Pizza Hut online order / pick up service

I preordered online @ 7:30am for a delivery of 7 pm. I called 6:30 pm to confirm delivery was en route. I was told the delivery is on the way out the door at this time. I received a phone call from the pick up restaurant & asked if I could pick up my order because they were backed up on delivery orders. I agreed to pick up. I got to restaurant & was told my pizza order was not there anymore & said they can make another in 10 min. I agreed. It took 48 min for them to cook another pizza. I finally got my order at 8:15 pm. This was the WORST SERVICE EVER!

Pizza Hut server

I was in there on the 26 of Dexter with my child and u have an employees name Lola fields that's a server that sold me meth right at your store if u look at credit card receipts u will see where my ticket was 13.91 and a 50.00 tip was added to my bill to pay her for the meth I purchased. I just don't understand why u r letting people like that working in ur place. I know your other server never does stuff like this why are u letting this Lola chick. By the way I'm under cover police

I was in there on the 26 of Dexter with some friends of mine and noticed new server by name Lola fields she knows me from when I did drugs in past and just put of curiosity I asked her if she still dealt methanphedamine and she told me she still did and that she sell me some right then if I wanted it. I told her sure 50.00 worth and I added it to my credit card total. I really wish I never seen her cause I been recovering addict and clean for 2 yrs now I'm back on it I do believe she is in a drug core class for doing drugs why ru people letting her work there ru stupid. I have notified police about what ur letting her do out if this restaurant

I was in there on December 26 with my child and bought meth from ur server ms fields I can't believe ur letting her sell this in ur restaurant my check was 13.91 and if u look there will be a 50.00 tip on it for the meth I'm taking it to police dept and see what can be done so I suggest u get her out of ur store now

Pizza Hut treated extremely unprofessional

I would like to file a formal complaint. I placed an order online last night shortly after midnight. The web site states the location was delivering until 1am. The order was placed at 12:10 and was due for delivery at 12:40am. I received an e mail confirming the order. About 10 minutes after I placed the order I received a phone call from the location. They guy said my manager won't let us deliver anymore for the night so I'm canceling your order. I told him the wed site said delivery till 1 am and they had already charged my card. I then stated I'm only 5 blocks away so I didn't understand the problem. The guy said well I'm just doing what I was told. I asked the guy for his name and he stated he didn't need to give me that. I then asked for the managers name and he said he wasn't giving me anything and hung up on me. This is not the first time this location has canceled delivery orders and have treated me like crap. I placed an order with dominos and it was delivered in 30 minutes with no issues. I like Pizza Hut much better but it's always a drama ordering from this location. Corporate REALLY needs to step in and take control of this situation because it is ridicules. I will be also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the state Attorney Generals office. Location 1200 E 4 th st Long Beach CA 90802. Order number 3180101021507001241024936

Pizza Hut wrong order n cold food drivers don't know this town

Yesterday my wife had made an online order which was set for a 6:30 delivery. I called because the pizza was late. I was told it was on it's way. Well a driver showed up but it wasn't the right order it was for a john clear across town south of me. While i had his order some one else had mine. When i spoke to some one. I was told they went to a white house and knocked. I dont live nor own a white house. Mine is blue and not white. Well both drivers were utterly lost and didn't know where the hell their orders went to.
7 minutes later my order arrived but it was cold and gross looking. Just as i was speaking to an employee i wanted to talk to the manager about a discount. While the manager whos female wouldnt even give me a moment of her time and had the employee talking to me. So unprofessional of a manager who can't even do her damn job let alone correct there mistakes. And this was a big blunder it isn't the first time with this store nor will it be the last. They don't do discounts even if their in the wrong.

Food arrived 1 hour late driver lied he knocked but didn't answer as we was outside with dog he said white house when ours is blue then brought someone elses pizza called to ask for discount due to it being late and not brought right food they said they can't give discount driver came back with our right pizza took the other one to right address after we had it 10 mins then wanted more money

Is your name John? We had some one elses order and when we gotten our frigging order. The pizzas were damn cold. I wish this location would get shut down. This isnt the first time and the business ethics are very piss poor.

Pizza Hut driver stole money

Tonight on December 31st I order a pizza at 4:45 from the store in Mandan ND, it got here and I tipped the driver on the receipt and signed it. Later I had to check our account and they over charged me almost $20! I'm very upset and angry because I don't have a lot of money and this was a treat because of new years for my children! I have never had this happen to me at this store and that driver was veryantsy and nervous!

Pizza Hut online order wrong and poor customer service!

