Fashion Nova returned items

I returned three items back to fashion nova the tracking info says it was delivered to them on October 24, 2018 . I spoke with a fashion nova representative November 6, 2018 gave him the order number tracking number and the items that I shipped back and he is assured me that my door credit will be given . It is December 10, 2018 and still no store credit so basically they have their items and my money! I have tried to call the number and the contact number at least 20 times and every time all I get is a voicemail

Girl take your money to pretty little things.us! better clothing, customer service ACTUALLY responds (oh my can you believe that!) & better discounts ;) js!

I contacted my bank and they dispute it! id advice to do the same!

Fashion Nova order #[protected]

I received my items but one this was missing, my nude lady in waiting pump.. i emailed them, no response, i called them no response.. some of the items in my order where not shipped as well, and they said they would give me a refund, still no refund till now... sigh.. i love fashion nova but its fristrating how they can neva be reached. All i want is to find out what happened to my shoe, and to also get my refund on the unshipped items

They got my money over fashion nova anytime! esp since I order boots from fashion nova BEFORE December; still haven't received. But my dress from Prettylittlethings.us was EVERYTHING

Fashion Nova customer service /order

I ordered 3 separate orders from this company all in about a week span. My first order was shorted 2 items totaling 35$ my second order was canceled and returned almost 2 weeks after purchase and my third order was missing a 50 dollar jacket. I have been tryin to contact fashion nova for over a week now. I've sent countless number of emails and non stop calls. There customer service doesn't pick up and I will be waiting on hold for 30 minutes and they will hang up on me. They shorted me 80 dollars from my packages and I want my money back. The service here is horrible and I won't be ordering here anymore

Fashion Nova no tracking number but processed payment

Fashion Nova is super disappointing. made an order on 12/6 and I need the dress by 12/16. They essentially mislead you to believe that you are getting your item in two day (and had I known this prior, I would not have ordered from them) but really, you won't be getting your item(s) until 9-13 days AFTER your order has been process. I got this information from an automated email that was sent to me after I reached out to them regarding the fact that I still have not received a tracking number. If they were to keep the same energy that they have for stealing other companies styles and designs, and put more effort into logistics and customer service, my what a company they could be! This was my FIRST and LAST time shopping with Fashion Nova, not even worth the headache.

Another awful thing is they dont give refunds, only store credit and they won't let you cancel your order or modify it once it has been placed. They are also terrible with service. To get your money back tell your bank to reverse the charges because you believe they are scamming you and they will absolutely do it for you and fashion nova cannot under any circumstance stop them from doing so. That is your best bet. I had a friend order something and she had "express 2 day shipping" 2 weeks later she emails asking about her order and they told her that two of the items were not in stock and so they were now going to ship her items and then give her store credit on the items she never even got shipped. They will never under any circumstance give you $ back. I have heard nothing but horror stories. She went to the bank and had them reverse the the charges and got her money back and then let fashionnova know at a later date that she reversed her charges and got her money back anyways!

Fashion Nova my order [protected]

I have placed an order from November 26, order number [protected] up to now I have not received a tracking number nor my package. You guys took my money so quick n it is now 2 weeks n no update. 1st time placing an order n will not place a 2nd. Other persons whom placed orders with me get there packages. My items are for my staff party this week coming. Bad customer service n service received. U guys are not true about shipping policies.

Fashion Nova scam!!!

I placed an order 10 DAYS AGO ! I haven't received now one email regarding the status of my order that was suppose to ship in 2 DAYS ?! I am not sure if it has been cancelled and if so I haven't received my refund and I don't wan store credit either. This was my 1st time shopping with Fashion Nova and at least the 5th time reaching out to you guys. I will never again shop with you guys. Your customer service needs to get it together and be more communicative with the customers.

There is no status updates! This is ridiculous!

Fashion Nova poor customer service

You would think that being a brand as big a fashion nova is they would have their things together but nope. I wrote a complaint a year ago and unfortunately this updated complaint is no better. It is still nearly impossible to reach a customer service rep because your call is routed to a dial tone that leads to noone! Try calling the stores...best of luck! No store answers and it is the same situation as their 800 number. Spoke to supervisor Nassim M. who advised that as a corporate and headquarter office they are not able to reach their own stores! Mark my words never doing business with this poor company again and will be spreading this review across all social medias and other outlets of complaints. For the record, it took 22 calls to the store which resulted in no answer and 11 calls to the 800 # with a total wait time of 1 hour to hear from a rep then a call back 1 hour after that from a supervisor who was not able to help in any way. Coming from working at a call center it would be a shame to work for this company and represent this company.

