Ted Baker Ted Baker Review: Beware of Sizing and Return Policy

Ted Baker is a website that I ordered from about 6 months ago. I was super excited to get my hands on 3-4 pairs of shoes that I had my eye on for a while. When they finally arrived, I was disappointed to find out that they were at least half to a whole size bigger than what I normally wear. I was pretty bummed out about this, but I decided to try and make a return. Unfortunately, their online return process didn't work, which was a major bummer. So, if you're thinking about ordering from Ted Baker, be warned that you need to order what you want and need the first time around. They don't have a return process, even though it looks like they do.

After my experience, I learned that I need to order one size smaller than what I normally wear in the US. For example, I usually wear a US 9, so I will need to order a US 8 from Ted Baker. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it to get the right size. Overall, I would recommend Ted Baker to anyone who is looking for stylish and trendy shoes, but just be aware of their return policy and sizing.

Ted Baker Disappointed with Ted Baker's Poor Service and Delivery Issues - A Loyal Customer's Review

I recently ordered a handbag from Ted Baker's website about 5 weeks ago, but unfortunately, I still haven't received my order. When I tried to track my order, it said that it had been delivered and even had a picture of the delivery, but it wasn't my house. I emailed the company, and they apologized and said that it was probably the driver's fault.

However, I was still disappointed and decided to email Ted Baker directly to inquire about my order. They said that they were looking into it, but I still haven't received any updates. It's frustrating to see such a big brand have such poor service. I can't believe that people still order from them. Something needs to be done legally to hold them accountable for their poor service.

I really hope that Ted Baker can sort out this issue soon. It's unacceptable that I can't even get through to them on the phone. As a loyal customer, I expect better service from them. I hope that they can improve their service in the future.

Ted Baker Ted Baker's Website: Terrible Service and Delivery Delays

I've bought stuff from Ted Baker's website a few times, but I'm not too happy with the service. They say that standard delivery should take 3-5 days, but it's been 10 days now and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I tried to cancel my order, but they told me it's already been sent out and they can't tell me when it'll arrive. I looked at other reviews and it seems like this happens a lot - some people never even get their stuff! I'd say you should avoid ordering from them online if you can. The service is just terrible.

Ted Baker Disappointing Online Service Experience with Ted Baker: Missing Item and Poor Customer Support

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with Ted Baker's online service. I ordered a dress and a T-shirt, but when my package arrived, only the dress was in there. I tried calling their customer service line a bunch of times, but either I was stuck on hold for what felt like an eternity or the call just straight up disconnected. And when I sent them an email about my missing T-shirt, I didn't get a response for over a week, even though their website said they'd get back to me within 72 hours.

To make matters worse, when I went to one of their physical stores to see if they could help me out, they basically told me that they couldn't do anything about online purchases. Talk about frustrating!

It's a real shame, too, because I actually really like Ted Baker's designs and have a bunch of their clothes. But after this experience, I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again. It's just not worth the hassle.

Ted Baker Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Ted Baker Online Store

Ted Baker is a clothing store that I recently shopped at online. I must say, I was not impressed with their customer service. I paid the full price for my purchase, but unfortunately, they lost my package. It took them a whopping 3 weeks to refund my money, and then another 2 weeks for the new item I purchased to arrive. I was not happy about this at all.

To make matters worse, I decided to return the dress I purchased because I already had something similar. When I went to the store to return it, they told me they don't accept returns there. I was so confused and frustrated. I mean, what kind of store doesn't accept returns? I later found out that they don't accept Karlan payment, but I didn't even use that payment plan. It was just a mess.

The worst part is that they never apologized for their mistake or the inconvenience they caused me. It took me over 2 months to finally get my money back, and I was not happy about it. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Ted Baker. Their customer service is terrible, and it's just not worth the hassle.

Ted Baker Disappointing Customer Service at Ted Baker Yorkdale: A Review

I recently visited Ted Baker at Yorkdale mall and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I was dressed in a casual outfit consisting of shorts, a t-shirt, and a billabong hoodie, and I had my Louis Vuitton never full with me. I was on the hunt for a quilted handbag and had my eye on the pink version. However, as soon as I picked it up, a sales associate came up to me and snatched it away, asking if there was something she could help me with.

