Nov 11 2019 around 6:25am, ordered a beef mami with pineapple drink then waited for like 15 mins (#94) before I got my order. Get out of the store then just a 1 minute walk my order spilled in the street due to the unstable paperbag. It was early in the morning and I spent 167 for nothing! Vey disappointing. They didnt even double check the paper bag or double it even before handling it to me and now! I dont have any breakfast!

Today, Nov. 10, 2019 @ 8pm. I went to SM light Mall Chowking to buy a Wanton noodles soup because I am suffering from stomachache and will possibly cause ulcer if I won't eat with hot soup. Angel, the cashier who took my order was chating with her workmate who's I think out of duty that time. I sat and listened to music while waiting. I already finished 4 music but my order hasn't delivered yet. I followed-up twice and looking at Angel so she will notice that I am getting irritated already. I hate the way she talked to me and provided the answer while I am complaining. I sat again to hold my anger so I won't give a bad impression to the customers. Until after 5 mins I got my order.
Please do something with that attitude. I am a regular customer of Chowking but if the Service is always like that, you will definitely loose a lot of customers.

I am complaining for a customer service
Good day. This is regarding a complain At Chowking Morayta branch. A food crew named Mr. "EAGLE" showed a VERY RUDE attitude. I asked for a disposable spoon and fork since I'm just by myself and I can't leave my belongings unattended. When I approached him for the said request, he respond "Nasa baba ho ang spoon and fork, kuha na lang kayo. Bumaba ho kayo!" I got pissed off and I spoke to one of their female staff and reported the said behaviour. The female staff gave an apology on behalf of Mr. Eagle. This is not how you should treat a customer, yes I know you are all tired but let's not forget that courtesy still matter.

We entered the establishment at about past 10 o'clock pm, ordered and noticed that all dining tables were currently occupied at that point so we decided to head for the second floor. The passageway has no noticeable signs whatsoever thus making the area open for costumers. As we are waiting for our food to be served, we already noticed that a bunch of crew staff (on duty or not) were at a certain area playing video games on their mobile gadgets. They were loud but still tolerable. After a while, the food was served and we started eating. Then, the crew members who were playing started to shout and even swear aloud multiple times that we got really uneasy while dining. I decided to go downstairs to speaks to the manager regarding this so it would somehow be handled properly and to avoid any unnecessary confrontations. While I was downstairs, my companion caught their attention and ask them to lessen the noise. We did not notice anyone alerting these guys regarding their unruly behavior. As we continue to eat, the shouting and swearing still continued for quite a while. Then, while in the dining area, one of them even applied perfume or body spray in an exaggerated manner towards his whole body. The strong scent easily reached our side of the floor ruining our appetite. My companion and I were discussing whether or not to directly confront that staff because we felt that his actions already seemed deliberate. We noticed that the same employee went downstairs and came back running with overly heavy footsteps while being really noisy. We really got ticked off at this point due to his apparent intentional and blatant actions. We confronted him and firmly pointed out our concerns with them. A few of the staff apologized (not him) and we went downstairs, not finishing our meal, to talk with the manager for the last time. Our dinner was really disappointing and easily one of the worst eating experience we have ever had.

Our evening ruined the time we've dined at chowking matalino.. Totally pissed us! We've arrived 20minutes before closing time yet all we asked are not available,, toppings, meats, beverage & even a piece of calamansi? I asked the counter but she offered me a toyomansi; she went inside the kitchen & a helper came telling us that none is available so I asked once again if they honestly doesn't have any calamansi or if wala lang nakahiwa that moment for I cant barely think na mauubusan ang chowking ng calamansi. Imagine right after, they immediately came up with 4pcs?! What kind of dishonesty that your chowking matalino branch can offer.. Even the manager named lory, herself doesn't exactly care if she is still giving her customer a service & food that they have paid for, our pancit canton was cold as the fried siomai was as if been fried hours prior. Manager wasn't sincere when we raised our concerns, can precisely shown to her poker face. We're hoping if you could guys revisit this store for most of them just want to go home eventhough it was only a quarter before 10pm. Fyi, our orders took place 9:40pm but our receipts stated 10pm.. There's some kind of manipulation here in terms of time. A time is important to gain additional sales so please improve the kind of service, thanks

