Fashion Nova no merchandise or refund

1. Order 4/1/17 And not received. When called fashion Nova claimed order was on hold due to suspected Fraud even though the money was withdrawn from bank account and bank did not complain of any fraud.
2. Fashion Nova twice requested a picture holding an ID, request was granted twice.
3. two weeks later still no merchandise, by that time order was requested to be canceled and money refunded on 5/7/17 5 weeks later!
Fashiona Nova claimed it would take 5-10 days to refund. after 10 days they were called to ask where the money was. After numerous request they still claimed there was an issue and claimed a glitch and the bank would not accept the refund. Bank was contacted and said there was no attempt to deposit money and there is no way that could have happened.
Fashion Nova contacted again and said they will call back. Never called back! When finally reached again they for the third time said the money will take another 5 days!
So basically $300.00 dollars were taken, no merchandise in two months, Money said to be refunded, No refund for two weeks!
Still $300.00 not returned. Complaint filed with the FTC and FBI IC3 division.

Fashion Nova fashion nova is a scam

I'm not sure if their system got hacked or they have just been cold hearted people all along and they decided this is where they would take people's money and not give people their order. I selected two day shipping for an outfit I was going to wear today for my birthday and the tracker says it hasn't even arrived at UPS. I emailed twice and no response, and their customer service never answers. So it lead me to go on their page on comment so everyone could know what they're doing an surely THEY DELETED MY COMMENT AND EVERYONE ELSES WHO HAD A SHIPPING ISSUE. I will find a solution, i don't care if I have to go to court. This is false advertisement.

Fashion Nova shoes

I ordered shoes and a dress for my graduation Sunday night and didn't receive my dress until Friday but I paid for 2 day shipping. I also didn't get my shoes because they did not tell me they were out of stock until my dress came in the mail! I did not get my money back all I got was store credit and I will not get my shoes before my graduation wed! This sucks!

Fashion Nova discounted my return by 50% with no valid reason

I ordered some items, they did not work out and i return them. I guess they got there after 30day policy, they gave me a store credit for 1/2 the price of everything i paid.Everything was new with the tags still attached and they are still selling the item for full price.

I have no issue with the store credit, but i emailed them to find out why i didn't get full amount i paid and they first gave me a story that i had received this discount, when i sent them a copy of purchase then they said their policy was to discount after 30 days.

I have reviewed their policy and they do state no returns after 30 days but it is not written anywhere they the will discount your full price purchased if returned after the 30 days. I have emailed them every day for over a week and they still have not resolved this issue for me. I asked to speak to a manager, because it is against the law for them to do this. Every retail company has to have their return policy very clear to the consumer for them to enforce it.

No where do they say they will only give you 50% store credit for what you paid full price.

This is stealing, i will be filing a formal complaint and get a lawyer involved. It is not much money, but it is the principal of not doing the right thing and taking advantage of people and hiding behind a web base site, because i am sure i am not the only person they have done this to.

Fashion Nova 2 months - no clothes and no money back

This is the worst online store I have ever used. It has been over 2 months and I still have not received my clothes or my money back! I do online shopping all the time and I have never had such difficulties with a company in my life. They never pick up their phone, so I have emailed them. They sometimes respond via email, but they don't acknowledge anything I say and instead sound like a bunch of robots saying the same damn thing. They don't help at all and sound so lost! They don't even know how to help me! How ridiculous is that? Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trust me, fashion nova is not worth the hassle. I bet after this review they will still not reach out and help with my situation. They do not care. Do not bother with this company.

Fashion Nova I haven't received my order, it's been over 2 weeks!!

My order #5042720. I want to know why my order is not in transit? It shouldn't have to take over 2 weeks! I want a refund or either send me some information about my order. I have emailed fashion nova numerous times, but their response is not telling me nothing! A week ago they was suppose to get in touch with the carrier to see what was going on with my order and get back in touch with me within 24-48 hours but I didn't hear back from them!

I'm having the same issue. I ordered April 27th and still nothing. They sent a tracking number but the package was never even mailed out. I called and emailed numerous times and no answer. Finally today I received a reply email stating my package was lost in transit! NO it was never even shipped out! They then said they would issue me a credit to re-order my items if I wished! NO THEY should ship my ORIGINAL package out! This is so ridiculous! At this point I just want my money back and I will never order from them again. This def seems like a huge scam with a bunch of generic automated emails and nobody ever answers their so called "customer service" number. Never again!

Fashion Nova return items

I return my items on 42517 send about 10 email regarding this matter no response this company is horrible they never answer their phone.
I feel that this company is a scam. I don't think that I will receive my credit for the items because they will not respond to email, or phone call they appear to be a great company once they get your money it's over. Clothing are beautiful it's all bait to get your money. If you need customer support you will not receive it.

