Pizza Hut pizza I ordered on 12/30/17

I always order online for the Large 2 topping pizzas for 7.99 because it's a great deal and I also go to the store and pick it up because it's close by on Bellfontaine Rd in St. Louis, MO. When I went to get my pizza they where busy because it's freezing cold back here in St. Louis, MO and no one wants to cook. When I got home with my pizzas the cheese was burnt and the pizza's where barely cut. I had to use a knife to cut the pizza. I called back but was put on hold for a long time, because they was so busy. So I called after the new year to get the 800# the store manager answered, said her speak thank you for calling pizza hut we are not opened yet I replied I just need your 800# and I got the number, but I had to call back to get the store number. When I called back to get the store number I instantly get a sarcastic reply saying was something wrong with my order and I reply well yes. So I explained to her about the pizza and she told me she would put a credit in the book for me to get two pizzas. So today I called to get the pizza 's and both the employee and the store manager tells me that someone called from my phone number [protected] and pick up one pizza. I'm confused why would I do that instead of getting both pizza's? Is what I asked them. To make this story short, they are telling me I could only get one pizza, because their screw up and gave someone else my credit or they put the money in their own pocket. I am so pissed right now I will never go back to that location. I would like for someone to give me a call because I want my money back. I do not have time for someone to just tell me I can't get my money back for what I paid for in the beginning and plus they messed up by giving someone else my pizza. I want this looked into because this probably is some kind of scam they are pulling over at this location.

Pizza Hut delivery

We order three pizzas and had them delivered due to the fact I had surgery and my fiancée was here to care for me. They delivered the pizza two were correct one was wrong. I called and told them this and they wouldn't Credit our debit card without my fiancée going up there after I explained our situation. We had it delivered for a reason. Of course the pizza we didn't receive was his pizza. So he had to leave me alone to drive up there to get a refund. First he should of gotten a whole refund since it was not our fault or our error. I have enclosed my order so you can see that I placed it correctly. We didn't get the large stuffed crust with bacon and pepperoni... I will never go there again the manager was rude and to be treated so poorly. I want my full refund of 22.04 for THEIR MISTAKE NOT OURS!

Pizza Hut food

I ordered a pizza-YOUR ORDER - 3180106150043001243034030 -Placed on January 6 at 4:00 PM,
This pizza was to be delivered at 4:50pm. I did not receive the pizza until almost an hour later; the pizza was burnt, cold, dry and looked awful.
I contacted the restaurant and demanded my money back and the driver pick up the disgusting concoction he delivered.
According to the "manager" she could not put the money back on my credit card-instead she informed me I had to come into the store with my card.
This location is 26 Hinchey Road, Rochester NY 14619.

I feel this place does horrible business and want my money back.

Pizza Hut them cancelling my order just because I don't have a phone

On 1-5-18 @ 7:35 pm I placed an order of 2 medium pepperoni lovers deep pan, bread sticks, 8 boe out wings, and a 2 liter of dr pepper. I explained to the young that took my order that my debit card had been stolen so I had to write a check, and gave him thw directions to my home. He said no problem and the wait time was 1 hour ans 30 minutes. The call was ended. I went back to my home ans waited. Well since I just moved in I got busy working on the house and lost track of time. When I finally looked at the clock it was after 10 pm and there was no way for me to call until this morning. The lady there told me that they cancelled my order and today they couldn't take my check. I hung up and went to file a complaint on line. I was not going to be disrespected or argue with the lady at the phone number [protected]. Your prompt attention on this matter is greatly appreciated.

The phone number i provided is my friend David's phone number. Also i fwel that everyrime i dont have a phone this same old bull [censor] happens and they come up with a different excuse everytime i turn around. I enjoy Pizza Hut very much but if these problems keep continuing I'm going to have to quit using you. I order a lot of pizza through Pizza Hut at least 6 times a month or more but I'm I'm tired with all the problems.

