delivery area change... why?
Went to order my favorite pizza from Pizza Hut online and it told me that they no longer deliver to my house.. I am paraplegic and cannot drive. So I appreciate (always tip generously) delivery service. So, I call Pizza Hut the next day and was told..."they changed delivery areas recently and no longer deliver to my address". I went online and asked them why the sudden change? They told me to insure they can deliver quickly to a customer that I was too far way to receive delivery (I mapquested the address of the Pizza Hut I order from and my address and it was 3.1 miles). So, I will switch to a competitor of Pizza Hut almost everyone else delivers here...? Just think they are a joke now! 3.1 miles is to far for them to deliver a pizza...? Good luck to them! No more Pizza Hut for me!

I order a personal pizza with garlic parmesan wings. The pizza was fine but when I got to the wings the sauce was not right. It tasted odd and was very watery. I am a frequent customer for Pizza Hut and normally I am not a big complainer. But yesterday, December 23, 2017, I placed an order online for carryout at the Carol Stream, Il Pizza Hut and when I brought it home I was dis-satisfied with my order. One of the pizzas I had ordered had onion on it...which I had not requested to be be an ingredient because my husband is allergic. Unfortunately, I live too far away to bring it back. So, I called that Pizza Hut back and told them about the problem with my order...but the customer service over the phone wasn't great. They apologized and said it probably happened by accident because they were so busy. But that was it. They acted like they were just brushing off the problem and didn't even act like they cared. The person over the phone didn't even offer a solution to my problem. I was completely unsatified with my order and the customer service over the phone at this location. Thank you for your time. I have just picked up my order and came home to find one of the pizza is not what I ordered. I ordered a Large Original Pizza Specialty Pizza: Meat Lover. I got a half plain and half with onion and pepper. I called a total ten times. One time the restaurant picked up and did not said a word (not even a greeting) and left the phone hanging - I can hear all the commotion going on. Another time I was told to hold. Waited 10 minutes each time. The other eight times was just ringing with no answer. I have three kids, two got to eat and the other didn't. Horrible service. Very disappointing. We live too far away to go back. This location is horrendous. Please issue a refund.

I ordered from the store in Stanley NC about 3 different times and each time my order was either wrong or nasty... The one order I wanted replaced was the one with the chicken wings the wings that had no season on them I gave reached out to y'all once before along with the store and to different district managers I am very highly disappointed in the customer support I have received . I can show u screen shots from talking to the two different managers. This is extremely unprofessional and in getting fed up with it. Me and my whole family is about to the point where we will stop eating at any Pizza Hut

On Saturday December 23rd 2017 the manager who was working who I've had complaints about her since she was just a server a cook and I don't know how she ever made manager. She has been messing with my food and my orders time after time. I'm sick of it. This [censor] has made my service hell for the last time. The online deal says 7.99 large 2 topping pizza, i ordered two of them and another personal cheese pizza deal 30% off. Total with tax online was $23.20
Luckily i took a snap shot of the order and prcing that i have as proof. I sent tjis puc to my husband to pickup my order.
The store charged my husband $51.87, more than double the online shown amount. My husband showed the snapshot and manager argued it's incorrect blah blah and still charged him this huge amount.
I will further complain with a lawyer if i dont get my money back. Especially for pizzahut providing fake price or store charging fake amount

we placed our order and recieved and email saying we will recieve it at 620pm and i tried to call 20 times to reach the store to check my delivery and all i got was a busy line. Finally someone answered and she said the delivery just left its been almost 2 hours. really dissappointed in this pizza hut delivery service because they are NEVER om time or early. ps no weather problems here just cold.

Brought my 5 grandkids for pizza and presents. I had over 300 points, I did not realize was delivery redeemable only. I asked for assistance, and was told nothing could be done. I ordered in, and was .27 cents short on my bill. Again I asked for assistance, and was told no. Then we both had attitudes, and I was refused service in front of my Grandkids. I'll cancelling my points, and phone app. There are other pizza chains in Lemoore. A letter to the editor of the newspaper will follow your response.

If you knew how to read you would already know that the points cannot be redeemed for deliver only. Why should they change the rules just for you because you do not know how to read?

Ordered at 1:29pm did not receive order until 3:34pm. Called restaurant at 2:55 pm to find out where order was. Spoke to employee who stated that it should be there in 10 minutes but to call back if I had not received order in 15min. Called back at 3:20 pm. Told employee that I still have not received my pizza. Manager Tacara got on phone and debated with me about wait. She also told me that I was the only customer that had complained about the wait and that she only had one driver. She also told me that I should have called the store direct to verify the delivery time after I ordered it online. The driver finally showed up at 3:34 pm. She told me that the wait time of 1:45 minutes was listed on website. I begged to differ. I have been a loyal customer to Evanmill Store and I have NEVER experienced the HORRIBLE service and lack of empathy from Manager Tacara! With that being said... I will no longer patronize Pizza Hut again!

