I'm really disappointed by the level of service at mall of Africa for such a beautiful store, too many consultants for no reason, I waited for almost an hour to be assisted they kept telling me that he is coming not even telling me who the he is, rather close shop because calling is much better than this poor service. I booked my phone 2weeks ago it came back with the same problem, at first they couldn't even find it I had to come back 3 times at the store for same reason. I am really disappointed
