Taco Bell rude employees

Ordered dinner for my daughter and I and when we got home, our dessert was missing. We called the store and they said that we could come pick up the missing food and for our inconvience we could have a cinnamon twist or something. My daughter went to pick up the food, she was told that we could have the food we were missing but nothing more. I feel like I was lied to and had to go and use my gas to drive across town, to pick up the food that they forgot, then to be told that we couldnt have anything for our efforts, just angered me. I'm tired of having to waste my time and money for someone elses mistakes. I understand it was a mistake, but tell me I can have something and then change you mind. I'm through with Taco Bell

There is drug dealing going on between employees and smoking marijuana on the property and with the general manager and head corporate worker his name is Arthur. Nothing is being done, employees go to work high, and drunk and it seems to people nothing is being investigated or done for it. Arthur also does drugs, ### needs to be done or I will be getting health department involved. This restaurant needs to be shut down.

YOU HAVE RUDE EMPLOYEES! THEY DONT TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOUR ORDER IS, WHAT YOUR CHANGE IS. AND IF THEY GET SOMTHING WRONG THEY SIMPLY ROLL THEIR EYES AND GRAP YOUR RECIEPT FROM YOUR HAND. IS THAT ANYWAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! IM VERY UPSET WITH THIS.

THE GUY AT THE COUNTER LOOKED DIRTY, HIS HAIR WAS LONG, HE LOOKED LIKE HE HAD BEEN HAVING THE WORST DAY, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE BUT THIS IS THE 4TH TIME THIS EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN RUDE TO ME!

People do not understand how stressful it is working with fast food. I always work hard, but that isn't enough. I don't get thank yous when i go the extra mile, and I always get [censor]ed at.

If you come into the drive through and you are polite and don't cut me off as I'm asking "Hi, how are you today" and we mess something up on your order and you politely tell me that I messed it up, I will be more than happy to give you what I forgot but ### no if you scream in my face and call me a ###ing idiot that doesn't know how to do a minimum wage job.

I've been threatened when I worked at taco bell before, because of a mishearing an item or because the customer just made up something like "I want a beef burrito." Do you know how many burritos at taco bell have beef on them? Not one is called a "beef burrito" thats for damn sure. I've been sexually harassed by drunks that would come through at night, and I've been called words that I didn't even know the meaning of until that point.

I do not get paid enought to put up with that ###,

Oh and people that don't know how to put their trays away and leave their garbage on the table. Do I get tips for cleaning that up? Hell no. It's not my job. Given that I get paid more wage that a waitress, but still so many people lack common sensibility now days.

What is comes down to is people are ingrateful and very very impolite.

In response to Shelby, where do you work now? I would love to come to the lobby or drive-thru. If someone is paying you to do a job no matter how much or how little you are being paid, you do the job. You do not have to fall all over yourself being overly gracious to everyone, just be "normal". People coming to Taco Bell are paying the price on the menu to purchase an item and if you think it is too small a price then talk to the people at corporate about raising the those prices. Of course they probably don't have a very high opinion of you based on your attitude.

Taco Bell slippery floor

I was a patron inside this restaurant along with my husband and son. I placed my order, then realized as I was walking to my seat that the floor was extremely slippery and greasy. I politely mentioned this to the cashier, saying that I wouldn't want to see someone fall and get hurt. She said to me, "that's why we have the wet floor sign out." and turned away. I felt this was very rude, and nothing was done about the floor. Being in customer service myself, this was not the solution I was looking for. She was very non-commital and dismissed me like a child. I will not be back.

NATIONAL EMERGENCY!
Here in America,
We are not SAFE!
The inspection system stinks!
The Department of Building & Safety and The Department of Health Service do not do their job correctly and constantly break the law!

About 2, 000 000 people are injured and 20, 000 deaths occur each year!
These are the results of the Building & Safety and Health Department work!

