Nakaka inis, para san ba yung Add on nyo na Asado Siopao? I know na 39 pesos ang regular price ng Asado, for a different na 4pesos lang kase ang add-on 35 pesos right? i co complain kopa para sa kwatro pesos at nakaka inis nyong service. Nag order kami ng mother ko ng Beefwonton with regular coke,
1pc Fc with wonton soup sabi ko wing part okay naman, kaso pag serve sakin legpart. Jusko naman! Tapos nag order kami ng dalawang halo halo, nag request ako ng walang beans kse bawal nga at di din ako nakain non, anong sagot ng cashier nyo? Naka portion na daw. Eh pake alam kobang naka portion yan, kaya nga ako nag S'O diba? parang galit pa yung "SS" nyo nung sinabihan syang minutes yan ah! So i wait, yung drinks na sobrang tamis din! Na sinabi pa ng mama ko ano ba to may asukal, sinabi ko nalang papalitan nalang natin. Baka wala silang Co2, so i guess na okay na pag balik kaso hindi ganun parin eh. Nakaka disappoint, di nalang namin ininom. naging cashier ako sa fast food pero hindi ako ganyan mag approach sa mga costumer. Paki bigyan ako ng Feedback about dyan! Asap.

walang good customer service ang branch ng villar sipag c5, nag ask ako sa girl staff niyo if pwede magpa change ng orders dahil wrong punching so wrong drop din ng order yung naserved samin kaninang 9:00 PM, January 3, 2020. Biglang may sumingit sa amin which is cashier ata siya dun (john) yung name niya at biglang tumaas ang boses "Nirepeat order nama yan ha!" Wrong attitude mam/sir. 1st of all hindi siya marunong mag excuse to handle customer complaint. Bigla siya sisingit ng ganun samin na dapat alam niya kung anong dapat gawin kapag may ganung eksena sa store. I ask him if galit siya dahil biglang taas ng boses na akala mo sinigawan namin siya. "Hindi sir!" sabay sama ng tingin. Oh diba sino ba ang hindi magagalit sa ganyang response ng staff niyo sa customer.
For me hindi niya gusto yung trabahi niya dahil wala siya customer engagement! Kung sa audit palang bagsak na agad sa staff palang dahil sa attitude ng mga staff niyo. Ganyan ata kayo mag train ng mga trainees niyo sa store. Walang good service.
Nag send ako ng proof na hindi nalang namin kinain yung isang order at nag iwan kamI ng note. Nakakawalang gana kumain ee. Thank you!
chilli oil, extra payment no diet coke all the time
5 pesos for chilli oil. That is like paying for ketchup in jolibee or mc donalds. Indont think any other chinese restaurant charges extra for chili oil. Also always not available: diet coke..i know because i tried eatign at keast once a week no choice because that is the nearest chowking. 24 hrs but at 20:00(8pm) almost you cant order anything anymore. What is the point of going 24 hrs if yoy have limited menu

Ang sabi do suggestive selling, hndi pilitin ung customer na mag avail ng large milktea which is napakatigas naman ng tapioca nyo! Sana next time pakiayos naman. At sa manager na nndon, bakit parang wala kang pakealam? Porket ba francise ganon na? Isa pa, ung same cashier na nagtake ng order ko, hndi ka ba marunong gumamit ng ladle? Kailangan ko pa ba ipost sa facebook yan.. sobrang nakakadismaya ung magbabayad ka ng tama tapos ganyan lang.. mahigit lagpas isang oras na nga ung hinintay namin sa delivery tapos ganyan pa ang mangyayare.. una late na ang delivery.. pangalawa tignan nyo ung packaging nung food sobrang dugyot ng pagkakabalot.. at pangatlo may kung anung ipis ba yan o kuto sa pagkain.. nagbayad po kami ng tama sana naman po magawa nyo ng mabuti ang service nyo.. panu na lang po ito.. panu po ako makakain ngaun sakto lang budget ko sa ngaun araw na ito..

