Pedophile run scam company.
This scam site (we all know their drugs are fake) company has been sending our CHILD sexually graphics scam spam daily for various FAKE dick pills and other Fake sex drugs.
When told to stop harassing a little child, they began sending her MORE of their gross scam spam.
It’s well known the company is a fraud and thst They traffic kiddie porn, but this is personal sexual harassment of our child.
Recommendation: If you have kids, protect them. If you want real meds, buy literally anywhere else.
This company has no integrity
My intent for writing this review is to warn the public about BuyGoods's lack of integrity. and to avoid any dealings with this fraudulent entity. I have been corresponding with them via email for several months in an effort to secure a sizable refund and their methods and strategies have become apparent to me.
I purchased a product from Kerressetials.com on May 21, 2023. I felt comfortable with the purchase since there was a 60-day trial with a full refund guaranteed.
7 weeks later, I contacted them via email and then telephone to request a full refund. I was told to send the product back and was given an address.
No refund was forthcoming and a couple of weeks later I called to ask why. I was told that they had not received the product. I accepted their reasoning and proved they in fact did receive the product by producing the UPS tracking code. By this time, two months had passed since the purchase. They agreed to the refund and refunded only $ 3,48.00 to my debit card, not $990.00 for a full refund. When I called them, they told me I had to deal with BuyGoods for my full refund.
BuyGoods has been extremely polite and prompt in their emails. Perhaps even obsequious. In many emails that went back and forth, they declared that the bank was rejecting their attempts to refund me. I therefore contacted my bank and notified them of the problem. My bank told me to instruct them to try again and it would not be rejected...BuyGoods supposedly attempted another refund unsuccessfully. At this point, I asked my bank for any proof that they rejected a refund. They stated that no refund was ever received other than the first one.
I asked BuyGoods to send me a check but they told me their only way of refunding me was through the debit card.
Here's what I have deduced:
1) After 2 months Visa doesn’t allow for disputed charges. In my opinion, That's why my return of product "got lost."
2) Despite their polite emails, there was never a true intention to refund me and they fabricated a "company policy" which prevented them from sending me a check.
3) They dragged this out for 2 months hoping that I would just give up and disappear.
4) I have probably corresponded with at least six different agents, asking them to initiate a refund but clearly a decision has been made to stonewall me.
So the best I can do at this point is to make known that these companies have no integrity and buyer beware.

I bought Sight Care capsules 6 months ago. Their advertising spiel with the older gentleman guaranteed results and was very convincing . What a con.
I had to take them, 2 a day , for 6 months before asking for a refund if I found I had no results . At 180 days of taking them I asked for a refund but no I was 3 week too late ! What ? Apparently when you read fine print it’s from the date of purchase that took three weeks to arrive ! At no stage were they working but I persisted waiting for my 6 month trial to be up.
I’m very disappointed as I’m sure many others are getting caught out . All I can say it’s been a very expensive lesson so beware people!
Recommendation: Beware customers these products do not work miracles ! The videos are not truth telling and are extremely manipulative.

I ordered a product online from buygoods.com on September 30, 2022. I'm not going to tell you what the product is, but it was very important to me. I was checking my email a lot on the status of my order. Yesterday I found out on my recent email that they changed my product order. I expected to get the product that was described to me on their website. Unfortunately I didn't. I spoke to a woman at customer service yesterday after waiting two weeks on them processing my order. She told me it was already being shipped to me from the post office. I told her my situation, and she decided to give me a 30 percent refund back to my credit card. It was a half-hearted refund. I wished they would give me 40 percent. I'm not doing business with them again.