I want this text to be true and sincere, a void of my private emotions. It is hard however to calm your self when we talk about human suffering, wounds, disability and often even death. My name is Chris Kalinowski, a Polish immigrant for 20 years now. Slowly I began to explore this new country and slowly it began to fascinate me more and more. I sacrificed my whole adult life to my family and work. About five years ago, in this country, I got to know new technology that helps securing slippery surfaces and it completely fascinated me. Helping people and thus helping support my own family. After a few months of work, I came to see my country in a different light. Never did I realize that this country could be so internally unregulated. No one seems to know anything, want to know anything or simply has no power to make a decision or be held responsible. All contact with people who should know better and react accordingly were different.
My Anti Slip Protection business was created to help people. Unfortunately, not many Americans understand how big this problem really is. It is astounding how such an amazing country, known to all people of our world, can lack so much when it comes to safety of their own citizens. Once, I contacted the Building Safety Department and the Department of Health Services in a number of USA cities. When I asked the inspector about code resistance I was told to wait while he checked the information on the computer, then admitting that he does not know, he gave me a number of another inspector. When I called that inspector, he never returned my calls or responded to any messages I left. Another inspector, after reading my ad, contacted me in person. He was clearly interested in my business but told me that he was not in the position to make the decisions. Building Safety and Department of Health Services did not check slip resistance; they passed slippery floors as safe! The 2007 California Building Code is very specific as to which surfaces are required to be slip resistant. I only have one question; do the Building Safety and Health Departments really do their job? If so, then why do we still have accidents?

I drive around my city looking for buildings with slippery surfaces every day. I found one and talked with the manager and explained the purpose of my business and the need for my anti-slip service. The manager’s response was “We just had the city inspection and everything is in order.” I checked the floors slip resistance and the floor was way below the required minimum of 0.6(SCOF). In another place, I met an inspector from Building and Safety Department on the job side and I asked him a question: “What will you do if you slip and fall in this building?” His answer was, “I will sue the company or whoever owns this building.” Building inspections do not include the testing of slippery surfaces and I feel it is a shamefully neglected category in our country. A lot of the building and business owners with dangerous floors hide themselves behind their accident insurance policies. Some use my service after the accidents happen. When I asked if they consider my services for their other buildings they answer that no one fell there yet and no one sued them there. I always leave restless from these kinds of places knowing that any child who doesn’t know any better, or a senior citizen, pregnant woman, mailman or even yourself. After visiting one of the local District Schools, where kids fall in the restrooms and locker rooms on the slippery floors, I was given the answer: “We do realize that our floors should be safe, especially in washrooms, but unfortunately we have no money for that.” Slippery floor treatment costs less than any slip/fall accident!
There are some cases where building and business owners simply don’t know that they can do something about slippery surfaces and that’s when we see the yellow signs warning us about dangerous floors.
If you are a business owner and pass the final inspection from Building and Safety or Health Department Services, and after that, if you have a problem with a slip and fall accident, the departments are fully responsible for the accident.
Every now and then I also see the cases of fake accidents. There are cases of con artists that use the law to get money from our insurance policies. This country is a home to thousands of attorneys specializing in slip and fall accidents waiting for an accident to happen. The insurance companies pay for our accidents, but cannot return our health!
It is also easy to prevent and eliminate regular and fake slip and fall accidents just by using Anti Slip Protection. Some of the money from my business I use for commercial but it is not nearly enough compared to what has to be done for the safety of our city and our entire country.
It is encouraging, however, that some companies like YMCA, recognize this threat and use my service, for which I thank them. So I encourage everyone’s co-operation, especially anyone who wants to do everything in their power to make us feel safer in our great country, on our slippery floors.

