been there the other 3 times I visited. I know now not to eat there if I see her in the future. I really enjoy getting my taco's after a long weekend at the cabin, but now will have to go else where to get them.

on the commercial the guy cant find the lettuce, he should of had one of ours, it was all lettuce, I found two small pieices of chicken on mine and one smaller on my wifes, and the beans and rice would have fit in a table spoon.I called taco Bell up and complained and they said bring them back and they would make us new ones, which we did and too are amazement we got four small pieces of chicken and two table spoons of beans and rice and very little lettuce making a very small salad even smaller, it looks nothing like the picture, not even close.we will never eat at Riverbank Taco HELL again.I work all over northern cal and its always good at other locations.Riverbank is the worst.several times we said we would not go back, but now we have gave them the last chance.we will never go back !

false advertisement
We saw the new fully loaded taco salad commercial on TV and it basically advertised that there is practically no lettuce in this salad. In fact in the TV commercial, the person was practically trying to FIND any lettuce at all. This is such a farce at the location we visited. We ordered two of the salads and they were more than 50% lettuce. When we said something, the person told us that is how they were instructed to make them. If that is the case, please stop the false advertisement. If you feel we were wronged, then I would like to know. thanks... and have a great day... Peter

I find Taco Bells ads to be out right bait and switch. Earlier this year they had one dollar burritos. I ordered two. There was a teaspoon of the stuff in one wrap and maybe two in the other. They were almost empty.
Now they advertise a ½ lb Burrito that is more like a ¼ lb. The ads all show it full of beef. Mine was full of a cornstarch sauce with some beef in it. They cheated on weight and filling.

WOW! All of these comments about "teaching your kids how to walk" and "people suing when they are just careless and clumsy". I have 2 words for you.. PISS OFF! I just slipped and fell in a taco bell just 2 days ago and I myself am suing as well. And it's not just for money. And I wasn't not paying attention nor am I clumsy. It is any establishments job to keep a business a safe place for customers. That means making sure the store is clear of wet spots and other hazards. They should put up wet floor signs and dry mop any wet spots there might be. When I slipped and fell it was raining but I made sure to wipe my feet before I walked onto the hard floor. I happened to slip on a spot that the workers neglected to wipe up. And to make matters worse, there were no visible wet floor signs put out. And like the complaint above, I was helped up by a complete stranger also. Not one person working there that day apologized or wiped up the spot where I slipped. I hope any one of you who wrote the ignorant comments experience a slip and fall in an establishment. Then maybe you will realize that that it ONLY happens when a place of business is neglecting their duties to maintain a safe place for their customers.
When you go into a fast food you usually look up at the menu & really assume that it is safe in walking inside.
The law says they have to take a ACCIDENT REPORT. I fell and made them file one when they watched & ignored my fall in front of a manager of a different establishment. They have insurance but try to get away with anything they can. They will not let you see the accident report either. In the end my medical bills were paid. A consultation with a attorney is free. You do not owe them anything if you loose a case. Look out for yourself and protect yourself.

I went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered a taco salad. They often times have a taco salad on display underneath a bell jar in the dinning area. This sits there all day! Well, the night I went through the drive-thru... I got the day-old taco salad. When I got home, no less than three minutes later, I opened the taco salad…. The sour cream was glazed over and hard, the “meat” and beans were stone cold. The lettuce was very, very dry. I am 100% positive that they gave me a day-old taco salad. I've also been over-charged at this location several times. Watch your # when you do business with this location.

I also have recieved very bad food and service from this taco bell. Just recently went after a long break from them because of the quality of food and was just as every bit disappointed as the last time. Ordered Mexican Pizza with nothing on the top of it, it has all slid off and apparantly had been that way for some time, since it was hard and cold. Also, uneatable.