Pizza Hut general

I work and have worked at the n. McLean Blvd pizza hut in Elgin Illinois for quite a long time. Lately the asst. Mgr(Nicole) has been openly using and now selling drugs at the store, during the store operations. It's now at the point we're she has hired her drug using friends to work there and let them do deliveries for about an hour, then they mysteriously leave. The legal reprecussions for pizza hut could be astronomical if this is left unchecked. I love my job but lately and honestly I fear going. Shady characters are coming in and out frequently without ordering anything, I'm sure they aren't coming in to say hi. If pizza hut refuses to correct this, my next respense would be to contact the Elgin police drug division. Very concerned

Pizza Hut not being offered the special

Tonight I may place an order to go at Pizza Hut in Oroville California. I ordered one large stuffed crust pizza my total came to $21.19. Upon arrival I noticed a sign in the lobby with this daily special. Was for a large stuffed crust pizza and one large non stuffed pizza for $26 99. I am very upset that I was not offered this special when I called in my order. When I brought it to the cashier's attention she stated but it was too late that I had already placed my order. I feel that I should have been offered to upgrade my order to the daily special due to the fact that they did not suggest it when I called in my order. It makes me sad because Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to eat in town and now I feel that the customer is not the priority thank you have a nice day.

Pizza Hut manager and general manager

I placed an order by phone at 634pm, I ordered 4 medium pizzas they said would be about 35-40 minutes, I went at 715 pm to pick up, my son walked in to pick up and they told him they were not ready that he would have to wait a few minutes. I kept seeing people walk in and out with their orders but he wasn't called. He asked again if they were ready and still they told him no. I walk in because he wasn't coming out. I stand in line and another woman stands beside me and the girl on the next register ask her if she can help her, she had already seen me standing there, but makes no effort to help me. I finally get helped and I tell the girl that I have been outside and my son is still waiting after 25 minutes and she still can't find my pizza. She goes back and talks to someone else who then all of a sudden fins them in the warmer..at this point I had already told the girl that I just want my money back of course that is when they find the pizzas. Now they say that they had already called my name, but yet when I asked about the order when I walked in they couldn't find. I tell them again I want my money back so I can go get something else they say they are going to add to my card which they had already charged but yet they couldn't find order when I initially asked. The GM walks away and then a girl with real bad breath says they can only refund on card. I said I know that will take 7-10 days because is not a chip embedded card and she yells at me and tells me to calm down, I am not yelling I am simply asking for my money back. I ask for the GM again and she also starts to raise her voice her name is GANELLA she says. Once again I tell them just transfer to a gift card and I can go to another store and they both refused. I ask them to give me a refund receipt because they had just handed me a receipt. They finally give me one but yet they had charged my card and not given my son a receipt. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere else as I had here and for both of them to yell at me because I was asking for my money back.. I will not be back to this location ever again. The address is 4401 82nd Lubbock TX 79424. [protected]. I really would like to receive an apology from the store and something done about the manager and GM. My receipt says 750pm when they gave me the refund receipt and I don't think that I will be getting my money back anytime soon. But I will be contacting the BBB to place a complaint as well.

Pizza Hut the online ordering and internet with store

I ordered my pizza on line...recieved wrong pizza. I wasted it not what i ordered. 2 days later i tried to order again and decided to read my order again and again it allowed me to order but in the review it changed my crust type i re did this 2 more times only having to call the store. I couldnt get the special being it was on line only then i was told to place my order on line call the store back and tell them what my order is i asked for ranch for my wings and its additional charge...i paid with debit...really inconvenient all the way round. Very disapponted .

Pizza Hut place and order

Hi I placed and order at 517pm 1/5/18 and called back after 620pm no answer no call gets rejected no one has delivered my pizza and now it's 636pm I keep calling and it's going straight to voicemail which u can't even leave a message so unprofessional for that I could've cooked this is with the store located on pitkin avenue in Brooklyn ny I'm so unpleased like someone answer the phone at least

Pizza Hut gaby manager of 25 n homestead blvd, homestead, fl 33030 treated us horrible please read!!