Hello, on December 31st I ordered a family big box(2 pizzas, pasta, and bread sticks) at 6:00PM from the Crowley, TX Pizza Hut and received a confirmation email saying that it would be ready for carry out at 6:20PM. When we arrived, the order was wrong; we had only received half of the order, which was the pasta and breadsticks. We mentioned that we were supposed to have 2 pizzas along with our order and they said, "We ran out of rectangular pizzas." But did not notify us of this prior to picking up our order. They offered us a regular pizza, but made us pay full price for it, even though we already paid full price for the big box order that they screwed up. Then, confused, we asked if we could get it for free since we already technically paid for two pizzas in the big box, and they replied, "No, it's just the wait time." Then we paid for our new pizza and they said it would be ready in another 15 minutes, then after 20 minutes of waiting, we asked them again and they said that our pizza hadn't even been put in the oven yet... by 7:15PM, they finally had our pizza done, but we had to pay an additional $10 for it(even though we had already paid for TWO when we bought the big box) and wait an hour to receive any of our order. We are completely confused and upset about this.

Pizza Hut customer service/food

After placing our order online we go into Pizza Hut in Worthington Minnesota, After waiting longer then the order said we would need to online I get upset because there's three people in the back two guys And a girl that are too busy flirting to actually worry about taking care of our business. Once we get home, I realize that they did not give us any marinara sauce with our family order of breadsticks and we ordered an extra one as well, I called them back and they said oh we didn't give you any marinara because we ran out of cups. Do you think I was told is in the store? No, and the gal that took our phone call could've cared less that we didn't receive our full order.
Not only that, she cared less that the three people in the back didn't give a crap about taking care of our order.
This is ridiculous, and not the first time either, your customer service is that right in the toilet. And good luck in getting me to go back into that store. Oh, and I can't wait to tell everyone that I know not to do so either.

Pizza Hut boneless wings

Ok I'm a soon to be 49 year old server and from the get-go I knew that I should ask for favors. I ordered boneless hot wings 12-31-17 and lord and behold when they were delivered I grabbed up one, took a bite, and then I was gagging.. When I ordered hot wings I didn't know that I was ordering Diablo wings. It literally took my breath. I've been eating at Pizza Hut my entire life. I just honestly think that you guys need to do a little better training so that your employees will explain that there's a difference in Hot and HOT. Thank You and I will still eat at Pizza Hut..

Pizza Hut poor management

At the Fulton Ave store in Sacramento, the 'manager', a [censor] named Santiago, kept putting me on hold and then forgetting me. The third time, I spoke up and said I would NOT hold, and that he needed to take my order. Even though I had not insulted him, raised my voice or used profanity, this turd hung up on me. When I called back, he refused to take my order.
Pizza Hut will never see my business, ever again.

Pizza Hut delivery driver was extremely rude, called my private number, and yelled at me for calling the store to complain.

I ordered a dinner box and some sides from the pizza but in Madison Wisconsin, Cottage Grove road, store. The driver was nice when he arrived, and the order total was, $26.34. I payed with $40.34. I asked for $13.00 back in change, and he only had $10.00 in change on him at the time. I called the store just to let them know, and they said they would talk to him. I was not upset about the short of change. I was just letting them know about the situation. What really upset me was when he called me multiple times on the store phone, (calling my personal cell phone), telling me not to call the store and complain. I then said, "just please have the correct change next time it wasn't a huge deal" to the delivery driver. He then got furious and started yelling at me through the phone, and I could not understand what he was saying. I then hung the phone up, and he called back a few more times and I ignored it. I would just like someone to please talk to this delivery driver, and let him know it is not ok to yell at customers, and please have correct change from now on. I love pizza hut and I will still continue to order, (from a different location.) But now I am a little to angry to eat it to be honest. I am no longer hungry right now after this happened. The address for the store location that this incident happened is, 4762 Cottage Grove road, Madison, WI, 53716. The dilivery drivers name is Matt. I called the store and asked for his last name, but they did not want to give me his last name. Thank for the time and I am very sorry to complain, but I am a little upset that delivery drivers are able to talk to customers this way.

Pizza Hut commercials that aren't true

I'm made up my mind that even though I have bought Pizza Hut pizza for a long time I will not buy any anymore because of commercials showing Pizza Hut pizza being pulled apart with cheese stringing off and looks delicious but that doesn't show an actual setting unless you order EXTRA cheese with EXTRA cost !
I'm not paying extra for something I should have received with out extra cost our regular pizzas we been getting don't have enough cheese on them so no more Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut bad customer service of pizza hut malaysia

Make a order at 9.10pm on 31st Dec 2017 to enjoy my New Year Eve meal, but very disapointment, pizza not delivery after wait until 11.45PM.
Called Customer Service total 4 times, both Customer Service staffs unprofessional and Bad Service, promised will return my call in 5-10 minutes but failed and i call again n need me repeat my inquiry again, one of staff name Khairy even terminate my call before i end my talk.

i want get solution, but no solution given.
Wait pizza or what next step, customer service couldnt tell..
Bad experience.
In fact this my 1st order using PizzaHut Malaysia mobile apps.