I wish I would have seen these complaints before I placed an order. Will Never order from here again. Returned 2 pairs of jeans and only got credited for 1 pair. I guess I should consider myself lucky that they even acknowledged 1 pair, lol

Fashion Nova where is my order?!?! #5085055

I place an order on April 27th in the early am. My order was way over $75 so I was supposed to get free 2 day shipping. Today is not May 9th and I still have not received my order nor have I received any shipping information. I received one email stating a label was created for my package but the USPS never received my order to be delivered. I tried calling the customer service number MANY times and nobody EVER answers. I've emailed many times and never received the 24 hour response like I was supposed to. This is my first time ordering from Fashion Nova and will also be my last. I'm highly disappointed. I would like my order to be delivered and if the items are not available or if there is some other problem then I would like a refund on my credit card. This is ridiculous and no communication whatsoever!

Fashion Nova never received my orders

I placed an order on April 30th I had 3 different separate orders ‬ today is May 4th and I have still not received my order. The day I placed my order, my order was flagged for fraud I sent back the proof in the response. Every day I emailed them three times from three different emails and all I get is an automatic..

Fashion Nova terrible customer service, do not return they will keep your money

So i used to love ordering from this website but recently i ordered a few things and they did not fit (And one of the items which was a chain came broken) so i decided to return them and exchange them for something else, i had to pay 20 dollars to ship it back, i didn't hear from them for a week and i called ups and they told me my package was deleviered and signed for so now they have my products/ money and i have sent them at least 20 emails and have gotten no response, and they're "customer service phone number" is complete ### cause no one ever answers, i just want my money back asap, if i don't hear back after this post i will be reporting them! Fashion Nova order/shipping

Order #5187588, I ordered various things from Fashion Nova for my upcoming Bachelorette weekend get away. I basically ordered all my outfits for my trip, and I paid EXTRA for ONE DAY SHIPPING to assure my items arriving on time. This morning I got an email saying i would be receiving my items on Friday rather than today, Thursday. It is the same TWO DAY SHIPPING that i could have gotten for free, not the 1 day shipping I had paid for. I have tried calling their customer service number to see if it is possible to pick up my items at the warehouse. I have been calling since yesterday afternoon but they do not answer. I then sent them an email asking if i can pick up my items, but it was an automated response saying i will get an answer in 24hrs. I cannot wait 24hrs, I leave for my trip tomorrow and i was expecting my package to arrive on time, after all that is what i paid for. I don't understand why they even offer a number if they do not answer it.

I'm in the same boat! I placed my order April 28th and have not received anything! I haven't even gotten any updated shipping info. It still says its preparing a label. I'm so angry because they charged my credit card for the full amount but haven't received anything. Beyond disappointed. I ordered 8 outfits, one for a bday party for this past Friday. I had to go and find another outfit to wear. I will never order again from here.

Fashion Nova never receiving full store credit refund on returned item .

fashion nova has the worst customer service, they are a SCAM! After lying almost 20$ to return the items that's didn't fit, I needed up receiving half of the refund of what I returned. They never gave me the store credit for all the items I sent back. It's already bad enough that they don't give your money back, and they want to still scam you off your store credit? It makes no sense at all... I've tried reaching out to them through their number which is a voice mail and through emailing them thinking they will respond, but it's been at least 5 months and still no response ... I will definitely not give up till I get my full refund back .

So fashion novas had this sales called 1 day rush with 100$ or more. Me being so obsessed with shooting hurry on the site and order over $300 in items. The package came the next day as promised. But to my surprise the package looks very small, so I quickly opened it just to see 4 items and nothing of what I order, reach out the the trash support and let them know. They asked me for pictures of he wrong items and the package slip. I submitted everything & they said the can re ship Or refund at Thai point I’m already angry, so I asked for a full refund. The idiot said okay I’ve issue the Evelyn’s you should receive the gift card in your email. 24 hours no gift card 48 hours no gift card today will make 4 days no gift card! So on your honest opinion what you think I should do next ? Exactly what you’re thinking I’ll file a full charge back. These idiots must be put to a stop. You have a big company like this, it shouldn’t be hard for you to put some type of better customer support in place. But you rather to his and scam people! Order number [protected]

I placed an order back in May of this year before going vacation. I was unhappy with how a lot of the items fit me. I went to return them only to realize I can’t get my money back—only store credit. I was annoyed but I have experienced this with other online realtors before so I said whatever and sent the items back and waited for my e-gift card. Since then it has been SIX months and still have not received my store credit (of $235 mind you). They have no phone number for customer service. The only way you can contact this company is via e-mail. I have been in communication with them and all they say is for me to “check my spam and junk folders” for my e-gift card that ends in “399g”. I have checked MULTIPLE times—I am not illiterate. They are NOT sending e-gift cards out. They are scamming everyone of their money. After reading these complaints which all say the same thing I say we all group together and file a class action law suit against this company and report them to BBB as stealing customers money because this is not acceptable. I will be looking into this going forward because what they are doing is illegal

This is exactly what I'm going through right now. I've sent 10 emails now requesting for my store credit e-gift card resent to my email. They reply with resent to email, but I get no email with my store credit. so upset! I live close to their corporate office in Vernon and am thinking of going there and speak to someone.

