I had gone to your location at Santee California, and had ordered my 3 desserts at about 9:45, and had waited about 40 min, had not received our order, called again and ordered, waited 20 min, called again, and then they had sent a server out to explain that they had lost our receipt.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Santee, CASo, we had asked if we could be given our order for free, and they had rejected our request. After we were told they rejected our request, we decided to not take the order, and left mad and unsatisfied. Is there anything you can do?
