I placed a order on December 8, 2017, and it was shipped on December 16, 2017. They said it would be here in 4-8 business days still I haven't received my package. And on top of that nobody is getting back to me nor does my package have a tracking number. I've always order from this website and I have never had this problem before. I just want my things.
Have not received the three items I ordered
I have ordered a pair of shoes £71.00 from lightinthebox I have not received these or any form of delivery details it is impossible to get in touch with them to find out what is happening how is this company legal when it operates in this way?
I have no order confirmation and order not in my account but you have taken £66 out my account?
I made a purchase from them on the 15 and still haven’t received my package now there is no purchase history with them and there is not way to cantact them since my order is not in my account
