FashionNovaorder #[protected]/ requesting a refund or send the correct item I ordered

I placed an order on November 2 and received my package on November 7. Thank you for the prompt service, however I received an incorrect item. I ordered a dress in a size medium and received black jeans in a size 15 that I definitely cannot fit or ordered. I've sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemails when I call [protected]. Why do you have this number listed for your customers to call if your not going to respond. With this type of service I will not order from Fashion Nova anymore. Please take into consideration that I do not freely spend $ for clothing I do not receive. Please respond in regards to the order # above. Thanks