Hi Good morning . I was at chowking Marquinton Marikina Branch this morning and the only cashier open is the Priority lane. So there was two senior ahead me at the lane . Then after two minutes there another seniors entering the store and of course automatically they will fall in line next to me because it for senior and it is the priority lane . They were asking me if I was going to order the one said " Pila ito para sa senior diba ? " So the tendency is I will make way for them. My point here is WHY there is only one cashier open and the thing is it only the priority lane. Sana man lang nag bukas pa kayo ng isang cashier so that hindi lang para sa senior kasi kung may senior pa na darating uusod nanaman yung nakapila to give way sa elders which is kanina pa nasa line at walang choice dahil isa lang naman ang open na cashier at priority lane pa . Sobrang napaka inconvenience sa mga customers niyo specially like me na oorder for breakfast beacause I was going to work may limited time din para maka order sobrang nakakadisappoint . My husband order plain chowpan yesterday 8:15 pm ung asaw ko lang ang umorder ako namn po nasa labas lang nag aantay kasama ung dalawa kung anak... So nakikita ko ung ginagwa ng staff kase nasa labas ako... And then nagtakanako kase 3 lng ung umorder kasama ung asawa ko pero wala pa ung order namn din wala ng ginagawa ung crew sa loob...30 mins. Na ang nakalipas so I decided na ifollow up pumasok sa store din nagfollow up sa order din tsaka pa nila ginawa kung kelan nag follow up nko... Ano yun it takes 30 mins para sa isang order ng plain chowpan... Ganon ba kabagal ang service nila din nagtatawanan na nga ung crew sa loob tapos dipa pala nila nagagawa ung simpleng order nakakainit ng ulo...

Regular costumer ako ng chowking petron subic so lagi ako kumakain dun morning lunch and evening sa mag hapon na yun sa araw araw na namimili ako ng pag kain ilang beses ko ng naincounter na nag dadabog yung isang cashier pinapagalitan yung kapwa cashier nakakalungkot lang na harap harapan pa naming mga nakapila kung pagalitan nya yung isang cashier sabi ko nga halos araw araw ako kumakain at lagi ko napapansin yun at nakilala ko na yung laging galit katulad kanina kumain ako at nag dadabog nanaman sya so nag sulat nako dito kasi gusto ko na pag sabihan nyo yung cashier nayun kasi para sakin kung ako nasa position na yun mahihiya ako nakakatuwa lang si ate na isang cashier na kahit ginaganun sya nakangiti padin at tuloy lang ang pag take ng order sakin thankyouuu i feel lovee at dun sa isang cashier na BEVS ang pangalan kung matagal ka na sa chowking sana alam natin yung proper na pano mag sabi o pano natin pag sasabihan yung kapwa cashier yung kayong dalawa lang makakarinig yun lang godbless.

10/27/2019 Pumunta kami ng boyfriend ko sa Chowking FCM ng 6:48am at sarado pa to, well naghintay kami kasi alam namin na 7am ang open ng store na yan, dahil crave na crave that time yung boyfriend ko, 7:01am may tumatakbong babaeng crew papasok at mukang late na. Hindi muna kami pumasok, mga 7:04 pumasok na kami, pwede naman na siguro yun kasi hindi naman siguro mag le-late open yung store para lang sa late na crew diba?
So pag pasok namin, ang sagot samin nung crew na babae, "close pa po" Seryoso? Nagtanong yung boyfriend ko, "Anong oras ba?" sagot niya "close pa po" nakasimangot pa yan. Edi inulit ng boyfriend ko yung tanong at sagot niya "7:30" daw. Sa sobrang bwisit namin dahil naghintay na nga kami ganun pa sasalubong samin, hindi na lang kami kumain dun. Hindi na rin namin nakausap yung manager dahil gutom at pagod na din kami nun.

Each and every time we order food in this branch (sm marilao) it takes too long. And no one cares to follow up our order not until we go to the counter. I spoke to one of the managers name "igan"and he is just very rude. I am venting out my complain about the long wait but he keeps on interrupting me. And some of the crew are rude as well. So instead I am sending this complaint because of their poor customer service for them to improve their service.

Kanina lang ako bumili for take out, ilang beses kong sinabi sa cashier na pdagdagan ng sauce ng siopao pero hndi pa rin nila dinagdagan nakakadissapoint large pa namn ang inorder ko. i ordered Beef Chowfan Pork Steam Siomai at EDSA central, almost 30 minutes bago ko nakuha yung inorder ko. kelangan ko pang pumunta may cashier para tanungin yung order ko, ang sabi lang sakin "patingin po resibo sir, wait lang po sir" saka nya tinanong kung naprepare na. kelangan ko pa ulit maghintay ng ilang minuto ulit para makuha yung order ko. wala man lang kahit pasensya na sobrang tagal bago naiserve yung order. maiintindihan ko pa sana kung unang nakaorder sakin eh kasi hindi, mas nauna pang maiserve yung pagkain na nasa likuran ko sa pila. di lang po ito yung unang beses n nangyari to sa same store nyo, pinalagpas ko po yung mga nakaraan na ganitong sitwasyon ulit. sana naman gawan nyo ng paraan para umayos yung service nyo, di naman siguro dapat napakatagal maghintay para maiserve yung pagkain, lalo na kung di pa masyadong madaming taong umoorder. saka yung maliit na buhok na nakikita sa pagkaing siniserve sana bigyan nyo ding pansin. sana masolusyonan nyo po ang mga daing at tunog namin. maraming salamat.