On 11/18 I purchased from BuyGoods, Inc. a three months supply package of the supplement product: 'Revifol' in the amount of $177.00 with the given understanding by the manufacturer that a total refund will be issued in the event of customer dissatisfaction, because the product caused an itchy rash all over my body. Therefore, I exercise my right for a total refund. Accordingly I contacted BuyGoods, Inc. on several occasions and left all pertinent information, i.e. name, email address, phone number, order date, and order number, but have not received any response this company. But received an email on Monday morning stating the product shipped. I called customer service and spoke to *** who immediately explained the process and how to quickly return the product by calling the shipper and rerouting it. To further alleviate my concerns *** offered to provide a discount on one of the products that I had ordered. This was done immediately after a brief hold. I think he did a fantastic job by dispelling any concerns I had about returning the product as well as getting me to try the product that I was returning. Ive been in customer service in one way or another for over 30 years and I want to applaud *** for his patience, professionalism and especially for resolving the issue the first time!

I received my order today via FedEx. The box was leaking and when I opened it two of the containers had opened, and the product was all in the bottom of the box. I took pictures and called the company, within a few seconds I received an email with a link for customer service. I sent them a message and shortly after that I received a phone call from Kaye, an employee with the company. No questions asked she is sending me 2 new jars of the product I had ordered, at no cost or shipping charges. I have had mishaps when ordering on line from an unknown company and if I had issues, it took weeks and sometimes several phone calls to resolve the problems and there have been times that the company refused to do anything. I spoke with Kaye and sent the pictures I had taken, she is a wonderful representative of this company (Buy Goods) I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

I had not compared prices before placing the order because BuyGoods was recommended to me as a specialty company selling unique items not found elsewhere. Also, I felt that the price probably justified the product uniqueness. However, after two months of keeping the items, I happened to be searching for foreign currencies online and found the same or very similar items being sold online for a lower price. I called BuyGoods and they told me the return time expired. I asked *** to consider the circumstances surrounding the purchase and to make an exemption accepting the return of the products for a refund. *** assisted me and she was kind to understand the manner how the purchase happened. She waived the 60-day return policy as a one-time courtesy, immediately refunded me 50% of the purchase, emailed me the return address, and explained that she would process the remaining 50% of the order upon receiving the returned products. She demonstrated that BuyGood really appreciates its customers. Thank you very much.

I had placed an order for 2 bottles of supplement on June 21. As it took sometime and there was no sign of receiving the order, I had requested for the cancellation of my order which was done very promptly on Sept 23, 2020 and the amount was promptly refunded against my credit card. However, sometime in mid October I received the order which must have been under shipment. Today I had called BuyGoods Agent and explained the whole situation and that I wanted to make payment for the order I had received. The agent was extremely helpful and courteous and took the time out to listen to my issue and sought to help as much as possible and at the end informed that it would not be possible to receive payment and that I could keep the order as a gift. As much as I appreciate the gesture of goodwill of BuyGoods I am still open to receive the methodology for making the payment for the goods I have received which I had cancelled only due to delay in delivery and not knowing its whereabouts. I am extremely grateful for receiving the order and the professional attitude of different agents with whom I had corresponded through email as well as on phone. They have been very polite and courteous throughout and always tried to help and apologised for the delays. My appreciation for all of them and thanks to BuyGoods as well. I shall definitely be contacting BuyGoods for more orders and hope to repay my dues as well.

One of if not the best company I have ever dealt with when it comes to *** One employee in particular, *** is the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! *** would even stay hours passed the time he was supposed to be off work to finish helping me. *** D is so kind, patient, understanding and intelligent. BuyGoods is blessed to have him as an employee. Every time I called in to BuyGoods I would ask to please message *** I would not have to explain everything to another employee and the other employees would message *** D and within minutes every single time I would receive a phone call from *** ready and willing to assist me in any way he could. *** was great at setting me up to place large orders and explaining to the purchasing department ahead of time I was ordering for several family members. More than once *** personally processed my large returns on the same day their warehouse received my returns back. I received the money in my debit account in less than 24 hours. When *** told me he would call me the next day or in four days, he called every time. *** went ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve a problem that would have cost me $5000 out of pocket. When BuyGoods computer program told *** one date for the end of my 60 Day Money Back Guarantee he was willing to review my documentation, calendars and excel spreadsheets which showed I was correct and their computer program was miscalculating the date according to their stated policies. Not many companies are willing to have an open mind but BuyGoods did including their Supervisor ***. BuyGoods is Amazing!
