Good day

I have upgraded my contract around May/June and agreed to pay R329 per month
Due to insufficient money into my bank July debit Oder of R329 got unpaid which makes account to be on arrears. The August cell c supposed to debit twice that makes R648 fine transactions was reversed my me because cell c debited 3 times in one month and then now is September is arrears for three months when I includes September which Is R976
Then I have deposited or EFT the payment
Cell c is still saying I'm on arrears how because the payment for July august September it has been paid on the 30/09/2021
Please assist tired of calling the call centre with no help my cell number [protected]

Cell C Cellphone contacts

Good day.
I upgraded my 2 cell phone contracts february by Cell-C cradlestone mall which is now close, the two new packages where R349 each I signed got devises happy. One or two months later I lost my job had to freeze my bank account and called Cell-C and asked to stop my debt order and I would pay via EFT. This was not done, in September they contact me and told me I am in arrears of R880 each because they did not stop the debit order and know each contact is suddenly R400. This is not what I agreed on in the store. The special said a Samsung A31 and a Samsung tab for R349. Please help

Cell C Trying 5 months to turn of my contract

Cell c has increased their price with a 1/3 from 699 per month to 949 per month when I got the letter from them I phoned the helpline to let them know
To stop my contract and that i'm going away for work so I not using the internet for a few months at home the lady sed she will make a note on my account then they will stop the account

3 months later they sent me a bill for r5124 so I contacted them again and then told me that I have to send them an email to cancel the contract then I send them the mail and they send me a mail-back that I have to pay them first before they will close the account then I phoned the helpline to try to get the head office no it seems that there is no head office cause no one could give me any number and the account is still racking up if someone from the head office can contact me regarding these it will help

Cell C Billing

We are a business and have a contract with cell c with 2 lines. In the month of September the debit order was more than usual, so we wanted clarity on that. I tried to email cell c business they are taking forever to respond to my email. On 06/10/2021 I made a phone after I was passed around for an hour someone finally spoke to me but could not get the help.

Cell C I have paid all the amount but still in arrears

I stephen mkhondo I'd [protected] my account was handed over to the lawyers and I settled the amount and they send me paid up latter but my account still continue to put me in arrears .so I can't make credit because of that account

Cell C Bad customer service, unethical behaviour, 24 hour turn around time absolute lie,

I have been informed on 8th September 2021 that my debit order was returned. The reason for this is the amount deducted was changed and I was not informed and the deduction was done on different dates without my knowledge. Also the phone was working the whole time so I was unaware of the returned debit order. I made arrangements to pay the amount of R1890 on 21 September. I honoured the arrangement and was told by Tsepo to email proof of payment to cell c and to allow 24 hour turnaround time (ref. [protected]) I did and after 48 hours fone still suspended. I phone on 23 September and are informed that it will be fixed manually in 5 minutes I can reboot and all should be sorted. Four hours later not fixed. I phone again and speak to Justin in customer care who logs a case which has 24 hour turnaround time. I'm also informed that I can phone back on 24th but because it's a public holiday it might only be resolved on Monday 27th September. I phone on 24th and a case is escalated. On Monday I'm told that the case is running and I will be contacted. 28 September 2021 still no response no call back. I call again and I am told to send an email again with all details. On 28th the number is permanently disconnected eventhough on 23rd I was told that proof of payment is visible on the system. Now I'm given the number of legal section. First number I phone there is no record of this case. I phone again and all the numbers I'm given are not working. This number was disconnected because of communication problems. I am thus referred to the Cell C store. I travel out of town to get to a Cell C store because this company closed down stores. After travelling twice to the nearest town to get to a store with all proof as requested and interacting with other clients I find that at least three of the clients in the store has similar problems with the Cell C customer care. I phoned everyday from 21 September to 4 October 2021 and would either be given reference numbers that are currently running...5 cases to be exact...no response from Cell C...as promised.

By the time payment was made and proof of payment was received this number was suspended. It was only disconnected more than a week after all requested was honoured

Cell C Contract that was suspended

I have made payment towards my account on the 23/09/2021. My accounts was suspended yesterday,. I have been phoning and forwarding proof of payment and not getting anywhere. It was a payment made to the same bank account that I use, so the funds must reflect immediately. When I phone and explain the situation they tell me that they will escalate.. Its been two weeks already and still no answer. MY accounts still shows in arrears and now suspended and this is not my fault.

