Sonic Drive-IN / unethical behavior towards customers

I went to sonic to get a deluxe cheeseburger w/bacon. got it back without bacon. I sent it back in to get bacon. when I got back to my office. i realized there was a hair on it. I had to go back and ask for a whole new one since I had already paid for it. I told the clerk the situation and she just said OK send it back and didn't even apologize. I got the burger back and the bun was stale and burnt on the underside. the burger was half the size of the bottom bun and the cheese was cold as can be. I would like a refund of my money and to let the company know that I will never go back there again. and neither will my family. they have just lost long time customers because employees there do not have the decency to deal with this. I also have pictures of the 2nd burger sent out to me. I hope I dont get sick from this because I will let you know