Fashion Nova my order

I ordered my Fashion Nova 2 weeks ago and I live in Canada and usually my package arrives in 2 weeks. This time its taking very long and its my birthday tomorrow and i was gonna wear what i ordered but I cant. So Im sad about that but you guys don't care so i don't know why I'm telling you. Anyways, when I try to track my order, it tells me that my order can't be tracked until it gets to the carrier and I don't know what that means but i don't think its anything good that i want to hear. So please Fashion Nova, send me my package, I beg of you!

Fashion Nova Took my money but never received my items

I placed an order (#[protected]) on Nov.26 and it is now Dec. 6. I have not received a tracking number nor have I received my items. From my understanding, when I first placed my order of $152. 35, standard shipping stated it would take 2-3 business days, with an extra day after your payment was authorized and verified. Well, my payment was authorized and taken from my bank on Nov. 28 but yet I am still left without the items I ordered. I have attempted several times to contact this company through email and by phone. Their email stated, "to give our team of human customers care agents up to 24 hours to review and respond", well I sent that Dec. 4 and have not received any feedback from this company, except an automated message that stated shipping would now take an additional 7-10 days due to high volume, which I was not aware of before ordering. Also, I have tried to call them but was directed to a voicemail. This is whole situation is very unprofessional and frustrating, and the least this company could do is respond or answer the phone. I would like a FULL refund (that means ALL of my money $152.35), credited back to my bank account, and NOT in the form of a gift card, as I no longer trust this company.

I placed my ordered before thanksgiving a few days later got my order number, it took a total like 18 days to be delivered, but the worst was that i did not receive all my items, specially the dress i was planning to wear for my xmas party, they suck

I have same situation for 300USD order on 26 november. 2 email to the "customer care" answered with generic blabla not related.
I really need the dress ordered for Christmas event.

Its really going down and probably my last order with them (call also go nowhere...)

I already ordered other dress in hotmiamistyles.com yesterday and after less than 24h I got my package tracking number already.

Shame on you fashionnova.

This company is a ripoff. My daughter placed an order a few days ago. She never received confirmation for her order and she paid for two day shipping. I’ve called no answer, texted no response and my next step is to contact the BBB and file a complaint. This was the first and last time we will ever order from this company again. Very unprofessional company!

Fashion Nova they never refunded me

I cancelled a delayed order in October, which I was informed I could do for a full refund. However, I never received this refund, nor did I receive my item to return for one. I have emailed their customer service numerous times, and they keep telling me it's "7-10 business days" until I will get my money back. They have even had the audacity to tell me it's a bank issue, and I've called my bank to confirm that there has not been a single transaction from Fashion Nova. It's now been well over a month, and their customer service has still done nothing. This company is actually criminal, and I'd never advise anyone to ever order from them unless they want to be stolen from.

Fashion Nova two orders placed in november and not even a confirmation

I placed two separate orders with fashion nova in November and was charged for both. I never received any confirmation and they don't even show in my account. I have tried countlessly to reach them but cannot get them to respond to emails. I finally submitted a claim with PayPal and the BBB. Enough is enough, if they can't get simple things resolved why are they continuing to take orders and people's money. I am truly upset and will never purchase from them again. I'm done and I will do whatever it takes to get my money returned!

Fashion Nova no update on my order

I placed an order for the first time on November 26. Payment went through, and the only email I've received is one about the order and payment being confirmed. It is now December 4, and I have still not received my item nor an email stating that it has shipped.

I order the dress for my office holiday party for this Friday Dec 7 and now I'm out here looking for a new outfit ( which I don't have time to do) because clearly I will not get it on time.

I will NEVER do business with them again. And I want a FULL refund. This

Fashion Nova no tracking number or response

I have always heard about fashion nova, liked the clothes, but now I am going on a vacation for my parents wedding renewal, I decided to order from them. I can say this is my first and last time ordering.