On 12/14/17 I order two pizzas online from the Pizza Hut at 700 Terry Parkway. Upon arriving I saw one customer waiting. After I paid for my order and took a seat two girls began to count the draw. Soon after customers began to fill the lobby. After about 10 minutes the girls were still counting the draw and one girls notice that the pizza were falling on the floor. I asked that the girl that's was counting the draw with the money to not touch my pizza until she wash her hands. She still hand me the pizza and balled up the receipt that I asked for. I then ask for corporate number and no seem to no. I called the store the next day to make a complaint and in order for me to speak to the manager I had to say it was a business matter. I will never order again from this Pizza Hut.

The manager at pizza hut in New Palestine, Indiana, 46163, threatened my father with a gun if he didn't move his truck from the parking lot. She then proceeded to tell him to "go back where he came from" and referred to him as a "camel jockey" (he was born in India but has lived in Indiana since 1978).
This is disgusting and appalling behavior and if she isn't removed from her position I will be forced to instead bring attention to this on social media. Something MUST be done about this. It makes me shake with anger to know someone employed in a management position can get away with such behavior.
Nobody said a gun was pulled. She threatened him with one. The property is adjacent to his property. It's a strip mall comprised of two buildings, two owners.
Was his truck blocking or trespassing? Why didn't he call the police when she pulled a gun?
It was simply parked in the shared lot. She knows who he is and went outside to rant at him. New Palestine is quite the racist little town. He hardly took her seriously but even if he didn't take offense I certainly do.
employee poor handling the service and pizza served
Last night I order a pizza at North Lakeland Pizza Hut Location. The order was to go the employee was disrespectful, the pizza was placed without paper on the box. When I graved the box on the window the pizza has grease all over the box even on the bottom. He turned his face back and closed the window ignoring my many calls to him. Besides that, the place looks very dirty and the employees also.
I made this complaint not for myself but in consideration of other customers and the owner of the business.

I am from Oklahoma. I was visiting a local pizza hut in Boerne TX. I ordered a medium pan pizza. The pizza was thin on on side and and thick on the other, the dough was uneven. I told the waiter about the problem. Then the manager came over asked what was wrong with our food? She had an attitude. I explained she said I was wrong that the dough is frozen that's how it comes. She left our table and went back to the back area where myself and my two daughters could hear her telling people in the back that I come in all the time complaining. That's amazing that I am in there all the time when we live 7 hours away in another state. I will make sure to tell all my extended family that we are visiting in Boerne, TX not to go to that restaurant. Very unprofessional.

I have not ordered anything from Pizza Hut for some time because honestly I can not afford the prices. Today (December 21, 2017) I went into a Pizza Hut location and ordered one medium pizza and one order of bread sticks (which cost a total of $21.93) and no one offered any kind of discounts whatsoever. The store was not busy at all. I was the only one there besides the employees. When I get back to my office (much to my surprise) I see on top of the box your coupon offers. Which are 2 Medium Pizzas any toppings any recipe for just $6.99 each - wow what a savings that would have been for me. A large Pizza any toppings anytime for $10.00 again what a savings that would have been to me. And etc.
I know it is not your job to offer me discounts at the location or maybe it is? I sincerely wish that your employees would let people know what discounts are out there so that you would have returned customers.
Everything was delicious so there are no complaints on the pizza itself, but as a grandmother who used to order all of the time from Pizza Hut it would have been very helpful for the gentleman to take a few moments and tell me how I could have saved a lot of money today. According to the coupons on top of the box I could have gotten twice the pizza, one large pizza of my choice or a big dinner box for less money.

lack of communication with employee
I placed the order at the Lancaster Pizza Hut online and it told me 20 minutes before the order was ready. I went in to pick up the order, when I got there unemployed told me that the store wasn't open but it allow me to place my order online. So I call the store in the employee the answer the phone as me what could he do for me as far as I'm placing an order then he recognize my voice and he said oh the store is not open yet. Then I asked her the number to customer service and told me to look it up online the number that I looked up was the incorrect number. The incident was a very inconvenience because I was on a set time frame during my lunch break and was unable to get the lunch that I ordered. So therefore I'm looking to get something in exchange for my inconvenience. However it is hard to reach someone at customer service I believe this is a very unprofessional way to handle business.
the overall service
Over the past three years I came to this restaurant several times. The workers are always having discussions about their personal life loudly where customers can hear. They have even cursed and yelled sometimes which is totally unprofessional. The food at times is put together with no actual effort to look appealing. I have stopped going to this location because of the service. I have found that the pizza hut in crete-monee has excellent service. I unfortunately had to come here recently due to time restraints but never again.