For regular chow for ive waited for more than 30 minutes and the staff is to slow to provide all my needs, and staff is rude..every time i buy food here in chowking it always be like this happen to me, and i decided that it will be my last time to buy food, because its wasting time, staff is not approachable and they are not giving advise that it will take for how many minutes to wait..they not asking if the guest us willing to wait...

I alreday messaged you fb page but there's no response. I just want to report my encounter last time with your branch in harbor point subic zambales . What happened is supposed to be they are open at 9am but we we're there at 915am and still they're not open. I asked the crew who was sitting afar what time are they going to open when supposed to be they are open already, but that rude employee didn't even come to me he just used his hand to gesture that they're not going to open yet. I asked for the manager but she's not around and bought something outside. When the manager came her name was Normita Mayo, I asked her why they are not open yet, she just said they are not ready yet and they need to huddle first... preparation and huddle should be done before opening hours not after opening hours. And when they finally open the only available food was siopao and noodles... 1st of all shouldn't be opening esrly if they can't even commit to the responsibilities of giving your customers excellent customer sercvice and if you can't even provide their orders because its useless. And most of all the crews and the manager itself needs more training, she's rude and cant even manage that branch. She doesn't deserve to be a Manager. She just come after me when she knew that I sent a complaint to the mall and to the mangaer that I know. But too late because they already disrespect me with their actions. I Also work in a customer service industry and I know how a Excellent Customer Service should be done. Share ko lang naging experience namin kanina sa chowking balibago branch. By the way Regular customer si papa ng chowking. A bit dissappointed sa cashier na si Erica di ko alam kung tinatamad ba sya mag take ng order or ewan kahit mag additional order lang ako ng tofu at wanton dahil walang kangkong. Pero bago yun nagtanong ako sa may senior cashier kangknong wala, ok so umalis ako sa pila tofu na lang orderin ko request ni papa, nagtanong ako sa senior ulit kung ok ang tofu and yes available daw... so nag wait ako sa senior lane dahil may mas nauna sakin nakita ko open ang kaha ni erica so dun na ako pumila, di daw available ang tofu sabi ni erica so di na ako nag order kasi ayaw na ni papa, nakakainis kasi available naman sabi nung nasa senior lane na cashier tas pag dating kay erica hindi available? So Who's telling the truth or di lang alam? Di na kami nag order kumain na lang kami, Nag tanong si papa sa isang crew waiter na si bryan kung meron tofu nagtanong si bryan sa BOH yes available daw so ibig sabihin may mga Front Liners na tinatamad mag basa ng post shift kung may note/remarks na 20% of our item is hindi available today, hindi marunong mag tanong sa kitchen kung available ang nasa menu walang kaso sakin kahit talikuran niya ako for a minute just to clear na available ang oorderin namin. Nag tanong ako for the last time bago kami umalis kung available ang tofu sabi ni jasmin na huling napag tanungan ko hindi din daw available sinabi ko kakaask lang namin sa waiter kanina meron daw so nag tanong si jasmine kay bryan na napagtanungan namin confirmed from him twice na nagtanong sa kitchen na available ang tofu then we leave. Currently Working din sa isang food establishment and alam ko dapat alam ng nasa FOH kung anung available at hindi dahil sila ang nagtatake ng order, suggestive selling or up-selling man yan, kung di sigurado sa item walang masama mag tanong, 2 staffs na ang napag tanungan and same answers nakuha ko and same correction from the waiter na available ang product. Pano na kung may store audit or surprise visit from big boss at masaktuhan magtanong kung magkano ang target sales for the day or mag sample order but the item is undefined kung meron or wala.. additional order ko maybe a bit small pero dagdag sales yun and every transaction counts. I'm not asking for anything in return. I just want to share my worst experience handled by front liners..

I ordered 1 pancit canyon and 3 tofu. It was punched 2:05am december 27 2019 and I got my order at 2:57 am. Is this kind of service would you like your customer to experience? Very poor time management. I am very grustrated since I kept on patronizing your product for the lo gest time. Hope this will be resolved immediately. This is not the kind of service your customer wants!

