July 20 when I got off work at 4:30am I headed to McDonald's by my house the location of the store is 7426 3rd street road Louisville ky I ran into this lady who I'm 99% is the manager black lady around her 30 mid 40 years of age I I asked for two sausage egg McMuffin with cheese when she put the order in and it pop up on the screen it said no cheese so I corrected her and told her with cheese she replied back with a nasty attitude she said that she rung up how I said it so she corrected it after she got a attitude with me . I get home and my sandwich only had sausage this is the second time she has done this I went back to the store I asked my girlfriend to go in because I was upset and I didn't want to make things worse so my girlfriend goes in the store and she had a attitude with my girlfriend also she rolled her eyes and she didn't even fix me a new sandwich she put two slices of egg in a chicken nuggets box I'm writing y'all this message because this isn't the first time this lady has a really bad attitude she has treated me bad to many times I work in customer service and she has no business working in this Feilds I'm at a point I'm losing hope in McDonald's I'm not returning to that McDonald's until she gone

This morning around 1:20 to 1:30 am I went to the drive in. I ordered two mcchicken sandwiches one with mayo and one without. I also ordered a big mac meal. The total came out to $10.55. I pulled up to the first window and no one was there. I waited for a while and no one showed. So I pulled up to the second window and they took my $11 and don't give me change which I wasn't worried about. After I arrived at home. There was no Big Mac in my bag.
This is why you check your order when they give you the bag. You only had 3 things! One. Two. Three. As fast as you read my post, you could have checked your order...

Wait time was 24 minutes after parking. First time food was brought the drink was forgotten. Checked the bag for the food. Sandwich missing. 1 box marked "double bacon smokehouse". Grilled bacon smokehouse missing. Finally got other sandwich. Got home and grilled sandwich was in the double bacon smokehouse. No double bacon smokehouse. The one that was thought to be missing had no bacon.
drive thru order
On july 19th 2018 around 4:45pm I went to McDonalds in Catalina, Az. I went through the drive thru and ordered 1 double cheeseburger plain only cheese, 2 mcdoubles plain only cheese, 1 hamburger plain, 1 large fry, and 2 apple pies. Upon arriving home all of the cheeseburgers had no cheese, the fries were cold and rubbery and tasted as if they were microwaved to attempt to warm them up. Both of the apple pies were cold hard and dry. I tried calling the store and received no answer. It's not convenient for me to drive all the way back right away to fix this. This location is constantly messing things up, and this just happens to be the last incident that makes me reach out here. I'm upset I spent money on food to now still be out of edible food and wasted money.

I was so excited about this when I heard about it on the news this morning. I went online and saw all the possible swag that I could get if i took advantage of this service. I placed my order and just received my order and got a piece of [censored] pin that says "Mobile Order Pay expert" What the hell is that?! I am aware that your website does state that you could receive pins but the ones they show are at least cool and are related to this promotion. The pin I received is a generic pin and in no way is what I was expecting. All the media promotions show socks, shirts, bandannas, and other cool swag. This is a total bait and switch scam executed by both you and Uber.
If you do not rectify this immediately and restore my faith in your company I will gladly post this on social media and tag both you and Uber. Please reply to this ASAP!

Tuesday 17/7/18 vehicle GJ 63 SV V was on the slip road at junction 10 on the m56 around 16, 30 I was in lane one and couldent move over as their was a Nissan navada in lane 2 along side of me, , the kuehne +nagal truck pulled off the slip road forcing myself into lane 2 forcing the Nissan into lane 3..[if another vehicle had been in lane three I dread to think what the mess would have been] I gave the kuehne + nagal vehicle the horn as I passed only to get the wanker sign and the middle finger..i slowed a bit he cought up I shouted across what was his problem, , he shouted back that I should have moved over..i told him I had right of way and to read the highway code, then their was some bad language..i laughed and moved on..he eventually cought up and on passing tried top push me over on to the hard shoulder..i slowed a bit and let him get away to which he took the m6 north again with some hand signs as I took the m6 south...if both myself and that Nissan driver had not been on the ball their could have been a bad or even fatal accident all because of this kuehne + nagal drivers stupidity on the 17/7/18 registration GJ63 S V V...the driver needs to be taken of the road before he kills some one as he don't seem to no the rules of the road
drink
I purchased food and drink at the end of my meal I started drinking my soda pop and when I was finished I heard and felt something in the bottom of my cup. I started throwing up before I looked into the cup. Once I had a chance I noticed a black object which appeared to be the cap from the soda machine. I called I they said was sorry. I am sick to my stomach and this is not acceptable. Never asked if I was okay and the fact that my food didnt stay down I am upset. I normally eat at 5 am and this is when I noticed it. I dont get ice in my soda pop but I never paid attention to the bottom off the cup til the end.