I ordered a package and they shipped it to Washington when I live in California than said they’d refund me and all the gift cards they gave me said invalid than I said forget it and ordered again and didn’t get my package and I’ve contacted support multiple times at this point I think they’re ignoring me they are NOW A SCAM AND STEALING MONEY

Order#[protected] I also returned items to Fashion Nova and they emailed me back stating that they received my items and I will get a gift card on 72 hrs and it’s been one month now and nothing. I also tried to email and contact them and no response… every other company I return items to I get my refund within 24hrs.. This is ridiculous! I need my refund!

Unfortunately I am on here to complain-I extremely frustrated with how they handle returns and fail to email my store credit gift card. I’ve shopped at Fashion Nova and have been a loyal customer for *years*. This is now the second time this has happened to me-I recently purchased items, returned them as per their return instructions and I have not received my store credit gift card. It’s going on 3 weeks now. Their former customer service email is no longer active which is making it harder for me to get in touch with someone. Has anyone else experienced this?

I purchased items and they were never delivered to my home I’ve been fighting for almost a month just to get a credit I have sent back every email with the form that they have sent me and they always say that there’s no attachment I did a PDF file and sent it back I’ve sent multiple emails daily with no response and I’m being punished because I just want my credit for items that I’ve never received they keep saying it says it was delivered but I’m telling them that somebody either took it or it was never delivered I’m over it I want my credit so I can purchase my items I was purchasing items to go on vacation those items never showed up I just wanna re-purchase some other items but again I continue to have to go back-and-forth with their customer service supposedly helped us with the worst customer service and just a showing my damn credit

Fashion Nova customer service and shipping.

Customer Service is pretty much non existent. Talked to a supervisor on the phone and she talked over me the whole time. Emailed once, no answer. Emailed again, and pretty much got a sorry but we aren't going to do anything about it (attached pictures of correspondence). I placed many orders with Fashion Nova and that was my last order with them. The supervisor really turned me off.

Fashion Nova bad customer service!

I purchased 5 jeans and 1 dress on april 2 2016 they did not fit me so i returned them to the Fashionova warehouse. Its been 5 days already and i haven't received my store credit! They dont answer phone calls ive tried getting a hold of them but nothing. They dont answer emails either they blocked me from their Instagram for asking about my return. They are so unprofessional and have really bad service i will not buy from their website never again. I just need my refund now!

Fashion Nova wrong items shipped

I have ordered from Fashion Nova before with NO issues, but this last time i ordered from them and they sent me ALL the wrong items. I emailed them and I got a message saying I would here from them within 24 hours. I haven't heard anything so I called their customer service line and no one picks up. When i went back online, I saw that most of the items were sold out now so I probably won't even get my stuff now.

Wow! So the bad things I've heard about fashion nova is true. I have ordered a couple of times with no problems but I am currently going through the worst customer service ever. They sent me the wrong item and after 8 days and about 12 emails with pictures attached, I have yet to receive a reply. I keep getting that same email stating that they will reply. What a way to f it up.

What happened to my order? Why its on hold or flagged as fraud? I received an email from you fraud department. I'm calling your number but no one answers.
I ordered twice the first one is the nude dress (going down dress) and the second one is the hype black jumpsuit together with the u bra and bracelet.What happened? it should be fine right? My credit card was charged already and I need my order as soon as possible. I ordered another jacket just now and it was okay, I received an email that you shipped it already.

I'm reading a lot of reviews online regarding this issue and they said you took the money already and never send them the items.please dont do this to me, I was charged already and I'm waiting for an update regarding this, I'm worried I've been a valued customer of fashion nova so I trust u guys won't disappoint me.please I need a reply or reassurance and I want to make sure that my orders are ok.

Fashion Nova getting wrong sized items

I bought an XS item and it clearly says it on the confirmation and receipt but when I received it, it was an XL. I have sent them two emails regarding the issue but no response. I tried calling, it says the number isn't available. It says it on the return policy that all refunds must be paid by the customer, but I don't think I should be paying for the shipping for a return when the company got my sizing wrong. I still haven't refunded it because I haven't gotten a response to know what to do and not get charged for returning back the item. I don't think I'll be purchasing from them every again.

Fashion Nova service

I placed an order worth about 300euro.
I got an email back saying that my order was flagged and asking me to send a photo of me and my id. I did that. 3 weeks ago. I emailed the after 3 weeks asking what's going on. My response? Another email asking me to send the a selfie with my id. Been trying to call them for a week after sending the picture a second time but I can not reach them..

Will they sort this out or have I simply lost my 300 euro?
