Chowking review: very poor service

Just visited today 01st Jan 2020 and had my order at 7:40am. One of my order is 1 pc chicken (with order no. [protected]). I did asked for follow-up to the manager on duty, she asked whats my pending order and as usual reply, she will do the follow-up. Until, our meal had finished, one if us has no food at all. The MANAGER didn't even say SORRY personally on their poor service. The team are all worst, as the Manager itself doesn't know the value of good service. I hope for your fast response regarding this matter. By the way the chicken was given to me at 8:10 am.