I explained that I was interested in the bag and she simply replied with an "Oh." I then attempted to reach for the black version of the bag, but the sales associate literally tried to hip check me out of the store. My 6-year-old granddaughter even noticed the hostility and said, "Nana, she does not want you here." I couldn't agree more.

I left the store feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had really wanted that bag, but the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. It's a shame because I had been a fan of Ted Baker's designs for quite some time, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

In the end, I decided to take my business elsewhere and headed straight to Louis Vuitton. I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent customer service, which only solidified my decision to never return to Ted Baker. It's a shame that such a well-known brand would allow their employees to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.

Ted Baker Disappointing Experience with Ted Baker's Online Sales and Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on Ted Baker's website during a sale event. I was excited to get my hands on a couple of dresses that caught my eye. However, after waiting for 3 business days, I noticed that my order had not been shipped yet. I decided to give their customer service a call to inquire about the delay. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with seemed disorganized and unable to provide me with a clear answer. It was disappointing to see that they were not up to the challenge of fulfilling orders on a timely basis.

Due to the lack of progress, I decided to cancel my order. However, I still wanted to get my hands on those dresses. So, I decided to place another order and paid an additional $30 to receive them in 2 days. Unfortunately, it has now been 5 days, and I still have not received any shipping confirmation. I am starting to get worried about whether or not I will receive my items. I decided to give their customer service a call again, and they refunded the $30 I paid for expedited shipping. They also told me that they are not like Amazon, which I found to be a poor excuse for their incompetence.

As someone who shops online frequently, I have to say that this experience has been quite disappointing. It's not often that I encounter companies that handle online sales in such a disorganized manner. I would advise anyone considering making a purchase on Ted Baker's website to do so at their own risk.

Ted Baker Disappointing Experience with Ted Baker: Broken Promises and Poor Packaging

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with Ted Baker. I was really excited to purchase an item to gift to a friend, so I reached out to the team to ask about the packaging. They assured me that it would come in a branded box, which would be perfect for me to wrap up and give as a gift.

But when the item arrived, it was in a sad little bag that looked like it had been through the wringer. There were wet spots on it, and it looked like someone had stepped on it. And to make matters worse, the item inside the bag was just shoved into a torn polybag. Not a good look, Ted Baker.

I tried to get in touch with the team to see if they could fix the situation. I called them up and sent a couple of emails, but I didn't get any response. It's really disappointing to see that they don't seem to care about their customers or follow through on the promises they make.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Ted Baker based on my experience. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to giving that gift. But I guess I'll have to find something else now.

done. It's a shame because I used to love Ted Baker's clothes and their website is really easy to use. But after this experience, I don't think I can trust them anymore. It's really disappointing because I was hoping to find some nice outfits for an upcoming event, but now I'll have to look elsewhere. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future because it's really important to treat customers with respect and not make assumptions about them. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Ted Baker based on my experience.

Ted Baker Disappointing Online Shopping Experience with Ted Baker: Cancelled Items and No Delivery

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience shopping on Ted Baker's website. I ordered three items on August 11th, 2022 and paid extra for next day delivery. But by that same evening, two of the items were cancelled by Ted Baker. I was pretty bummed, but at least I still had one item on the way, right? Wrong. That one item never arrived.

I've been emailing customer service every day for the past ten days, asking for a refund. And while they do respond, they keep blaming the carrier, Evri. I don't get it - my transaction was with Ted Baker, not Evri. But apparently, there's nothing they can do. I've seen a lot of reviews online with similar issues, and the chat agent told me that the website stock is about a day behind when you order. So sometimes, orders are cancelled. That's pretty frustrating, if you ask me.

At this point, I'm having to dispute the transaction through my bank. It's a huge hassle, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. If you're a fan of Ted Baker clothing, I'd suggest going to the shop if you can. The online experience has been really poor for me, and I can only see it getting worse as Christmas approaches.