At around 6:10pm or so, me and my family decided to have our dinner at chowking southway mall branch. There were a lot of unavailable orders. So we decided to alter our order. We ordered 2 orders of 1 pc chicken with wanton soup 2 order of beef chow pan 2 orders of chicken lauriat and 1 order of kangkong and 3 order of halo halo regular. Upon recieved of the order we habe noticed that the chicken was so dry and so small. Of all the branches we've tried this branch serve the worst. The food looks lapse. Chicken was so dry and so overcooked. The soup was served the last when we were done eating. Worst experience in our life. Carinderias serve better chicken than this branch. Im hoping that you do something with thus complaint.

1st order ko binalik ko yung halo2x dahil kulang yung scoop ng ice cream ang ginawa nilagay sa extra cup! Substandard! 2nd nagpa deliver ako ngayon wala nanaman extra scoop ng ice cream! December 17, 2019 60 minutes lang daw hihintayin para ma deliver. Takte anong oras na wala pa. 10:16 am kami tumawag 11;30 nag follow up kami. Ending mahina daw internet nila kaya hindi agad na gawa order. Hindi man lang kayo nag abiso kinuha naman contact number namin. Ni haniho wala kayong paramdam kung nasaan na order namin. bwiiiiiiiisiiiiiit. No to Delivery in Chowking Anymore.! Sa sobrang tagal nag cancel na kami.

I ordered last Friday morning December 13, 2019 tru #98888. I waited for 1 and a half hours but my order did not come so I follow up with their hotline again. The agent told me that my delivery is already on its way so still I patiently waited even though I'm a bit irritated because I need to take my medication but I haven't eaten yet. To my great disappointment I received a call from chowking poblacion ( where my order has been deployed) they were having technical issue and they just got my order. Imagine that! I'm so pissed off. So how did the call center agent informed me that my delivery is on its way when the manager of chowking poblacion stated that my order just came through after two hours of waiting. I'm about to cancelled my order but I have no choice but to wait because I can't go out to buy for myself. I asked the manager how they compensate me for this hassle because he never offered anything to appease my annoyance. He said that he will give 200 g.c. When the delivery arrived he did not give me g.c instead he just write from the back of my receipt his name for next delivery discount.
When I ordered this evening dec 16, 2019 I mentioned to the call center agent at #98888 that I lost the receipt but I remember the driver because they did not give me gift certificate. They assure me that the poblacion branch will honor it so I place my order. My ordered came as usual late but I disregarded it. But to my dismay they did not honor my 200 discount ( they should know my record)

Feedback ko lang po yung dalawang crew ng Chowking SM City Batangas, around 8pm kumain kami sa chowking ang order namin ay chicken with pansit, pork chao fan with siomai then chicharap. 15mins yung chicken so umupo muna kami. Nung iseserve na yun order namin, sabi ko take out nalang po yung chicharap dun sa isang crew di ko lang nakuha name agad naman niya tinakeout (kaso walang vinegar or sauce yung chicharap) pagalapit nung isang crew kasi lilinisin yung katabi table namin, sabi ko kuya pwede po ba makahingi ng sauce or vinegar nun chicharap tiningnan lang nila ako then sabi nung isang crew who is Robin yata not sure sa name kasi di ko masyado nakita name e, sabi niya "pahingi daw suka", sabi naman ni Jeremy (yung inutusan ni Robin) "IKAW NA" nagpapasahan sila ng gawain tas nagtatawanan pa sila, di ko alam kung kami ba tinatawanan, nakakainis lang, hanggang sa walang nagbigay sa amin ng sauce/vinegar ang tagal naming naghintay hanggang sa manager nalang kami humingi nung paalis na kami. Nakakainis lang yung ganun na crew, sana hindi na maulit uli. Hindi man lang nila kami binalikan or sinabing wait lang po Maam ha, nagtawanan pa talaga sila samantalang nakikita nila na tumitingin ako sa kanila sign na naghihintay ako ng nirerequest kong vinegar kasi walang nakalagay sa paper bag. Yun lang. Sana masabihan niyo sila at hindi maranasan ng ibang customers niyo! Favorite pa naman namin chowking, first time namin naexperience ganung ugali ng crew. 😑