the wait time in the drive through was over 20 minutes just for one item! when i finally pulled up to get my order, i asked the guy at the window what was goin on why it took so long? he just shrugged his shoulders & said i don't know. I said well i waited in line for over 20 minutes i want to speak to the manager! after waiting another 5 minutes the guy come back to the window and said no offense but i don't think they care! i said what? he said they (the managers) said they were busy! what the heck! first off mcdonalds food is horrible anyway & if i didn't have pregnant daughter who crave their nasty food, i would not have even waited like i did! i will not ever be back! service is horrible & management/employees need an attitude adjustment!

Today & frequently: the drive thru menu boards are frequently turned for the wrong menu time of day, mainly no breakfast menu showing.
Your outside sign never works properly or it not lit.
the drive thru is horribly slow, takes at least 20 min on avg if there are 6 cars in line. If they actually used the 2nd window where you pay, the line would prob go alot quicker.
Employees parking in main parking spots close to building that should be priority for customers. Lisa's? maroon & gray ford truck and the other girls Red/Black Ford Explorer.
Don't get me wrong, the girls take good care of me, but the service has really gone down hill, and the employees on the shift i normally go there haven't changed.
Last week, we there at 5:55 am. Car in front of me waiting, waiting, waiting, then finally someone came over intercom, told customer that they couldn't order because grill wasn't ready yet. She asked "but don't you open at 5:00am" and the employee said yes, and the customer replied by "i would think that is enough time to have things ready" and by pulling away. As i got up to the drive thru for my turn to order, the employee said "i'm sorry, there will be a 10 minute delay" so i said "no" and pulled away.
today 7/16/18, menus in drive thru turned wrong way again, waited, waited for 10 min, no one even answered. Backed out & back in just in case the car didn't activate the employee, still nothing. pulled around to first window, not open as usual, pulled to 2nd window - no one there and as i look in, no one behind the counter at all.
pulled around to go inside, still no one behind counter. 2 employees sitting in booth, another very thin girl getting a drink from the drink island, as i yell out "are you guys open today?" and she just nods as she is sucking on the straw for her bev that she just took, and walks away into the kitchen area. didn't even say anything, come to the counter or get someone that could assist me.
Eventually 2 people come to the counter, one says she was getting ice & didn't even hear me, the other says nothing. I told them i have been waiting outside for 10 min @ drive thru, so one asks the other about her headset, takes it & turns it on. Yes, they work much better if you turn them on! So, you are telling me since 5:00 am -6:00 am no one has been thru the drive thru? then the girl with the headset is singing away, quite loudly, prob trying to cheer me us because she prob can see how pissed off i am. All that does is annoy me more, hence the purpose of actually finally writing a complaint. and Lisa, who i think is a manager, no where to be found.
I know how it is with finding good help these days, and working short handed. But i see these morning people as key people as they have been there quite a while.
restaurant closed
On Friday, July 13, 2018. I went to the 24 hour McDonald's on 3770 Grand Ave, Chino, CA 91710. I was waiting in the drive thru line from 12:10am to 12:35am waiting to get helped. There was no answer. Then I parked and got off my car. The door was locked. There was no sign saying they are closed for cleaning. Also there was no sign on the drive thru screen saying they are closed. That is very unprofessional. I am 8 months pregnant and I had a craving for McDonald's fries. I drove from my city in Pomona to the city of Chino but they were closed. Next time, please have a sign at least a hand written note stating you are closed for cleaning or whatever the matter is. I would really appreciate that.

Found the dressing splattered all over the salad instead of being on the side in a separate sachet, and the salad very stale. Pretty disgusting and absolutely revolting, could not be consumed at all. This isn't the first time we've had problems is this McDonald's for poor service, this time it was must worse we asked for 4 happy meals with 6 pice chicken nuggets and they didn't give us any barbecue so I went in and asked for some for each othe the happy meals and one of the employees kept saying that she gave us bbq she thought I was lying and she told me to bring the happy meals so I did and she started going through the box digging in like if she was mad. I told her we got no bbq and she said she was sure she put the bbq inside each box which she didn't it really upset me because she was basically calling us liars there's no need to lie

At store #33298 I ordered a double cheeseburger value meal. I know any order can be made a meal but she argues with me that it doesn't come as a meal, I informed her that they always do at the Belleville, Mi location. Again very rudly stated it doesn't come as a value meal and beratingly asked it I was going to order something or not. I was speaking with another employee about the matter and she started running off at the mouth. I asked her name she replied Shea what's yours! This woman is very rude unprofessional. I will never return to this location. And to add to insult the dinning area and rest room was extremely dirty.