The bank account I used and Reference number I have been using for two years. The payment that was made in August was received... There is no reasons for this to take so long.

Im so frustrated and nobody seems to care or able to help.

I have recently took a new contract will CellC and there was unneccessary fees loaded on both the old and new contract and everytime when I contact them they are unable to assist.

I need to cancel the one contract but there is still in arrears showing on the account. I have been forwarded proof of payment to so many email addresses and have been phoning and not getting anywhere.

Every Agent tells me a different story and don't know what to believe anymore

Cell C Contract cancellation

I had a contract for 21 years

I am now retired

The contract expired and I start to stop it a month before it expired

Cellc keep on billing me, ignore my requests... Emails and calls

Cellc stopped the number from working, but keep on billing me with large amounts

I just want to leave them and for them to stop harassing me, but they go on and on and is giving me a bad credit reputation, after I paid them for years

Cell C Poor service

My Cell C contract was terminated at the beginning of the year and they blacklisted me on ITC, so on 18th of September 2021 I made the full payment due of almost R6000, into the account number on my statement. I emailed the proof of payment the next day and received a confirmation email the next day. I have been contact Cell C customer care almost every day since. I am now told that the money was allocated to my my Cell phone number which is mow a prepaid number and is owned by someone else. Every time I call customer care I interact with a different person, who is unable to assist very other than escalate my problem, this escalation has been happening for 3 weeks now, and there finance department has not reallocate the fund into the correct account, and my ITC listing remains unchanged, I am sick and tyied, I am annoyed at the level of service that I have received.

Desired outcome: I want my money put in the correct account and paid up, and I request a paid up letter and my ITC profile updated

I am going through the same process and share your frustration...they just do not comply !
I have been with them for 21 years and now cannot get rid of them, they just go on and on harassing me for a number I do not even have anymore

Cell C Incomplete delivery from cell c

I concluded a contract with cell c for 30GB, wifi router and power bank at R149.00. But i only received sim card and its been 3weeks now ever since i received the sim card. I logged a call with cell c regarding incomplete delivery and they opened case for me nd i should like cell cto expedite this thing and come and collect their sim card.they told me that i concluded deal for only sim card ony and for 20GB which is10GB day and 10GB night and i told them to investigate using the recordings for that day. Cell C non efficient service and inaccurate feed on monthly payments

Hello there

Hope this email finds you well

With reference to the subject line I would like to cancel my contract with immediate effect.Reason for this being, after numerous tries with the call centre I have not managed to get the answers I am looking for .I do not know why I owe the amount that is on my balance and needed clarity on this especially after making a payment of R3000 in August .I believe the payment made was not updated accordingly as I cannot be owing another R2900 on my contract .I have tried to avoid this issue by making follow up calls, sending emails with POP and even going to the branch.After my last visit t the branch which was on the 27th of September my balance was R0, 2 days later it shows that I am in arrears again.I do not appreciate the service I have received from Cell c and the fact that I took my time to follow up and follow through so that I clear this out but no one has returned to me or has provided me with accurate service to avoid this matter from escalating, I will not be making payments for areas I covered and for missed debit orders or any penalties as I made sure that I provide proof of any transaction made from me to the company and was even advised that back office will call me back to correct these unstable and crazy amounts .My balance cannot be equivalent to 10 months worth of my contract that insane and I feel very exploited .If you look into your records you will see the number of times I have called and to date there is no resolution on this matter, I am just left with a FAT balance that I have no idea about .

On the other hand I was called and offered a month to month contract ([protected]) for data only, which I agreed to .To my experience I was given 2 sim cards with the same contract terms and benefits, how that happened I do not know .So please also sort this mess out

.I am tired and cannot afford the time to sort this matter out accept on email, I cannot afford to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with your customer service agents, that firstly send me from pillar to post, then I am told to go to accounts, then from accounts to upgrades and back to CC, it's really disappointing that we as loyal paying customers have to go through such frustrations to make sure that our premiums are up to date and paid, and that we cannot even rely on company's statements for accurate details and information .