I want to complain about the service in a pizza hut near my office locate: 25 N Homestead Blvd, Homestead, FL 33030, we order from there alot sometimes onces a week i do it for my employees, they never have problems getting here but when we say 1 hour and half had passed and not delivered we called spoke to "Gaby" manager and she said there was no problem with our order and just to wait with and attitude, then after 2 hours we called and same manager with and attitude said the driver was lost and brought back the order and they had called us which there was no missed called...When I asked why she did not tell us this when we called she said she didnt know but when I asked for her to repeat address the address was perfect. If driver did not know how to get to a specific address he or she should have used GPS but no just left us waiting for hours .. I when in person to ask about the refund of order not received and not only did she no apologizes but treated me very bad she keep rolling her eyes and state Im the manager and I dont have to apologizes. I have 3 employees that heard the phone conversation and how bad she treated me since on speaker please make sure you take her manager postilion away cause she's bringing a Bad name to a great restaurant Pizza hut

Pizza Hut unethical behaviour, demeaning and insolent attitude from store manager

Dear Sir/Ma,

I had to lodge this complain solely against the Management (in Particular Store Manager) of this Pizza Hut location.

On December 17, 2017 at 13:40 hrs myself and my son placed and order and waited for about 15-18mins before the order was ready. On trying to get off the seat, the steel on the church got hooked to my pants and eventually ripped it off.
The staff/cashier saw me and I demanded to speak with a senior staff or the Supervisor. A guy came from the kitchen, apologised and I said I will have to go for now. I sent the pants to my dry cleaners and also to my clothing store for alteration.
It was recommended that it would need "Invisible Stitch" and cost from both was about $209 (include Dry cleaning and taxes) Cost requisition on card attached.
I went back to this Pizza Hut store yesterday (January 4, 2018) around 5pm after the New Year Holiday to request for assistance / what the store can do to cover the payment or send the Pants to my dry cleaners and pay for the repair. I was asked to speak on the Phone to a guy (Store Manager) with name on the phone as "Noor". His tone was unfriendly, rude and very demeaning...in fact he said quoting him that "is your pants Armani" that it would cost that much?. I redirected him that I'm not here to be run down or begging for money, I just want to have my pant fixed.
The Man on the phone (Noor) said he has not to do for me that its a chair that tore my pant and not him and that why I'm I the only customer facing that. Initially, he had agreed to be aware of the incident and offered me $20 store credit and I said I'm not settling for that but wants to get my pant fixed. I promised to get back to him before passing the phone over and left the store peacefully.
As a preamble, On Dec.6, 2017, with my son had gone to buy Pizza and my son actually complained about the discomfort of seat/chairs at this location. I casually said to my son that probably its a means of limiting time spent by visitors in the store. I did made the chair complain on Pizzalistens. ca after that Dec.6 visit with receipt order # 126 and also lodged my complain about the tore pants on Dec.17 receipt order # 115 on same Pizzalistens. ca (All receipts attached). When I did not get any response was when I went to the store yesterday and was very disappointed, dismayed and sad the response I got.

Pizza Hut product advertisement

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza online and fries and paid for both. I received a call telling me that they ran out of dough and they hung up. I calle back several times with no answer and had no idea if I was going to have food delivered or not. They came with a very thin crust pizza and cold, soggy fries and charged me just the same as if I ordered a stuffed crust. I am very upset.

Pizza Hut product and service

I shop at my local pizza hit often. On 12/24/2017, I place a large order for my family and I, I order 2 larger speciallity pizza with wings and soda. First our order was cold and over cooked when it arrived. Also took about 2 hours to come. I put in a complaint directly to my store only to be under minded and never received a reason why or anything. I spend lots of money with pizza hit, I'm very unhappy with how it wasn't handled.

