Resolved

The General Manager and Assistant Manager have been harassing all the Employees including me by calling us "[censored], Idiot, Stupid, Braindead, Slut, Drunk, ###, and ###". Sometimes the General Manager would slap my butt with the fly swatter. He would also touch everybody on the shoulders and hands as they came in. Just today the Assistant manager said I had no brains and Im an Idiot for trying to refill the frutista freeze machine(Machine was not working properly). I am sick of the treatment that has occured at this store. We are all very afraid to ask for help because the owners will make sure we have no job if we call the labor board again. Please we need help!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Give me names and a phone number and I will process this beyond the labor board. If the allegations are true, they will 'not' like the results or the repercussions of their actions. As a citizen of this country, you are protected by certain rights that they are abusing. Send all relevant information to Jordan@pcps.us please.