Hi my name is Queenie Griffin I placed an order over the phone with Pizza Hut in Joliet Illinois on Collins Street I told the told them that I was paying with the credit card she did not take my information for the card over the phone when the order got here they would not take my card we called in for them to just go ahead and take it over the phone while the order was here they chose not to do that and they took my food back without giving it to me I called back and replace the order I don't understand why they just couldn't do the card over the phone while the food was here and I have to wait another hour to hour and a half to receive my food the employee that I spoke to I couldn't hardly understand what she was saying she was not friendly and I really did not appreciate that I am a Pizza Hut customer I order or go in Faithfully at least once a week thank you

Pizza Hut pizza from london boulevard portsmouth, virginia

I ordered pizza December 30, 2017 around 6:30. My order was not only 2 1/2 hours late but also all three pizzas were ice cold and none of the pizza had marinara on them. The pizzas only had cheese and toppings. The crust was weird and watery so the pizza looked completely white all around. I called the store and spoke with the Gm. She tells me she's short handed and she only had a trainey and one driver. She then said thats probably why the pizza was so cold. Im truly upset and very disappointed. I was having family night and we waited no complaint but then as we opened the box and seen the product and felt that it was ice cold. Pizza Hut customer service

I ordered a big dinner box online at 10:05pm for delivery. At 11:03 Pizza Hut called me asking me did I want to come pick up my order. I asked why would I come pick it up if I ordered for delivery. The woman stated that they could not do any more delivery orders. I was very upset that it took almost an hour to say that they could not deliver any orders for the rest of the night. Due to the fact they didn't have any drivers. If they didn't have any drivers once my order was placed I should have gotten a call. I could have easily ordered something else for my family. Pizza Hut really needs to get more training for their employees

It's likely that they did have a driver at the time. It's possible that that individual had an unexpected need to leave that evening (sickness, an accident, etc.).

Pizza Hut manager’s customer service

Ordered from a location here in Indianapolis and was told it would be an hour. After waiting here on the couch, by the door, it never came. I called and they said it was out for delivery. I waited another 1/2 hour to callback and they said it was cancelled. The driver said we didn't answer the door. I told the manager I was here the whole time my uncle was on the porch and my grandma was here too. No one came to the door. He said his driver had been there 3 years and knows where he's going and that no one answered. I again told him he went to the wrong address and he again told me he didn't. No tire tracks in front on my house means his driver never even came

Pizza Hut customer service standards

This store is an absolute nightmare I have now ordered 2 orders today and I guess they called to confirm my order because it was a cash order and I am a pizza hut rewards member and have been for about 2 years now, I have never received one of these calls before... But because I wasn't able to answer as I was at work they cancelled my order. No email no message nothing 45mins later I called to see what happened and they told me that my order was cancelled and asked if I wanted to reorder I said no thanks and hung up... So I decided that I was still hungry so I ordered again and 10 mins before my estimated delivery time they called to confirm and let me know that the order wasn't even started yet... I asked the girl why even call to confirm again when I just spoke with you guys and she said "so do you want the pizza or not?" I told her no that the sub par customer service was extremely disappointing and she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to speak to a manager it was the same girl I just spoken with and she let me tell the whole story stated that I was incorrect and that she attempted to contact many times I asked her if she was the manager she told me no... So why am I talking to you! They then transferred me to a "manager" I told him the story and he said "so would you like the order or not?!?!?!?!" seriously by this time we were 5 mins from my estimated delivery time! Being a bartender and customer service agent for almost 15 years this was beyond enraging. I will not be supporting this location anytime soon!

Pizza Hut pizzas and horrible service

My family and I ordered pizzas at 8pm online and it said that delivery was approximately 73 minutes. 2 hours later we called to get an update on our food and was told that it was out for delivery. 30 minutes after that someone from the store called us asking did we wanna cancel the order before they were just sending out the 6pm pizzas, and we're running out of ingredients. We said no, because we had already been waiting 2.5 hours and wanted our pizzas. An hour later at 11:15pm we called and told them that we were on our way to pick the order up. We got there at 11:35pm, picked the pizzas up and returned home to the most disgusting food we've ever had. Everything was cold, soggy, one of the pizzas wasn't cut, and to top it off they gave us a pizza made from breadsticks. We tried calling back before the store closed but no one would answer the phone, and we when called from another number they answered and when we said who we were, they hung up. Please see pictures

Pizza Hut quality and service

Hello Pizzahut,

I've been a longtime pizzahut customer and I know sometimes you get a GREAT Pizza and sometimes not so great... The other night I ordered two large pizzas, one pepperoni lovers, cheese, and a 2 liter. The pizza arrived and they had forgot my 2 liter and garlic sauce. I said don't worry about it because we were hungry, then we eat and the pizza has no sauce and my pepperoni lovers had maybe nine pepperonis. It was really an awful pizza and disappointing considering I paid 32 bucks. It was just cheese and bread.

I hope to hear back from someone and thank you for your time.