Taco Bell not enough workers

I waited in line at taco bell for 30 minutes. I finaly was next in line, It took the car in front of me 20 minutes to even get them to take her order.. Everyone in line was either blowing their horns or leaving. I counted 15 cars that left. A worker finaly came outside and told the customers to quit honking their horns as she could'nt hear to take the outside orders. The reason the customers were honking their horns is because a lady had waited as long as everyone else and her order was wrong & did not want to wait in the drive thru again. She was knocking on the door & they wouldn't let her in they had just locked the door. If the worker hadn't come outside to scream at the customers the Lady wouldn't have been lt in. I know the worker was just mad at the horn honking because the lady in front of me yelled out of her window that no one had attemped to take her order. If the girl inside had enough time to come out and yell at customers, she had enough time to take an order or fill an order. I then left after being in line so long and also being appalled by her rudeness..Her response to all the customers was she was only one of two people working inside and the drive thru and could only do so much. I feel she was correct, and was told that this was a common practice at night. Taco bell should be held responible this is ridiculos. I guess they don't need the bussiness. I later went back to see if the line had shortened once the lobby closed. It had not. I arrived the 1st time @ 9:30 pm stayed till 10:05, Left and returned @10:30. The drive thru line was all the way around the building and into the street On both occassions. I went inside not knowing the lobby closed @ 10:00 PM. A customer let me in. They explained to me that the lobby was closed but they would still take my order. I was appaled at the way customers were talking to the workers as they pulled up at the drive thru. They were cussed at yelled at and called very ugly names. I now see both sides as a consumer and as the employee. This is ridiculos. Is taco bell making so much money that they don't need the bussiness because I know they lost a lot of sales today at least 30 drive offs, not including the people that couldn't pull up in the restaurant because traffic was backed up in the road. Is bringing in extra help during the holidays not cost effective for this resturant? I know they lost way more money than paying and extra employee or two. If this is common practice I will not ever return to this location or any other one. I think that upper management is to blame. No one should be treated this way after all it is "fast? food"

dude ### you. Have you ever worked at a fast food place? It's ridiculous. Then fat ###s come in an order ###ing 3 grande meals, and the next person orders 3 number 6's and the nex person orders another grande meal, and then the next person orders 1 ###ing taco and expects it in 2 seconds. did it hurt you that bad to wait in line? and if it was such a problem why didn't you get your lazy ### home and eat a ###ing lean cuisine.

And as for the pay, 7.40 dollars an hour in not enough to make me want to make your impatient ### happy.

I'm really glad that you were able to also see this from the empoyees perspective also. I can't even imagine how frustrated you must have felt having to go through this, and as someone who worked in a fast food chain for many years, I know all to well what it is like to do those kind of shifts under staffed. I cannot even count how many times I would have loved to just walk out instead of dealing with an endless line of rude customers that I had to deal with because there was only myself and one other employee working. And I agree about your comment about the franchise needing to put more people on staff. I hope this restaurant corrects the problem. It's not fair to the paying customers who have to deal with this, and it is also not fair to the poor employees who have to bust their behind doing the job of 5 people because they are under staffed (and I can guarantee you that they are not getting paid well to do this either, on top of it all).

Taco Bell rude and gross

On Friday December 19th at 11:00 a.m. My husband went through the drive through of th TacoBell at 2890 W.11th street in Eugene, Oregon 97402. He order two fully loaded nachos and came straight home As we were eating I found a long straight black hair inside my nachos mixed in with meat and salsa. Myhusband took the food back down to tacobell where they argued over the fact that there was hair in the food. My husband showed them the hair in the food (Which I had only eaten about three chips out of.) Then the lady argued more about the fact that it wasn't there fault that it must have been my hair. I have wavy Brown Hair, Not straight long black hair. She finally refunded my money after 20 minutes of arguing with her.If this is the way that tacobell runs there companies then I will never eat at tacobell again in my life time. What ever happen to the customer is right. This employee was very Rude, Arguemenitive, and very unprofessional. I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated. I work in customer service and would never call or incenuate that a customer is a LIAR. Please feel free to contact me. Katrina MOrton [protected]

Taco Bell employee unproffesionalism and harassment on the job

I started Taco Bell on 10/8/08. I was happy to be hired after being out of a job for a while. I had worked at Taco Bell before, about 10 years ago.
I enjoyed my job and tried to remain professional.
After a while I noticed that some of the male employees behavior was very loud and immature.
I was a cashier and I had trouble hearing the customers, because of the male employees on the food line. I voiced this concern to the employees and the supervisor. The male employees were very rude to me. I got very upset and chose to quit. I feel the manager was not going to do much about the situation. I had only worked there a little over a month at this time.
I think it is a shame that there are so many people who need jobs and employees who are hired are very unproffesional and immature. I hope the
Regional Manager reads this.