I understand the high demand on cyber Monday, however, that shouldn't stop them from providing customer service and disregarding the inquiries of their customers. Since I have ordered I tried to change my delivery address (in Canada) instead of my sister's (in the US) still waiting for an actual email. I have not received my tracking information and she leaves the US on Dec 9th for the wedding. She has also ordered my mum a dress for the reception of her wedding and there has been no update of the sort.

As a person who believes customer service makes a company, I am disappointed since, clearly I am not the only person who is going through this. I will not continue to put my money into a company that has no value for the customers that make them the company they are.

I received yet another impersonal email, no one has confirmed if my order is going to be sent to my Canadian or my sister's US address. Then they said stop sending multiple emails, but it took 2 days for an automated email and I still haven't gotten a response. So until I get an answer for my first email I'm not going to stop asking.

The only email I received in my inbox, was my confirmation all emails after that went straight to my spam.

At the checkout they say 2-3 business days ( for domestic shipping), but takes 7-10 days to process the order. That is very misleading and now I have already waited 7 businessa days. I'm honestly not happy and their has been no sort of communication in letting me know what's going on.

Fashion Nova customer service sucks

I have ordered a few items on November 3, it's December 5th and haven't heard anything about my items. I also sent out so many emails to cancel and refund my order and no ones gotten back to me. I also tried calling through the customer service number and still nothing. If I do not get my money back in two weeks I will be suing this company. Do not order.

Fashion Nova order no shipping email received

I ordered from fashion nova over 2 months ago, I received a confirmation email and shortly after that I received an email about delay for my order if I want to cancel I can click a button and it's cancelled. I waited out the 10 days but haven't received a shopping mail then I cancelled. It was cancelled but never reiceivex my money back nor the order... This is horrible now really. On 11/26
And 12/3 both orders are confirmed but no shipping mail received, I also can't talk with someone on the phone...
Is not cool, I wait out the 10 days of delay
And I hope I will get an shipping email by then... Fashion nova I need my clothes or my money back for 3 items..

Fashion Nova refund problem

I ordered 12 items total from fashion nova and after waiting almost a month for my order i get an email saying they are unable to ship 5 of the items. Why the hell were those items available when i purchased them and why was i charged the full amount of $167.12 when they weren't even in stock?why didn't they tell me this? Now I've been waiting for at least 3 weeks to get my god damn refund of nearly 70 bucks! Disgusting customer service!

Fashion Nova order placed on the 24th and 26th (nov)

I purchased a dress on the 21st it came on time... I purchased tow items on the 24th and the 26th and I can not see any tracking or updated information. I need my stuff lol

Fashion Nova my order

I ordered my stuff on november 26. Payment went through, and the only email i've received is one about the order and payment being confirmed. Fashion Nova items not received!!!

It has now been a month or slightly over since I ordered my items (Over £200 worth!) and have still not received them.

At first, I received generic emails when emailing them and then one human response which reassured me the team are working around the clock to get orders out and my orders are on their way. They are now ignoring me.

Stupid company, I am livid! I loved Fashion Nova until now.

What I don't understand is Fashion Nova, why are you still releasing new items when you are struggling to get people's orders sent out CORRECTLY - that's if you've even sent them out AT ALL!

Really not happy.

I ordered some stuff 11/15 and still have not received it. I've emailed, got generic responses. Then someone emailed me back saying the same generic thing as the email. It got to the point where I requested to speak with a manager, then all of a sudden they sent out a tracking number. But here is the kicker, the tracking company can not send out my stuff because FN has not given them the items to send! I used to like them too but this is outrageous. The customer service is horrible and I am still waiting for my clothes!

Fashion Nova order

I guess due to their high demand around holidays they are extending the delivery times: however if that's the case stop promoting like you will have orders delivered in 3! On top of that getting in touch with someone is impossible, yet they state " they have improved their phone lines to help customers at a faster rate?". False. I submitted my order 8days ago, no reply to emails, not even a order confirmation email was sent, but my money was taken.

I purchased a dress on 12/21 and it arrived on time... I purchased shoes on the 24 and a shirt on the 26th... My tracking is not even showing up and I NEED those shoes for an event on the 12th! They BETTER come lol...

So apparently for orders place after November 21st it’s stating 9-13 business days! Wow- Soo they changed their shipping policy. If you go on their site you’ll see it.