Our Taco Bell in Brewton has got to be the worst one ever. I've lived in large cities and there service and cleaness was great but not here. This town is small and you think they would care about how they treat everyone. They are rude. Its not nice to go and pay money for food and they act as if you are bothering them. Also, they never have food. I can count 4 incidents where they had either ran out of tomatoes or meat. When i called the manager Mark Young .He said to bring the food and the reciept . I told him that i had fed the quesedilla to my dog. He said thats okay just bring him the reciept and he'll solve my problem. When i returned back to the store He says do you have your reciept I handed i to him. He had one of his employees make the food.When his employee found out he had to do some work over again, he says he man next time dont feed the food to your dog or throw it away! I said yes sir i got it . After that I stood waiting I heard him says " I dont see his dog payin a federal income tax'' So i left the store very mad with no food and without my refund It was rude and disrespectful for him to say that to control myself from hurting him I left the store

charge for water
I went to this Taco Bell/KFC on 2/20 and ordered 2 tacos + a water. They charged me a $1.50 for a water! The girl in the drive through did not tell me about the charge - I asked about it because my total was very high for just two tacos. She just said we have to charge for water and said if I didn't want to pay it I could just skip the water. I understand maybe a quarter to cover the cup but $1.50 is ridculous.

I was customer # 394 at Taco Bell in Missouri City, Texas. I went through drivetru and it was a hispanic girl with a cap on, heavy build told me the pepperoni pizza would take 7 minutes and pullup. I waited in front for about 25 minutes, no one ever came to deliver but they had charged my credit card, well the rest of food I had was now cold. When I saw no one was coming to bring it, I drive back through drive thru and now this smart --- avoids dealing with me ( the hispanic girl or light skinned whatever and walks and laughs and tells little black girl to help me. She then asks about my pizza and they still don't have it ready. Finally the little black girl apologizes, it wasn't her fault that she was working with this stupid uncaring person. I did call back and complain to Edward manger, how far it goes it don't know. its not racial its just not politicly correct. however to get back to the original complaint, i don't think her lack of respect or costomer service had anything to do with your race it probably had more to do with the fact that she makes $6.15 an hour without benifits and just doesn't care. Most are just kids with a lack of respect or appreciation for their jobs.
Somehow this sounds more like a racial complaint then anything else. I am finding it extremely hard to take this seriously, I suggest changing your wording next time.
glass in my food
I bit, choked on, and swallowed a piece of glass that was served to me in my soft taco! I have three witnesses, and your staff acted as if they didn't give a damn that I was cut and bleeding in your restaurant. I am currently seeking legal advice so that I can sue you for what your worth. They didn't have to be so rude and inconsiderate. Tha store was number 023768. Mobile, AL. New Years Eve me and my five year old son went to Taco Bell to eat. We both ordered our usual burritos and drinks. The next morning we both woke up vomiting and having horrible diarrhea. My son was scared and me being six months pregnant got sent to the ER and had IV fluids put in and both my son and I were both diagnosed with food posining. Be careful when you eat at Taco Bell this experience was horrible and is very serious! I did call into the Environmental hotlie and filed a report with them.

My boyfriend bought tacos and as I ate one I noticed ONLY 3 STRANDS of damn cheese in my taco!Wow really! If I'm going to pay money then taco bell needs to get with the program and hire people that care about their customers being happy! My receipt number is 021342 it was 2:22 am and i purchased the food they did not give me the drink. I had another empty cup which made me think i already had it when i was leaving realizing too late that it was not the drink i ordered. All i want is the ability to not pay for a drink next time. I already paid for it and never received it all i want is my $1.49 to count and not feel like i wasted my money?
After spending 1/2 hr in traffic all I wanted to get a quick bite and go home, when I arrived at the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me I figured it would be quicker than getting off the car. I spent a whopping 26 minutes in drive thru!

My son and I ordered taco bell from the drive thru this location on 12/16/2017 at 9:35PM. He was eating his burrito and bit into a thick piece of jagged plastic the size of a coin! Thank goodness he didn't swallow it or we would have been at the emergency room.