Cell C Cell C Contract

Cell C have been debiting my account for mote than six months since my contract with them expired and I canceled it.

I have tried everything, everything blocking my debit orders, but they just skip one month and then deposit twice the following month.

It looks impossible to have this account. I just get reference numbers but nothing happens.

This is very unprofessional of Cell C

Cell C Connecta Scan

In 06/2021 I was contacted by Cell-C with an Retention offer that I agree with ([protected]). Then to my surprise in September all of a sudden I had no contract with Cell-C and was billed a ridicules amount for out of bundle fees. My Contract was for a Connecta 50GB but billed for a 1TB. I only received 50GB and used 30GB of the allocated data. After logging several cases I was told that all cases was closed without any feedback to me. Case number. 29/8: [protected]
9/9: [protected] 28/9: [protected] 29/9: [protected] 30/9: Ref#[protected]. Cell-C data is ok but there customer care is incompetent.

I cancelled my third contract that i do not know about and it was before the 7th day and yet it is not attended so now they are deducting the money according to the agreement without the third one please help me to resolve this matter.my contact details [protected] those are my numbers.

Cell C Waiting for 3 weeks for a corrected statement - poor customer service

Case No: [protected] logged on 15th September 2021.

My billed amount for the month of July 2021 is reflected twice on my current statement. I am not going to pay twice for the month of July 2021.

Why is it taking Cell C so long to update my statement. There is not much to investigate here. Unbelievably poor customer service.

This has been escalated so may times through customer service.

3 weeks later no one at cell c has worked on the case number. This is shocking.

Desired outcome: Give me a call and explain to me whats going on with Case No: [protected].

Cell C phone stolen on 02 July 2021 & I still don't have an ITC reference number from cell c almost 3 months later!

My iphone X was stolen in july and I called cell c on the 135 number to request them block my cell c sim card due to the theft which occurred on 02 July 2021. It's nearly 3 months now & I still don't have an ITC reference number from cell c in order to process my outstanding insurance claim!

Cell C Cell C Repair Center

My husbands device was sent to cell c sometime in July, it is now end of September and have still not received his device.
We have made payment to cell c repair centre in error and payment should of made to cell c insurance over a month ago and after providing the repair centre with proof of payment that they needed to transfer the payment to cell insurance, they still have not done so, they confirmed that they will pay it over at the beginning of September and i am furious that my phone is still not fixed because of their total incompetency and lack of customer service.
Please rectify this matter now as this query is still not resolved.

Cell C Settling of my account , No settlement letter issued , Paying back my credit owing to me

On the 09/09/2021, I initiated a conversation via email after numerous phone calls to the Cell C call center to request a Paid up or settlement letter on an account that I was behind on .

Upon my initial mail, I was informed that I still owed another amount . I then asked for a settlement discount, which I then received, but I then paid in an amount of R 1 936, 09 too much on the 15/09/2021.

Since my payment, I have been in contact with SIX different consultants over a 13 day period . Every time I get a different answer, the latest, once again saying that I still owe money and also that they did not receive my Proof of Payment ( After submitting this with my settlement letter 3 times ) .

When I ask to speak to a supervisor or that someone give me a call, or to supply me with a phone number where I can speak to someone, I get ignored FLAT and I get a reply from a different consultant to say they have not received my payment or that I owe money .

This is extremely unprofessional, and the fact that they now sit with an overpayment of R 1 936, 09 and refuse to acknowledge this even with a Proof of Payment, I see as THEFT .

I will definitely NOT recommend anyone to Cell C in the near future as their dwindling consumer base also can attest to.

An extremely disappointed customer .

Cell C All of the above

I would like to say this is the worse serve i have had with cell c no matter if you call in or write an email you wont be help.
1 I keep been punished for Cell c who can not debit correct and each month is the same and each month they say they will fix it still waiting.
2. I cant do a upgrade because cell c messed up and now they money is still not reflecting which was take off on the 25 which by the way a double debit.
3. been waiting 5 weeks which i have upgraded on a phone response from Cell c nor a sorry this is such bad service. A person call customer care other you get put through to the next person the supervisor are always not available or no one can help me...

Cell C what is going on with you and why such bad service i have cancelled three contracts already and heading for more this is really bad service. someone needs to look in this...