Greetings Morteza Amirkhani or to whom it may concern:

My name is Mrs. Williams and I have been a faithful employee of Taco Bell since fall of 2009 until yesterday 07/10/2011.

I have received many recognitions and even gifts for Excellent customer service, training of new cashiers and excellent overall knowledge and application of Taco Bells' brilliant concept of customer mania.

Recently a new, team member/shift leader joined us. Her name is Allison. Our store number is 026798, 10005 University Blvd. Orlando Florida. I know terrible treatment from this manager towards me and since she (Allison) is close friends, maybe even an in-law of our G.M. Lisa Lorraine, my complaints have gone unnattended.

June 6, 2011, i felt threatened by Allison, the G.M. was not present so i felt the urgent need to call the authorities. Because i responded calmly and called the authorities, i was let go by both these managers saying i over reacted.

Although i was so hurt by this decision, as i am the only person able to work in my household, I recently found out that Allison has been going behind my back, talking to my husband about all my personal job related information. Which is strictly against Taco Bell rules and regulations! I am seriously considering taking legal action against her and whom ever legal counsel says I should defend myself against in this matter. This is unheard of and i will not sit back and allow this so called manager to get away with causing problems in my marriage, family and my personal life which has nothing to do with Taco Bell at all.

If employees are not even allowed to disclose another employees hours to anyone, i know
Allison's behavior is totally against Taco Bell policy

Taco Bell wet tacos

On a recent trip we spent the night in Mount Vernon, IL. I went to the local Taco Bell and ordered 6 Taco Supremes. By the time I got back to my Motel the taco shells were wet. These were the worst tacos I have ever had. Obviously the lettuce was wet and made the whole taco wet. I guess being the only Taco Bell in town keeps them in business!

Taco Bell awful quality food

Not much beef in the tacos, either soft or crunchy. Just a smear of beef on the bottom and filled up with lettuce and cheese. No tomato though. This is false advertising the tacos don't resemble the menu samples! Boycott, and ask 'Where's the Beef?'

First of all I like to state my Complaint is not a taco its about the Burrito Supreme Steak and i know what to order from the menu unlike your self i don't want order of steak bone in my Burrito Supreme Steak and stop being a smart [censor] if you realize that it was a very serious matter that some one could have lost their life so i prefer you keep your smart as comments to your self put your self in my shoes it could happen to you so don't be to quick to judge. So you are employee of the company as well as I was so what's your point when something happen in your place of business you should take ownership for not to put crazy comments that could be next some one who is can get hurt. So that's why i need to compliant because its not right! I DON'T ANY THING WITH THE COMPANY ITS HOW THE FOOD IS PREPARE...k, m

The regular tacos only come with lettuce and cheese the supreme tacos are the ones with sour cream and tomatoes you need to ask whats on something before you order it if you feel your not getting what you want and all tacos come with 1.5 oz of beef if you want more than that you should ask for it

I ate at Taco Bell in Carson City when the food I eat had a rock type shaped bone in it. The cost to fix the tooth is 5K and they refuse to pay for and lied about the tooth that I cracked was already unhealhly, but my denist stated it was healthy tooth. From their own addmission from their dental expertS (they got my medical records), something hit my tooth but stated I basicly can no prove it (how many times will they get away with this). Eat there, be toothless! Keep away from Taco Bell! They have a long history quality issues. If you have any quality issues with their beef, post here !

I know, I used to be a night manager at the one in Riverside. You wouldnt believe all the ###s they have working at these establishments. I had tons of customers that would come in only when my car was there because they new theyd get fresh, quality food.

I used to tell my employees if you wouldnt eat it dont serve it and that was my motto, I never messed up and order or handed out sub par food my entire employment there. Funny thing is I got fired.. because they didnt like the way i did things.(This was last year) So now I drive by at night and see NO cars in the drive-thru on nights when we used to be packed. Guess they went back to serving people old nasty soggy tacos and food off the floor. What a shame.