Pizza Hut manager and delivery driver

I went online today and ordered pizza wings and drinks for my family. Opon arriving with the food the delivery driver stated they don't accept checks for deliveries more than 35.00 however no where does it state that on the pizza hut website. Once I explain this to the driver she then says pizza hut doesn't accept checks unless the address on the check is where they are actually delivering to again this is no where on the pizza hut website. The driver finally takes my check and leaves about 30 minutes or so later my phone is ringing and ringing one call after another so I answer it's the delivery driver stating she is coming back to my home because her manager won't allow her to take the check. Now first let me say that is so disrespectful and absolutely unacceptable to come back to someone's home due to an error on the company's part. I called to the location in Abilene on S 14th St and spoke to Robert the manager on duty not because I had to but because I know mistakes happen and advised that I would go get cash and take it up there even though the error was not on my part in less than a hour the delivery driver and the manager had called numerous times asking when I was going to be in. My only problem is not coming to pay again mistakes happen and I volunteered to do this because no where on the site does it say anything about no taking checks for orders of 35.00 or more so how dare they call back to back leaving message after message harassing me and making threats of coming back to my home. When I could have just said no you don't have it listed so I'm not paying and someone needs to speak with them both about their poor customer service and harrassment due to an error on their part.

I placed a order yesterday January 3rd 2018 between 5:00-5:15 and I never received it. I made 5 attempts to get in contact with the store about my order. I ordered a medium hand tossed pepperoni and sausage and a 6 piece lemon pepper dry rub wings. My confirmation number is 3180103171138001181025941. Store was 4175 Lindell Ave Saint Louis MO 63108.

Pizza Hut employee

I was eating in at pizza hut when I had over heard a man call a waitress a stupid [censor]ing waitress, young girl looked as if she was going to cry. Worst thing what that it was another employee calling her it. Not seem right that the older man had said that about his employee. The waitress had finished my order at the window apologizing that I had heard such an aweful thing.

Pizza Hut customer service

I am an RN at the local Veterans Administration Hospital on the Hospice unit. I would like to share my most recent Pizza Hut experience with you.
It was New Year's Eve 2017 and my daughter was in labor with her first baby, my first granddaughter, no one had eaten all day. I ordered Pizza hut. It arrived on time and the delivery man was patient, very personable and nice. The order wasn't right. I ordered wings, soda and garlic knots. They sent breadsticks instead of garlic knots. I called to have it fixed. The person on the phone was difficult to understand due to accent and was incredibly rude. I could not understand his name. They put me on hold to "find the order" and another person answered the phone. I re-explained what had happened. This person was rude as well, very short and his tone was incredibly irritated. His name was Rob and he identified himself as the manager on duty. After I explained the situation and said I was on hold he told me that the person I had spoken to 90 seconds prior had went out on deliver and was named Barb. I questioned this because there is no way someone would..nor should..answer the phone, put someone on hold to check on an order and up and leave for a delivery. He confirmed that this had happened and again identified himself as manager. He told me he would send me something in the mail. Then he offered to have the order fixed and re-delivered. I chose this option because everyone was starving and no one liked breadsticks. My order never arrived.

After an hour and a half went by and it was 15 minutes to closing time, I called back. A woman answered the phone and I believe her name was Megan, something that sounded like it started with an M. She was also difficult to understand, there was a lot of background noise. I explained the situation and my incredible frustration at that time. She became rude too which didn't help my frustration. Understanding it was a holiday and they were most likely busy I tried to remain pleasant and calm. She yelled to whoever was in the building asking if anyone had any information on this situation. I could hear a man in the background deny he knew anything about it. She came back on the phone and told me there was no order out for delivery at the time and that there was no record of anything I was saying. I asked who the manager was for the district as this was unacceptable at this point. She told me his name was Rick. I asked for his phone number to which she stated, "He only has a home phone and cell phone and we are not allowed to give that out." Really?! This is the service I am being given on this very important day and this is what you're going to tell me?! I asked for a phone number for someone, anyone, that was above the Tomah Wisconsin Pizza Hut management. She gave me [protected]. This number is not affiliated with any Pizza Hut at all. I called and was given voicemail that identified the phone number only, no name or business of any kind. It is a LaCrosse Wi phone number so, thinking I may have written it down wrong, looked up the phone number to Pizza Hut in LaCrosse. This number is nowhere near any Pizza Hut phone number. Now I have been given a random phone number.