I'm complaining because my kids love McDonald's and we're always going to the one on Timberlake or the one in rustburg just so happens that I had received 2 free large sandwich coupons so I went to the one on Timberlake o ordered the two large sandwiches and a chicken 3 small fries a large sweet tea and 2 Carmel frappes. first off the last asked me where's I get them then she said they expired I said well I just got an and showed her the date on the letter she said well I don't know what to tell you I can't just give you sandwiches I asked for a manager and she was rude as well I finally got the rest of my food and fries were cold she had an attitude while giving us our food and frappe was watery
staff ordering and mayonnaise
I ordered a buffalo last night and specifically said no bacon or ham in it they said sure I wasn't convinced that they would listen! As its happend many times before ! so i re told the lady at the the window paying for my order no bacon or ham she said no problems and i ordered a couple of packets of mayonnaise when i got home surprise it had bacon more than lettuce in it! Squeezing some mayonnaise on my children's burgers and it came out yellow thick paste that smelt like old car oil i have a video to prove. It was disgusting i took the burger back to them forgetting the mayonnaise they swapped them for other burgers but didn't nt ask about the mayonnaise as they didn't care! Wasn't happy at all as it waa my local mcdonalds store
unsanitary actions I witnessed
I was with my family on Sunday July 8, 2018 around 2pm at the Mifflintown, PA McDonald's. We went inside used their restroom and went to the little computer system to order our meals for carry out because we were going to visit family. While standing at the counter waiting for our meals we had a clear view into the kitchen area. We witnessed an employee that had dropped something on the floor while making a sandwich. The employee had gloves on picked up the spill on the floor and throw it in the trash. However, the employee never left the food prep area to get a clean pair of gloves or even wash their hands. This is a very unsanitary act and is disgusting to see. There was no manager in sight to mention this to. My family has been in the restaurant business for many year and I have worked in a restaurant in the past. I am familiar with food prep and proper sanitation.

I was at the Mcdonalds in Town Square inside Walmart Manchester mall York Pa round5pm. I placed my order 2 cheeseburgers ff soda n caramel frappe.There were 2 young ladies holding a puppy manager 2 other emoloyees came out to pet puppy 1 worker from rear of store held puppy.The girls then went to table n put puppy up on stool! I over heard their convo where 1 if them worked there.after they left I was told no caramel for frappe I asked for a refund (dont like mocha).I asked when it was ok to put a dog near a table n got jumped on by female counter worker she sais "not allowed to ask if its a service animal n ill wipe table off!" Manager asjed what probkem was I told him he even petted puppy n I knew the girls or at least 1 was an employee he didnt deny it He said he.will take care if it. Really. Oh the male coynter wirker got the caramel frim fhe back. Guess the female was to lazy! Never again. I go in thete at least 2x a week! If i worjed for the Pa Health Dept maybe it woyldve bee. Different!

Had a birthday party for granddaughter and the state of the restaurant was absolutely discusting!
Floor hadn't been swept, let alone mopped in months. The tiles where the coffee is made were meant to be cream colored but were dark brown almost black. The sliding glass door had a broken segment almost coming off the rails.
My son and daughter in law don't want to say anything but they spent a lot of money for the party and I think it should of been cleaned. Not sure if we will be going back!

Thie service at McDonald's on Limonite and Hamner in Eastvale sucks. This is the only McDonald's near our neighborhood, and there is always an issue.Today I purchased two smokehouse burger meals, one single and one double. Why was I charged the same amount for both. The food was cold,
my drinks was not labeled. Food was messing from my order. It's a two lane drive thru, I watched 3 cars order before me and I was there first .

No one seemed to want to take our order and several workers walking around behind the counter a lady with her purse that was getting off took it order Ten minutes to get order . They all just seemed to not care if they got orders out or not. definitely not the first time this has happened and I had stopped going for a while after the last compliant. went back this evening but I will not go back again.