Heres a trick though... If you frequent Taco Bell, be really super friendly to the employees, even if its busy tell them their doing a great job everytime you go in and watch your food get bigger and better everytime you go in.

And dont be rude to a Taco Bell employee unless you want food off the floor, (Ive never done it but seen it done)..

You can email me if you want, I'll tell you some stuff to watch out for.. Have a great one!

Taco Bell closing early

On August 6, 2008, my daughter and I had been up late packing her things for college, we were in town and decided to get a late night 4th meal as indicated in the commercials for taco bell. We drove through the drive thru at 12:45 am no one would come to the speaker - so we drove up to the window. The blonde employee saw us driving up and intentionally walked away. When we honked to see if she would take our order she turned around, make a disgusting face like we were intruding on her time and told us they were closed ; the time was 12:50 am. She was rude, and very impolite. So taco bell does not stay open until 1 :00 am ? It's just when employees decide they want to close shop and go home. I will make further phone calls on this one. It's not the first time

The same thing happened to me. The Taco Bell at 11020 Hamilton Avenue Hamilton OH closed early right when I got to the drive-thru speaker. There were two cars in front of me whose orders were taken but then the drive-thru light went out right when I got to it. It was 11:53 and I had been in line since 11:50. The manager said they were closing early. I was pretty frustrated and told him no one was behind me so it would only be one more order. He wouldn't take it so I drove there and waited in line for nothing. I sent in a complaint to corporate but have not heard back in a month. Ill probably try again.

Taco Bell rude service & overcharge

This is not the first time I have been treated rudely, but like a good patron I ignored it, however, today is the last taco!

The girl who attended the counter, over charged me for an extra drink, I was paying with a Debit card and when I brought the over charge to her attention she gave me as much attention as a wall gives a zombie.
She tore up the ticket with out so much as a word, (heaven forbid that she should apologize for the error) and still rang up the order incorrectly and overcharded me!
Of course like a trusting soul, seeing her tear up the ticket I assumed she had corrected the error & I signed the debit slip. Okay so I am only out $.29 plus tax, but how many others has she done this to, and more then that, why isnt Taco Bell training employees to be curtious, and friendly to the customers? Do you not realize that friendly staff brings in more paying customers? My boycutting Taco Bell wont break them so I know they dont give a rats a.., however, word gets around & they went under in Taos County before, it can happen again!

Employee harassment.

My sister is being harassed by another employee. This employee touches my sister ### and asking her to have sex with her. Can you watch your employees what they are doing and give them the right consequences. By the way the name of that person is Eric. thanks.

Taco Bell bad ethics

Brand new taco bell, just went up about a month ago. They close at midnight. Pulled up at 2 minutes till midnight, got to the drive thru speaker and they shut off the lights. How rude! For a new location just going up, that's sure not how you treat customers. Come on, they saw me pull up and there was even a car in front of me! WTF? Dunno if I'll go to that one again, even if it is convenient. Guess I'll stick to the one on Haggerty and 8 Mile Road. I'm so mad, I can't even believe they did that...WOW that's a grand opening if I’ve ever seen one

LOL, this one is hilarious! The OP is really funny and they should have known better. However, I think the name "dump_ppl" is even funnier (and quite fitting btw)! Are you angry at white people because you have to make tacos all day Dumpy? White people, after all, are the only people in the world who eat tacos! Perhaps we should just call you Grumpy Dumpy instead. As for intelligence and logic, I think you could benefit from using a dose of it yourself. Why don't you get an education and find a better job? It's better than being angry at the world and having to deal with people like those in the OP.

If you ever had to work in a place like that you would understand it takes a long time to put everything away and weigh everything and clean the grills and the rest of the restaurant the store I worked at closed at 3 am on the weekends and some nights I wouldnt get home until 6 am because of people coming two minutes before we closed and half the time Taco Bell is understaffed so it makes it even harder on the people that are working

Yeah, but allowing for time to take your order, make the food and clean up, they would have been there an extra fifteen minutes. They probably didn't want to hang around that long. Next time, show up earlier.