We all have bad days at work. We all make mistakes. This experience is totally and completely unacceptable. To be lied to, and treated with the attitude and rudeness of 3 different people from the same business on the same day, a day that was a very important day for my family. We chose to have Pizza Hut be a part of this story and it really spoiled a part of the beautiful life experience we were having.
We order from Pizza Hut on a regular basis at work. The service has been declining for a while, however this is the worst it has ever been and I do not plan on sticking around to see how much worse it could get. I will not be referring any family or friends of my patients or coworkers, or my personal affiliations to Pizza Hut anymore. I have lost all respect for the local Pizza Hut after this. Not a single employee I spoke to had any care about my order and they didn't seem to be very keen on their jobs either. I do not want any compensation for this, no amount of free food or reimbursement will make up for the damage that was done. I can only hope that the staff there will be reminded of how their words and actions have an impact on the lives of the customers on the other end of the phone and that we are people too.

Pizza Hut pizza delivery in bad condition

This place doesn't even deserve the one star we're force to leave for a review. This is the second time we get our pizza like this. To top it off they take forever bc they can't "find your place" and you end up tipping them... just to get your food like this. The drivers should have the decency of apologizing and saying they will get a new pizza instead of taking your tip and leaving you with a messed up order. Called the restaurant to complain and all they did is reorder our pizza, here is to waiting another 40 min... the least they could of done was sincerely apologize or compensate us in some sort of way. The manager just didn't care for what has happened.

Pizza Hut very rude staff/horrible management/unacceptable experience

I placed an order over the phone on 12/31/17 and was told wait time would be 45 minutes. I spoke with Sierra. She was quite rude over the phone when I inquired about the difference between regular breadsticks and cheese sticks. However, I overlooked it. When picking up my order, I went thru the drive thru. I waited approximately 20 minutes before getting to window due to a few cars in front of me. When it was my turn, I paid and then waited approximately 10 minutes before I was asked to pull around because my order was not ready (it had been 1h 15 min at this point). I simply asked how much longer it would be, and then Sierra came to the window to inform me she couldn't find my order, and she didn't know. She asked to see my receipt. I told her I wasn't given one. She shut the window and walked to the kitchen, and I heard her screaming, at which point the manager came to the window, opened it, and was completely irrate, yelling very rudely to me, telling me if I did not move she was going to call the police and get me for trespassing. Again, I simply questioned how much longer before pulling around. She suggested I come inside and find my order, yelling the entire time at me about it being New Years and carrying on (as my 3 children sat and listened with me in disbelief!) So, I asked for my refund since she could not seem to find my order. She refused. Again, telling me if I did not move she would call the police. I asked for my receipt before moving, at which point I was finally given one. I called the police myself, and an officer showed up and walked in the restaurant with me. The manager (short, petite, brown hair and glasses dressed in street clothes, with a cast on her leg) was told by Sierra I was at the counter with an officer and the manager again was saying very inappropriate things as she walked to the counter. She went irrate again in front of the police officer, to the point he basically told her to shut up and either give me my refund or give me my pizza. She yelled "everyone, stop what you are doing! Get her freaking pizza so she will get out of here!" She walked back to the kitchen and came back up and very rudely yelled "you will have your pizza in 45 seconds! MAYBE one minute! HAPPY NEW YEAR!" And walked off. Even the officer was in disbelief. He suggested I not come back, as it was completely unacceptable and an absolute awful experience. I will not be back.

The difference between regular bread sticks and cheese bread sticks? Really? 1 has cheese, the other doesn't.

Pizza Hut no tomato sauce on pizza

I order a thin crust pizza, but after the pizza arrived, it was a pan crust pizza. So I looked at the order and it did say pan crust. Okay, I can deal with that, but when I took a bite there was no tomato sauce on the pizza. It took over an hour for the pizza to get here. If I would have eaten it earlier, which it was cold when I received it, I would have taken it back it back myself. I was hungry, since I hadn't eaten anything all day. My receipt number 014291 entered by Android, on 01/01/18 at 7:00 p.m., ticket #110. The approval code: 190030, Invoice #62, amount $19.46 on my Mastercard. The store is 8930 Fort St, Omaha, Ne, 68134. I would like a refund.
