Boots
So disappointed...wore my boots today and they peeled off in the crease! They have only been worn a handful of times and were stored in the original box over the summer in a temperature controlled room.
I'm not sure if this is defect in the making/material of these boots. They are women's size 11 and the box says Cognac Varikcog. I believe they were
Purchased at Macy's.

I purchased American Rag flats, I wore them two separate times and the second time the whole bottom of the shoe actually peeled off. I paid $40 for theses shoes that really only lasted me one use. It is disappointing because I have been trying to reach out and have had no luck at all! I am not satisfied with neither the quality nor the customer service, its nearly impossible to reach someone. The quality of the products are completely horrific.

Bought as a gift from Macys for Christmas 2017 an American Rag Juniors Cold-Shoulder Turtlen Cream Sweater size large. My daughter wore it for the first time last week and the entire left sleeve of the sweater just completely unraveled up to her elbow on her in the middle of her day. She was so upset because she really liked the sweater. Very frustrating to not even get one use out of this sweater.

brown ankle boots
Hello, I hope this compliant finds you in good spirits. I Purchased a pair of brown ankle boots size seven less than 30 days ago and I have only worn boots a handful of times (normal use) and boots right boot is already damaged.Considering that I have not owned boots for more than a month they are already damaged in specifically the right brown ankle boot. I am hoping that I can be compensated with a new pair to replace the ones I currently have as I love your shoes and clothing. Unfortunately, not so much this time around as boot was made durable. I am hoping this boot can be replaced as I spent my hard earned cash on a pair of boots I can no longer wear as I had originally planned.

for $44.50 ---Loved, loved them wanted to buy more styles in anther color, pattern, but there are none.
Then I followed the washing directions and unfortunately, they shrunk-the most obvious shrinkage is the length, which allows me to still wear the pants but I am annoyed that they do not reach my ankles any longer.
I would like for American Rag to send me a new pair and I will try dry cleaning instead because machine washing in cold water is a no-no.
Or send me a check for $44.50 and I will re-purchase at Macy's-just hope they will still be available. You should re-assess the washing directi0ons for these rayon pants from India.

False labeling
Bought a dress labeled American Rag from Macy's. Removed clothing label because it was itchy and noticed that the previous label had been cut off and the American Rag label stitched over it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