Taco Bell concerned employee

I, Jaston Coker was treated in a very unprofessional manner at work on Satuday May 17, 2008 I was due to work at 8:00am that morning, I called Ellen at 7:45 am and told her I was running late she said o.k. I hurried my daughter to the sitter and arrived at 8:20-8:25. I started my work, Ellen approached me in front of my co-workers and said that I was getting written up. I asked for what? She replied because you were late. I said I wish you would have told me that on the phone, and I would have tried to hurry even more. I was upset and crying but proceeded to do my work. She then she then confronted me in front of my co-workers. I tossed a box towards the back door and knocked over some cilantro, she then asked me to go home. At this point 80% of my work was done which is fry cook. Sunday morning at 7:30 am my supervisor Derek Horton called me and told me not to come in for my scheduled shift. That him and I would talk Monday May 19, 2008. Regarding the circumstances with Ellen Seeger and myself. I am a single mom and am on a limited budget. I could not afford to miss those days. I am writing to you because I followed policy prior to being late. She did not pull me aside and speak with me, she embarrassed me and yelled at me in front my peers. I have been employed with Taco Bell for nearly a year. I enjoy my job and have good report with my co-workers. I have observed Fallon management. They use little to none when it comes to discretion in disciplinary issues. They are not fair or consistent. It is my general knowledge that an employee of five years or more at the Fallon store is 30 to 40 min late to work daily. This in no way excuses my actions that day but in order to provide the best customer service the work relations and environment has to be based on team work and consideration for others. We were both in the wrong and only I got punished. We are a team and when one employee gets punished the other party should also be reprimanded for their actions also. I hoped that this matter could be resolved positively for both Ellen and myself.

What happened on Monday? I can tell you that I am a manager in a customer service field and I am appalled that someone in a leadership position would attempt to council you in front of another coworker. This is completely unprofessional and it shows a complete lack of integrity. If you have documentation on the other coworker who is late daily and has been there for a long period of time, I would address that with the owner or senior management as that would definetly be considered favoritism. The first issue is that you followed your company protocol by calling in to let your shift manager know you would be late. If this is not a regular occurance with you employment history then a simple conversation would be appropriate, as long as it is done in private and not in front of another employee. But if you are outside of your companies dependability guidlines you may have been written up. I am not clear where you stand. The biggest issue is not that you were late, but the fact you were ridiculed and harrassed in front of another co-worker which should never be done. I suggest you go to the labor board if you do not get a fair resolution to this situation. Good luck!

Taco Bell stupid seasonal products

I hate taco bell. The one thing I eat there is being discontinued for the third time. Whos bright idea was it to have certain orders for a limited time? I can understand deals and ect being for a limited time, but a favorite food? I will never eat there again, up until now I was overlooking the restaraunts other serious flaws, such as lack of sanitation, and the fact that everything on the menu beside Cheesy gordita Crunches is horrible. I have no clue why I like those things, but I promise you i will never eat there agin. I'm surprised noone else complains about this.

Taco Bell wrong order and smelly food!

Today we were at a Taco bell located on Lee Hwy, Arlington, Virginia 22207 Store # 9452. When I wanted to complain of wrong order and Bad food ( The Oil smells and made our whole family sick after Chalupas) to the Manager. The manager was not available in the store. The Staff and the Sr.Asst Manager Ms. Carmen Santos were very rude and absolutely has no respect for customers. Taco Bell Boasts about the Good Customer Training they provide to their staff. Which is not true. All of them at the store doesn't speak Good English. That is the problem.

Beware when you eat at Taco Bell.

What do you want for nothing, to feed your entire family it probably cost $12. You shouldn't expect 5 star service at Taco Bell. Just be happy it didn't kill you.

"All of them at the store doesnt speak Good English. That is the problem."

It seems you also don't know how to speak proper English. I presume you tried to say

*Some of the people working at the store don't speak good English. That may be part of the problem.*

Wow you are dumb for writing this report. I hope your "dumbness" doesn't rub off on other people reading this.