I ate at your branch on oct 13, 2019 sunday at 8745 paseo de roxas cor villar st. Makati city at around 5:30 pm. I ordered 1 bewa mami (beef wanton) and 1 coke zero amounting to p155.00. However the beef wanton I ordered was too salty. I am hypertensive and experienced immediate palpitations. The usual beef wanton I usually order in some of your branches seems okay. But this one in particular is too salty. I was approached by leonard and complained about the quality of the food. He was offering me another dish but I declined due to my frustration. That's when they denied me being able to take out my own money. I had to actually have 20 times that amount before I would qualify for, withdraw any funds. That's when I came to the realization that there was something wrong here, and that I reached out to the CFTC ( commodities trade future commission) for help.The CFTC received many phone calls like these. It became clear that this scheme was big.They told me In terms of customers receiving restitution, in these types of frauds, it's very difficult.

chili and sarcastic cashier
I have been eating frequently at chowking however when i paid for an extra chili what came was only little as in it was very little if it was free it would be okay but it was kind of disappointing. I think the cashier is not nice at the time. Sakin na lang nagalit ata natapat. I only want whats fair. I only asked for a hot soup and repeated to the cashier to make sure it was hot. Then when i asked for a chili and she gave me little I paid for another bit this time it was even much more little than the one which was free. Hope you can resolve this it may be a little or small complaint but it could be worse next time.

I was so disappointed sa chowking betterliving because of a crew. Nasa pila ako nung time na yun. Si kuya na cashier itake na yung order nung nasa harapan namin ng wife ko. This girl infront of us akala ni kuya na cashier is may order pero nakipagusap lang siya dun na parang nangtrip lang.. medyo nainis na si kuya na cashier kasi longline na. And i suddenly hear na sabi ni kuya, "myka kung hindi ka oorder umalis ka na kasi nag long line ako sayo". Tapos sumagot si girl na nakapila na ang sabi ay, "yun nga ang gusto ko eh yung mag longline ka". Then biglang umalis yung girl..
Then nung kami na yung itake na order ni kuya. I ask him kung sino ba yun? Sabi ni kuya na cashier, "maam crew po yan dito". And nagsorry si kuya sa amin dahil sa nangyari. Siya pa ang nagsorry sa amin imbes na si ate na crew pala ng chowking.
I'll hope na mawala yung mga ganyang crew.

Good afternoon! I just want to complain your counter . Its around 2:25 in the afternoon. Medyo nabastusan kasi ako sa pinakita niya. We always used to eat on chowking, pero nangyare kasi nung umorder ako, tas nai-serve na yung 1 pc. Chicken at chowfan, tinanong namin yung counter if pwede palitan yung leg part ng other part, tapos tumalikod siya samin to ask sa loob ng kitchen kung anong part daw ang available.. kaso, pasigaw po yung call niya dun sa kitchen, na halatado namang galit siya sa aming costumer.. I am also a service crew, its a duty of a crew to respect costumers, pero sa ipinakita niya nawalan na tuloy kami ng gana kumain. Hindi ko matandaan if what was the nickname of the counter, but I have the receipt of our order, ERI lang yung nakaprint sa receipt. Sana di na maulit sa ibang costumer. Counters must be pleasant to every costumer, hindi yung bastos. Thank you.

Sabi ko sa kanya na pwedeng mag suggest, pwede ba kung close na ang drive thru nyo palagyan naman ng sign or patayin nyo na mga ilaw para hindi na kami nagpakahirap pumasok sa drive thru. Tapos nagturuan na sila. Sabi nung manager nila 10 pm daw magsara tapos sabay sabi sa mga kasama nya kung sino nagsabi na close na. Alam ko sya nag sabi sa mga crew nya na close na. 9:47 pm palang sinara na nila ang drive thru. Kung alam lang nila na galing pa kami Manila, pagod at gutom pa tapos ganun lang ang maabutan namin. Ni wala man lang good evening basta sarado agad ang sinabi.
Hindi na ako nakipag talo dahil sayang lang oras namin. Umalis nalang kami. Bastos sila.
